Called them at 5pm on Tuesday, they 3 way called with my insurance to verify coverage and got someone out the next day. The guy showed up early and was beyond nice and professional. Got the job done quick and it looks great. I highly recommend

Worst group when it comes to communication and friendly service. After missing two days of appointment windows due to their archaic system, I waited for my ultra late appointment only to have them show up (and leave) without calling or texting to find out how to pick up the cash from the scene of the job...After that I proceeded to listen to an old man and a bitter manager complain and cry for an “inconvenience tax” that was really just them forcing me to pay subtotal tax that they said cash payers don’t have to pay. These are the type of people who will threaten and yell to get their way despite how many people are around (one partner, 2 family members, and a bystander). That’s the result you will get if you are unlucky enough to speak with Vino and Mike

Wow! So professional and courteous. They did a wonderful job and will use them again in the future. We were really in a bind to get our windshield fixed on very short notice and they came out and fixed it within an hour!

This place had the rudest owner manager combo I’ve seen when it comes to car services. Watching them point their finger, threaten to take the window, and refuse to give a receipt while giving a misquoted price due to how upset they were. If they miss the delivery window and leave the scene before calling to get money, I don’t get how they expect anything to make sense. I’d spend money elsewhere with people who are decent people next time!

I thought I had glass coverage and turns out I didnt. My insurance wanted to use Safelite and they quoted me about $400. So I did a bit of shopping and found Cherry. They quoted me $200 with free mobile service. Whereas Safelite charges an additional $30.I would definitely recommend Cherry!

I am completely blown away by this company! First of all, their customer service is next-level. I work on a college campus and its a bit of a walk from the office to the parking lot - I dont mind, but Mike insisted on giving me a ride to my office while he replaced my windshield. THEN, they also picked me up and took me back to my car once the replacement was done. It took less than an hour, they were not as expensive as other options and they were so nice! I would recommend everyone to them and if I ever need a replacement, no doubt I am calling Cherry Glass Works! THANK YOU

I couldn’t have been happier with the service I’ve received from Cherry Glass. I called around 8am, and Vino was able to schedule me in the SAME day. Mike drove out to my home and replaced my windshield, and he was so friendly and accommodating (it was a late appointment slot on a Monday!). I’m thankful to have had my vehicle maintained by this establishment. Thank you!

This place is awesome, you should take your business here for sure. I got some quotes for a full windshield replacement from a couple other well known places and they were over $100 more than Cherry Auto Glass. FYI I paid cash and they didnt charge sales tax, if you use debit/credit they charge it. They sent me a quote right away and were able to schedule me the next day, I called late afternoon. Mike came to my work around 2:15, the window was 2-4 and he was very quick and did a fantastic job even though it was a bit humid and 103 degrees. Great company, will use them again for the next time a rock comes for my windshield.

Okay check this out had a bad week trying to drive all over the place to get a quote on my driver side window its a Saturday got online and started searching for a place to get my window repaired website gave me a nice quote that I could settle with waited five minutes they called me right away and set up an appointment with in the same day was at my doorstep within an hour had a new window on within 30 minutes amazing service I would be back a second time if I have another busted window

Cherry auto glassworks does not perform calibrations because they said it doesn’t need to be done but in fact it does need to be done per manufacture. They were rude and hung up on me. I will not be doing business with them.

Cherry windshield is very professional, had a good experience . Calvino came to my workplace to replace my car windshield, initially I thought its something small that could be fixed, but when he saw the crack he said a replacement was needed and had to reschedule an appointment the next day. He came right on time and true to his word he was done as estimated, I was happy with his work. For sure I will recommend anyone in need of a fix or windshield replacement. Good job!

Someone or something broke the door window on my truck. I have a high insurance deductible and I was just sure a new window would cost me an arm and a leg. My mechanic suggested I contact Cherry Glass Works, which I did. I was able to get an appointment the next day, and the price was frankly unbelievable. The glass specialist, Michael, showed up and was very professional and pleasant. I thought this would take a couple hours anyway, but he was done in 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES! Exceptional service. Would highly recommend!Yesterday, Cherry Glass Works was the only company in the valley that had my type of car window and had availability to come to my home and repair it (being summer and monsoon season in AZ, it would have been very inconvenient to wait until next day service). Mike called 30 minutes prior to arrival, cleaned the broken glass that was in my vehicle, and repaired my window within an hour.Additionally, I accidentally left my small key card I use to get into my work building in the cupholder and it was vacuumed in the process of cleaning. Once I noticed, I called Mike and he dug through who knows how much glass to find it and return it to me. Thank you.

We brought my mothers car over to AZ for our grandson and someone threw a rock through the back window before he ever got to drive it. Contacted Cherry Glass Works and they came out in just a couple of days, they had the best price and I was very please with the work and their friendliness.

I wish there was -5 stars available to rate this company.. stay away.. very unreliable and they are bunch of liars... They broke my windshield while repairing a chip and they are not taking responsibility for it. Dont use this company under any circumstances, they are liars and wont back they work...

Where to start... got told one price got charged more after job was done . Installer left a mess all over my hood,driveway,and inside my vehicle called to ask why the mess was left and manager said he will send installer back over to clean it up so when I got home I checked and all he did was wipe the stuff off my hood still pieces all inside my vehicle and all over my drive way . Then on top off all that the window leaks and my old window never had a leak coming from the window. Called and left a voice mail and still no answer for the past 2 days .

Quoted us one number, got to our house installed the window. Then upped the price 75 dollars. Supposedly they changed the quality of glass without letting us know or have the choice and then threatened to remove everything and charge us 100 anyways!
