I’m so thankful to have found JW Auto after recently moving to the area. They were kind enough to make calls to myself and my father who lives out of state, to give us updates on my vehicle and the repairs that were needed. Ryan even emailed both of us a very detailed diagnostic report, which included pictures. That gave my father much needed peace of mind to know that they were not trying to make unnecessary repairs.Overall my car was returned to me in better driving condition than when I purchased it! I cannot say enough kind words about Ryan and Scott. I truly am thankful for the way they communicated with myself and my father.

I am so happy I went to JW Auto! I had a catalytic converter issue and needed assistance immediately. Because I went through insurance they had to wait a few days before starting work and they held my car there at no extra cost! Once the insurance was approved my car was done by the end of the day, it was vacuumed, and I was even picked up from my work and brought to the shop! I was so grateful for the kindness of Johnny and Scott and the rest of the team! I was even handed a beautiful carnation. Is it weird I almost look forward to having to take my car in here?? Cause I do! Everyone is friendly, respectful, honest, though I usually talk to Scott. Even if you only need something small. Last year I finally needed something bigger, but they gave a decent deal, and even drove me home and back.I was referred to them years ago by a good friend, and they’ve never done my family wrong. Both my friend and I are females, and even when we were younger, it never felt like we were ever being talked down to. That says it all to me.

Hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a shop. Had a very minor issue come up with the service they completed on a Thursday so I called them first thing Friday morning. They didn’t ask me when I could bring it back in they literally came and picked up my car from my work within 20 minutes of me calling! Who does that? They also had my car back to me before lunch and definitely gained a lifetime customer. Make sure you give them a chance as you won’t be disappointed. Additionally, they have experienced, honest mechanics who actually know what they’re doing and that’s definitely hard to find nowadays.

Got my 100,000 mile service done here. 10/10 experience. Walked in w no appointment and got my car back the same day. Great friendly team here. Sometimes mechanics can be kinda slimy towards young women like myself but this was a really great experience for me. Super transparent they gave me a full inspection of my car and recommendations with pictures and descriptions. They gave me a ride to/from work. I dont normally leave reviews on stuff like this but I wanted to help out this businesses however I could bc it was that great!

I came in to have my oil changed and have my brakes checked since they were squeaking pretty bad. I knew some other stuff needed to be done from prior checkups elsewhere. They listed off a lot of things and I had work done. The squeaking never stopped and have only gotten worse and now (a little while after the work done here) the brake lights and abs lights come on all while the brakes are squeaker than ever

I took my car here because I overtightened a bolt while working on it and snapped the head off the bolt. I took my car here after making an appointment and couldnt be happier with the time they did it in and the level of professionalism I experienced. I live in San Tan Valley but work in Scottsdale, so I needed my car by the time I had to go home the day I dropped it off. Not only did they get it done in time, they beat the estimated time by an hour. Nobody likes paying money for something as simple as a bolt, especially when youre the one that broke it, but they made that mistake as forgettable as possible. My 95 Jeep Yj needed a new engine and Scot quickly found a remanufactured engine at a good cost. Definitely the best price I’d had been quoted in the valley and for sure the best customer service! They did a great job and the ol’ Yj is running like a dream. They were very comprehensive on checking in with how the vehicle was driving. Everything was solid at my first oil change and check up. The first time Ive ever received flowers and candy from an auto repair shop! This is an example of the level of customer service at JW Auto Care. Were visiting Phoenix and needed immediate service and the guys at JW did an excellent job of explaining what was needed and getting the job done as quickly as possible. Because parts were needed, we had to leave the car overnight and were pleased to have transportation home by Marcus Taylor who is pleasant and courteous and another example of the type of exemplary employee at JW. They all tried to make a difficult situation as painless as possible. If we lived in the Phoenix area, this would be our go to service shop.

After months of repairs and $$$ at another auto care, my Infinity would continue to stall out. Finally I had it towed to JW Auto Care. It was my 1st encounter with this facility. Their care and concern was so professional and kind as they kept me informed of their progress with my unique repair situation. Finally my car is home, runs beautifully & is spotless. JW auto is honestly the best repair shop Ive been to. I work in a call center and work third shift so I had to drop my car in the morning and pick it up the next day, but they texted me to keep me in the loop while I was working, called me to update on what they were finding, and took care of all my concerns. My tire pressure sensor was out and tye light has been on for months as well, driving it off the lot i almost thought something was wrong bc there was no ding and flashing light on the dash. Thank you JW for making this round of repairs so easy.

I took a vehicle that I was looking to purchase from a private party to JW auto care was very impressed with the customer service that I received. All the guys at JW Auto Care are super helpful and explain everything thoroughly to you. When my car was ready for pick up, they sent a shuttle out to pick me up. While I was inside paying for the service they turned my car on so it would have time to cool down before I got in it. They also had my car washed and a flower waiting inside of the car for me. Would definitely recommend JW Auto Care!

This place is amazing. I brought my car in for an oil change. They took me to work, picked me up, did a full inspection, washed my car, and left a flower! My car was running better when I picked it up and it was cleaner. As for the inspection, I was grateful for that because they exposed a whole plethora of issues I didn’t even know were wrong with my car. They also gave me a printout and one of the workers called and explained each thing which was helpful to a young girl who knows nothing about cars. They did press me to repair it there just to repair the major ones as soon as I could. I appreciate the honestly and friendliness. My one complaint is that the original man I spoke to quoted me around $60 something bucks for my oil change, but when I arrived I had to pay $83 and some change. The man explained it was because of my oil type so I didn’t argue I paid it. Overall, awesome experience though! I would return! 💜

My first experience with JW AUTO CARE was simply GREAT. The condition of my car was evaluated promptly by telephone and email. With my limited knowledge of auto mechanics the staff explained all the work needed to be done and why to my understanding and I appreciated this very much. Customer service transportation was terrific. AND...the flowers in my car at pick up was a delight! All work was completed satisfactorily and my car runs better than ever. Ive already recommended JW AUTO to family and friends. Its a huge relief to have found reliable auto repair.

Had to go back a week later after they, fixed my vehicle, and got charged to fix the problem they missed initially.

Wife’s Escape needed a water pump replacement. Had never been to JW Autocare but found their on line reviews and proximity to my home an easy choice. Dropped off Monday morning and by 10:00 Scot called and let me know the price and approximate time to completion. He kept me updated on progress and even offered a loaner car to use. When we picked up it up, the final price was just as Scot had quoted, he even discounted a hundred bucks and gave it a wash to boot. Can’t recommend JW Autocare, Scot and the team enough and won’t hesitate to use them for my car care needs in the future!

I wasn’t even going in to get my car checked, my boyfriend was but my tire pressure light had gone on the day before and they kindly refilled my tires and the light went off ! So easy, so kind.I have since visited the JW auto care since the above review, to actually get some work done, and they did a great job! Scot took great care of us! Far from home on a road trip around the country and stopped in here for a quick oil change. They also replaced our battery, explaining why and giving us options if we didnt want to or feel the need. Prices were very good, no surprise fees. My experience was 110% excellent!! This place is very clean, the staff is awesome, mechanics are very knowledgeable and the owner, Johnny, is a super stand up guy who doesn’t charge you for stuff you don’t need. Instead, he gives you a breakdown list with colors (indicating ergency) to let you know what you NEED to do in the future if you want a long lasting vehicle. He explained everything in a way that I understood. You even get a “thank note” in your vehicle with a box of Altoids. I finally found my “Go To” place for any and every service I may need done in the future. Thanks JW Auto Care for the good work well done and very much appreciated!

A simple like change will run you about $80 and expect to pay for a couple extra things you did not ask for takes on also. Went in with my college friend to get an oil change on her 2003 Lexus SUV. The man at counter was very kind up until the point you had to pay, he told us that the guys in the back just happened to add a few things on there automatically even if you dont ask and no its not free. You pay for the service and parts on top of the $40 they charge you for freaken oil like... What kind of oil is this??? Definitely recommend getting a quote and getting the price on paper before you hand over your keys.

Best service in the industry hands down. This is the type of place you send your elderly grandparents to and know they wont get taken advantage of. They give me a ride home when I drop my car off for service and then pick me up when its done. Just a great overall experience each time.

I went to JW Auto for the first time for an oil change. I was pleased to learn that they only use synthetic oil, and they perform a full vehicle inspection during the oil change. I have seen other places charge twice as much for the same type of inspection WITHOUT the oil change. After the inspection, I was delivered a full report in paper copy and online. There were a number of things requiring attention on my car, but I was not pressured by anyone to use JW Auto to fix them. I was provided rates and prices when I asked, with no high pressure sales. They will also wash you car with service. Excellent people, and I highly recommend!

This is a top notch shop who is the best I have ever found for communicating with me about what was going on with my car. They have 11 bays, so they can get you in quickly for minor or major repair work. I dealt with Scott and Johnny and they are both very professional and easy to work with. Understanding a lot of auto vernacular can be challenging, but Johnny translates it into common-speak so youre left feeling much more comfortable. Finding a professional, honest, and cheerful auto shop is like found money. That they take weekends off so everyone has family time probably accounts for the good natured folks you find there. Had front suspension, shocks installed, transmission serviced, Plug change, and rear differential serviced on 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, Truck drives and runs great, very pleased with work and turnaround time. 1971 Chevy C10, had extensive work done on front suspension, rear end, transmission serviced, brake lines replaced, to name a few things. The Staff was very meticulous on the work they did on my classic and went above and beyond the original scope of work that was discussed. Very pleased with how the truck runs and drives now. I would highly recommend This shop for any repairs you need done.

This was my first time using JW Auto Care and I couldn’t be happier! I normally dread going to a mechanic shop, but I smiled after my experience here. They were able to schedule and appointment for me within a day. In addition, they shuttled me from the shop to my work and back at the end of the day. After checking my car they texted me a report of the evaluation with what they recommended be repaired and the urgency. When I called to speak with them, on my own time, they weighed the urgency of each repair and clearly stated the price. Upon picking up my car they were very friendly, checked me out quickly, and left a flower and note in my clean car. I’ll only use JW Auto Care for all my future car needs!

I have to start this review by saying that I didnt think this kind of awesome, genuine customer service even existed anymore. From the second I walked in I knew that these guys really cared about me and helping me get my SUV fixed and not about charging me whatever to just make more money. The way they explained things to tell me what they did showed they really worked hard on trying to figure out exactly the problem and not just start fixing things just because. I wish I had found this place sooner! I will never give my money to any other place when it comes to my car! I love that it is family owned and that I am helping out a local business. I have taken all my vehicles to Johnny and his guys for years. They are thorough and professional. They always take the time to explain to me whats gong on with my vehicle, whats urgent and what is not. This is key to the trust I put in them. They dont seem to be as interested in getting every dollar they can out of every job, as much as they seem interested in forging a long term relationship with their clients. What more could one ask of his mechanic?? I highly recommend them and plan on using their services for the foreseeable future.

It is difficult to find a repair shop that you can trust. I have found that with Jim Winter Auto Care. When a part needed to be replaced under warranty, they completed the repair immediately. I live more than 80 miles away and still feel comfortable having them repair my vehicle. I know it will be done correctly and at a fair price.

What a great shop! Was visiting the area from San Diego and my radiator broke on what was supposed to be a one night trip. These guys not only stayed open a bit late to accommodate me, but also ordered all the parts that they would need the next day in order to get me back on the road. They then proceeded to give me and my friend a ride back to our hotel! What service! The next day they were able to get my car fixed and back to me in only a few short hours. They also checked all my fluids, gave the inside a once-over AND left me some mints hidden in the console! These guys are the best shop I have ever been to and truly deserve your business. You will not be disappointed!

I came in from out of town towing a trailer to a job site with no breaks, and no AC in a black truck with clear windows. There was four guys in there, we needed AC! I showed up at their shop at about 1 oclock. They had everything diagnosed and new parts coming in for brakes and the AC within 45 minutes. They had everything back together, running properly before 530 of the same day. They where fair with me and didnt even take advantage of the situation where I was coming in from out of town. Best shop you could ever find!

Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my schedule made it a pleasant experience for me. When my car was returned to me, not only was it repaired, but I found it in cleaner condition, with a flower sitting on my passenger seat as an added surprise. I would absolutely refer this auto repair shop. They definitely go above and beyond.

Yesterday 3-14-17 I took my car In to JW Auto. Being from CA I don’t have a local shop. My CA guy told me I needed a new air conditioning compressor and I decided not to spend the $$ seeing as how you don’t need it that often by the beach. But I’m here for three months and it’s 90 out so I decided to see what they had to say. Turns out I don’t need a compressor, just a cooling fan. JW saved me $700!! Added to that these gentlemen are just so wonderful. I had a great feeling right from the beginning. They are so very nice, they explain everything, they don’t push and the shop is so clean too. Then when I got into my car it was vacuumed and there was a single carnation bouquet on the seat. WOW. I wished I did live here just so I could depend on JW Auto. Just call them and save yourself all the trouble!!!!

I have had 2 awesome experiences with JW Auto Care and the last one was above and beyond. My battery died while at the car wash, a JW employee was next to me and offered to help, we could not get my car jumped from the portable charger, he returned to JW and sent another guy out with their portable battery starter and was able to get my car jumped. I immediately brought my car to JW and they were able to replace the battery within 1 hour. I will always be bringing my car to JW Auto Care!

Johnny and his veteran team took great care of me from the very beginning. His shop closes at 6 and he called me back after hours to finalize my quote rather than going home and calling me back in the morning like most shops, if you get a call back at all. The pricing was competitive, transparent and provided options with reasons rather than just telling me what I needed to do. Upon dropping off my car at his large shop my car got in as scheduled and I was shuttle to work promptly. Once picked and and brought back to the shop my car was finished as promised and best of all, fixed right the first time with Johnny showing me everything that was done under the hood. I know these guys care and are good at what they do based on lots of other experiences. Thanks Johnny, youve earned my families business in the future, glad we found you.
