Marcus of Bikewerkz replaced the chain on my XSPEC Bike (the chain broke a couple days prior).....I was at work when Marcus replaced the chain, but when I test rode it a few days later it worked better than before, and the gears also shifted better than before as well. I would highly recommend Bikewerkz for anyone in need of a reliable mobile bike repair service.

Outstanding service from the time I sent an email through the Bikewerkz website about getting my bike repaired until I was riding my bike again. Marcus responded right away and scheduled a time to come to my house to assess the problem. Also appreciate his honesty and fairness--he fixed a wheel for far less than it would have cost to replace it. The convenience of having him come to my home, take the wheel with him, and return and re-install it a couple days was completely unexpected and very much appreciated.

Needed new tires and seat for my bike and decided to go with Marcus. He came to my location picked up my bike and said he would take good care of my bike. He picked up my 20 year old bike, replaced the tires, cleaned it up --- and returned it in a few days helping me understand the bikes limitations, what else may be needed and how much it would cost.
