I have made Numerous attempts to contact this company and have left voice mails over the last week or so for service. I have not received any returned calls which directly impacts the professionalism of this company.

Right before leaving on a trip we noticed a supply line water leak in our bathroom. I looked behind the head and noticed that the recently new toilet, installed in WA State, had not been installed correctly, and the threads on inlet port had been stripped out. I called Kelli and explained that I was in a jam time wise. Kelli got me right in the very next day and while I waited, their mechanic actually manufactured a custom part in their shop to address and correct the previous shoddy work by the other RV repair station up in WA state. The price was very fair indeed and so needless to say, we were very grateful and very impressed with the professionalism we witnessed. This place is legit! Finally, we have found our RV service and repair company for our motor coach here in Arizona!
Whatever you do do not call On the road again RV service for any warranty work needed. He came out and evaluated my AC, said he was going to submit a claim. After waiting a month and multiple phone calls that were not returned. I call the company and found out that a claim was never submitted. I finally got a hold of Jared today and he said if I thought he was going to spend all that time waiting on the phone to submit a claim I was crazy and to get someone else to do the work. He then hung up on me. If he didnt want to do the work in the first place he should have said so I would have found someone else. Terrible horrible service. Unfortunate because they are very nice people and they did know their stuff. But to tell you theyre going to submit a claim and never do it and find out a month later theyre not going to boy that is just plain wrong. You should never lie to your customers honesty is the most important thing.
Jared doesnt follow through on his commitments and, in our case, it has cost us hundreds (maybe a thousand) of dollars. At the time the work was performed, he committed to contacting Good Sam Extended Service Plan so that we could get reimbursed for some of the cost. He failed to do it at the time of the work but said he would do it the following day. We hounded him a few more days after while we were traveling, still he hadnt done it. We have contacted him 5 times since we got home and talked to him 3 times. Each time he committed to turning it in to Good Sam. He still hasnt done it. We dont really know how much we lost but we live on a fixed income and these costly repairs hurt. Thats why we have Good Sam. Dont be fooled by the good reviews. He doesnt care. Check out his Yelp Reviews too. Its enlightening.
Called and asked If they could preform a particular service on my AC unit, was told they could. Was quoted $270 for service call and diagnosis fee. Upon arrival the technician immediately started telling me I needed a new unit without performing any diagnosis at all. He gave me ridiculously high quote which I denied. When I tried to ask why he hadnt done any diagnosis on my unit he instantly became very arrogant and rude. He informed me I owed $270 for him doing absolutely nothing. I immediately started trying to call the office and they wont answer or return my calls! VERY unethical company!

I highly recommend “On The Road Again”. I am a proud owner of a 2005 Airstream Skydeck so I get nervous to have anyone new work on it. Those nerves were calmed when I met Jared and learned of his experience and knowledge. I do not want to drive to a shop again after using this mobile service. Jared knows everything about everything on all RV’s. I learned more about my RV with him then when I bought it. I have a new personal mechanic for my RV that works on it at my location. Jared brings all the tools to fix everything on site. Not as expensive as a great mobile service should be. I found this company online and took a chance and called. They returned my call the same day and came out the next morning. A/C unit, batteries, Tv’s, stereo, tires, etc.....I am officially “On The Road Again”.Blessings & prayers, Love & light.

This place, and Kelly were lifesavers! We took our brand new trailer out for our first camping trip, packed up with two kids, two dogs, and a truck full of excitement. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the tools needed to install the sway bar. We hit the road, hoping it wasn’t going to be an issue. The sway was noticeable and uncomfortable to drive over 55 mph, so we started calling places along the way. The first few places we called to try to get in that afternoon basically laughed at the last minute request after a holiday weekend, understandably. Kelly was so understanding and agreed to squeeze us in. They clearly had a lot of jobs going on, but were kind and knowledgeable. No one acted like it was an inconvenience, in fact, the service techs replaced out the cheaper bolts that came with the part for upgraded bolts at no charge. The waiting area was super comfortable for my kiddos and dogs, for the quick 20 minute job. I would take my trailer back to them in a heart beat!
Where able to be on my site within an hour of my service call. Technicians explained the technical workings of the issue being discussed. Problem could not be recreated. Personnel were very knowledgeable and professional. Part of the service call included installing a custom made bug bra by RV Toy Store. Technicians noticed immediately the bra was not made to fit the coach properly. The installation had to be cancelled. The charge for all this was $0. Very good gesture - validating the companys commitment to the phrase good customer service.
Jared is unwilling to go the extra mile for his customers. I requested a radiator be tested to see if a repair was a viable option before paying for a $7,000+ radiator (marked-up over $2,000.00). Jared refused to have the radiator tested so the RV was moved. Within 24 hrs we were able verify that it was not repairable and had this whole repair completed for under $5,000.I will not be sending anyone I know back to this repair facility. We needed to get our awing fixed. Been going on 3 weeks already for them to get back to us, I left 3 messages on their voice mail, did not even get a call back, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, we thought being in the Pioneer R.V. Absolutely outstanding! Jared went out of his way to help me with my inspection and to get me on my way. Hes willing to spend the time to explain and make sure the customer is truly informed. You feel like youre talking with a knowledgeable friend, rather than some salesman trying to rip you off (like some other places). Kudos Jared, keep up the good work!! They even took the extra time to service the RV generator for them and gave the RV a good once over - all without my parents having to leave their home. We are full timers and had our rig at Cummins in Avondale for warranty work, when they told me it was going to be another $6000 on top of the $5000 I already spent. No way!!! Someone told me of On The Road Again RV Service and Repair. Best decision I ever made. Got my rig back on the road again but what impressed me the most was the amount of time Jared spent with me to make sure I understood how to maintain my rig for the amount of traveling we do. We winter in Surprise AZ and our first stop is On The Road Again for general maintenance. A job very well done.
We lost power to our coach on the day we were leaving to go back to Colorado. Called a couple of places that were more than a week out and then called On the Road Again. Drew came out within an hour and Jared stopped by to check progress. They had us on the road at a reasonable rate within a couple of hours. My family was very thankful that our trip ended without a hitch and we were all back home on the day we planned. Great Job Guys!

They got on it right away and said this one is a keeper.They saved me thousands of dollars in unknown to me expense on the first one and did minor repairs needed on second one. Which i purchased.Making money off me was not their concern,my correct decision on my purchase on an R V was.Their honesty, professionalism, work ethics, and prices are exemplary.If you dont utilize their services i guarantee you will regret going any where else.They do not treat you like family, they treat you even better then that.
Excellent service. They got me in for a repair on my 2015 Montana Fifth Wheel, when nobody else would. They have a great looking operation and they were friendly and efficient. They had my repair done and me out on the road in good time. Ill be going back for my regular servicing when I get back in Phoenix.
I was staying in Phoenix for a week for a baseball tournament and had issues with my coach. I reached out to several mobile repair companies and non of them would even come and check it out. I finally reached out to these guys and they showed up with an estimate and worked diligently to resolve my issue. The office staff was excellent and the service techs were even better. I highly recommend using them in the future.

On the Road RV were life savers. They came out to look at our issue asap. Then after realizing our rig would need to be pulled to their shop, they forewent the mobile service call fee and we went to them. They had us fixed up a couple hours later. Thanks guys!!
This place was recommended to me so I called them multiple times to ask about fixing my RV. I left many messages, but never received a call back. I was going to drive out there, so looked it up and read all the horrible reviews. I’m glad they didn’t call me back.
Excellent in every way. They gave me a fair estimate. They did the work perfectly, substantially improving my RV. They charged me exactly what was agreed to, none of the bate-and-switch tactics that are so rampantly common these days. They were courteous and professional at all stages of the transaction. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, SPECIALLY THE RACIST THAT IS JARED, THE OWNER. I have no idea how and individual with such lack of knowledge and professionalism is able to con people into thinking he runs a legitimate business. This guy lacks everything that makes someone professional and if you do not agree with him, or question his logic, he will call you names, run you out of his shop and insult you anyway possible, even racist insults. Jared must of not gotten enough hugs as a child, but you almost feel bad for an individual that carries around so much hate and anger, and talks about himself and his business so arrogantly. Will not do business with him ever again and I suggest that everyone reads all the reviews on this guy and company (specially in the would not recommend bottom section of Yelp) because they are not who you should trust with your expensive RV, because they will not take any responsibility or make you pay for their screw ups. If I could rate it negative stars I would, giving them a single star is too much of a good rating for them.
Qualified, honest, responsive, reasonable. One for each star. We have used their preventative maintenance program, have put on lots of miles, and have had no problems on the road. I’m leaving this review for the great experience my mother and her husband Darrel had traveling through Arizona. They had their tow harness wire damaged and when the fuses blew it affected their fridge. They sent out a tech to them to help and he made some temporary repair. Told them to stop by the next morning and they would see what they could do. He replaced the wires and got the fridge going. They had called another repair garage and was told it was 4 weeks for the next appointment.On the Road went out of their way to help a traveling couple

Family run business and all around great people. We needed a new radiator on our motorhome and live on the other side of the country, so finding this place was a blessing. They were able to get to me within a week. I sprung a leak and thought it was the pump. Ends up the hot water hose was sliced from rubbing on a sharp end of the furnace box. Was able to repair the hot and did some preventive maintenance in the cold. Happy with the service. He was honest and didnt try to say it was the pump when it wasnt.

Agree with all the other bad reviews! Hmm, seems to be a pattern. Spoke with On the Road Again. Made an appointment for (Kelly?) to come to my home as motor home would not start and I could not bring it in. Thought it was the fuel pump. He never showed. Called 2 times and left voicemail to make sure everything was okay. Never even received a return phone call. Baaaad way to do business. Fortunately, I found Wrenches & Ratchets (Sean). They were AWESOME. Highly recommend them.
Easy getting my trailer in and out without an appointment. Full service shop and extremely helpful, knowledgeable staff. Rebuilt my entire suspension that it desperately needed after having serious problems ignored by previous shops. I came here first because the location was convenient, but Ill be coming back even if its not in the future.

We are very glad we selected Ontheroadagainrvservice to help us with a MorRyde IS axle issue. Both Jared and Courtney communicated clearly with us from beginning to end of the job. Jared came out and performed a field repair for us which we highly preferred and appreciated. I watched Jared do the work and it was clear right away that he had excellent skills and experience. His service truck is awesome. He had an outstanding set up of tooling on his truck, all high quality, very clean and completely organized. Jared performed what I thought was a fairly difficult remove & replacement of a rubber torsion spring, and was able to make it look fairly easy. We also appreciated Jareds organization and neatness at the work area around our trailer. Definately a Five out of Five for us. Thank you Jared and Courtney! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I dont even know where to start. THIS COMPANY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! On the Road Again RV came to my house to fix my RV. Their tech spent hours on my RV and still did not fix the problem. In fact he made my problem worse. Since they didnt fix it, they came to look at it again at an off site location and spent another 5 hours, still did not fix. I made multiple appointments with them to come back out and look at it and they did not call me back or show up. Between texting and calling, no response. Besides this, they spent hours on my RV and still didnt even give me an estimate or any idea what was wrong. They then didnt show up for another appointment and my house, so finally we took to their shop. Their shop told me it would be a couple days to fix it, 2 weeks past and still no call or even estimate. Then I tried to call their shop for 3 days in a row and never got a phone call back. All I wanted to know was what was wrong with my RV and how much it would be. Finally when I reached someone on the phone, and it was the owner. He told me I was a F-ing B*&tch and I needed to have my RV out of their shop in a couple hours and hung up on me. Then when I called the company back to let them know I was unable to come in a few hours, I could hear the owner in the background yelling and cussing and throwing stuff around. I honestly felt that I was going to need a police escort to even pick up my RV. Outside of the fact they never even figured out the problem, they made my RV worse than it was originally. All I have wrong is some water connections, and I am not sure why they act like this is rocket science. Good thing they didnt charge me for anything, since not only did they never give me an estimate or ask for my approval for charges, but they didnt fix anything. What a waste of their time, my time, and honestly this is the most unprofessional business I have ever been worked with and I still cant believe that a business owner would speak to a customer by cussing, yelling and throwing stuff. I would NEVER recommend On the Road Again RV to anyone.... BEWARE!!!
Kelby and I arrived in AZ in our motor home to find out that our sewer pipe was broken. We called On the Road Again and they said to bring it right in and they would get it fixed that same day. He said he would stay until it was fixed since we are living in it for the next three months. We took it in and the customer service was amazing. They really make you feel welcome. They kept their word and stayed an hour after closing to get it fixed. They done an amazing job and we highly recommend them for all of your RV needs. There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to be able to have running water and to be able to use the toilet. Thank you On the Road Again. I had a slide issue on my Motorhome. Jared was recommended by Tiffin Motorhomes to check and fix the problem. Jared came by today and quickly did an inspection, diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. His knowledge and expertise are incredible and his work is impeccable. Dont waste your time! Used them for a plumbing repair two years ago and had a positive experience. They apparently tossed customer service out the window along with timely responses. Ive been planning some major upgrades to my rig with a new awning, solar install, roof vents, LED lighting, etc.... The owner (Jared) asked me to bring the rig to their facility so they could work up a full quote, which I did on the morning of Friday the 15th. Ive called back multiple times for an update and constantly get the same message of, still waiting on parts quotes or Ill call you back. On Friday morning I spoke with Jared and he promised me a call back that day with a proposal. No call back so I tried him again this morning and he was an absolute jerk and clearly upset that I was bothering him again for an update. All I wanted was a quote so I could proceed with the job I needed done on my RV. I will never use them again and cant believe how poor their customer service is now. This experience has been a total waste of my time and I never even received a quote for the work I wanted to hire them for.
Great Experience with OTRA. Jared and Family took real good care of us. Even though it was a week before Thanksgiving, he managed to swap out a water pump in our 1990 Class A. Our trip was completed without an issue. We will definitely be back for more awesome service.

We need an oil change on our Motorhome & we just passing through town. Called them 1 day before & they fit us the next morning. They were professional, they finished the oil change in a timely manner, seeing they fit us into their busy schedule.

My experience with OTRA RV was excellent from start to finish. They were able to schedule and complete the repair promptly and at a very fair price. They had the knowledge and capability to do some custom plumbing work to correct a shortcoming with the OEM water system design and allow usage of the full capacity of the tank. Everything was explained thoroughly to me which gave me good confidence that the repairs were done right. I will definitely be coming back to this shop next time my trailer needs service and will recommend to my friends.

Our a.c.went out on our way out of town for a long weekend. We called around closing and they stayed late to fix it. Got it all done in about an hour and we were back on the road. Very helpful
I would like too thank Jared andCourtney. I was driving from flagstaff to Tucson and my generator quit working. I called then and said I couldnt make it there till after 530 Jared said he would wait. When I got there Jared was waiting and. Assessed the problem and said thefuel line was bad. With in 20 minutes Jared was finished and I was on the road again. I recommend this company to anyone that needs help.
The back AC in our RV quit working while in the Phoenix Area for Spring Training and we called several mobile RV repair companies, but only On The Road Again RV Service & Repair could arrive by the next day. They found the problem, ordered a new AC unit and installed in 2 days later. They worked with the manufacture of the AC unit to get us reimbursed for almost all the cost. They did great work and solid follow up. We will use them again if we have any issues in the Phoenix area.

They did a great job fixing our travel trailer frame. We had cracks in the frame. Lippert frame. Their repair is better than original and got it done faster than originally estmated.
Overall I have never had a company go out of their way to help a customer out like Jared and Courtney did at ONTA RV- I broke down on Thursday before Christmas and searched for parts only to find the wrong ones, called Jared on Monday and sure enough he had the parts, I shot right up to his shop and picked them up and he said call or text me if you have any issues, sure enough I ran into an issue and gave him a text and he called me right back and said I want to look at it and drove to me! And this is when his shop was closed for the day already!!! He looked at it and said sure its safe but I said would you tow with it or would you fix it- Lets just say my trailer was at his shop this morning at 7 and was done by 1pm and done in time to save my new years trip to the dunes! Thanks again Jared and Courtney and crew!!!
Jared of On the road again has always surpassed our expectations and needs when fixing our RV. No matter the problem he and his employees are always on the ball and get it done.
Sad to say they blew me off after over a month waiting for help with a problem. I had high hopes for them but I see its a pick and choose mentality on what they want to do. Cannot recommend.
Jared was quick to diagnose the problem, and begin developing a solution. We will see how the repair goes. Hope he is as efficient at the repair job as he was the the first appointment!
I have dealt with Jerrad on more than one occasion and have always been pleased with the results. He has de-gassed our coach, repaired & replaced flooring, repaired some of my inadvertent customization to the body, replaced the windshield and also performed routine maintenance on both the chassis & generator. No problems...no concerns although he can be a little hard to reach sometimes.I would have NO PROBLEM recommending him for RV repair & maintenance.
Unfortunately we did not see the 22 other reviews that are not currently recommended at the bottom of the yelp site or we would never brought our RV to this shop. I do not know why Yelp feels those 22 reviews are not relevant to the consumer because they are 1 and 2 star reviews and as mentioned, would have been very relevant to us.Like so many other 1 star reviews mentioned here, we had the same experience. We could never get anyone to answer the phone after several attempts to contact someone for a status of our RV. We finally ended up going into the shop this past Friday to see what was going on.We were greeted by Jared who was hostile and unapologetic for not keeping us informed after a week having our RV. He immediately started name calling and telling us to get out of his shop. I have never encountered behavior like this from any business. Based on past reviews and our experience, he clearly has anger management issues and has no business dealing with people.If the multiple 1 and 2 star reviews dont steer you away from this business, good luck to you.

Dedicated and determined to do what is necessary to help his customers! I have a 32 2002 Holiday Rambler that had a hub inner seal go and needed to get it done before we headed out of town. I bought a new seal and was going to do the repair myself but quickly realized I did not have the tools to complete the job. I called a couple of places with no luck on getting it done before our departure time. I saw On The Road Agains web site and hoped that since they were a mobile service they could help. When I called Courtney answered. She said they would not be able to do it mobile but if I brought it in that day they should be able to get me back on the road that night. I was shocked and had her repeat what she said. I explained I would not be able to get there until 6:30 that night but she assured me that they would take care of it. I got it there by 6:30 and meet Jared and his team. They got started right away. Very shortly Jared realized there was a bearing issue and let me know. We analyzed the situation and decided more needed to be done. I ran out and picked up bearings and additional seals while Jared and Drew tore down the rear end. When I got back he let me know there were a few more items that needed to be fixed including a tire that was about to fail. It was plain we would not be done that night. So Jared and I put together a parts list for me to search down in the morning. I went home around 9 while Jared and Drew stayed late cleaning and prepping for the new parts come morning. Morning came and I ran around the valley getting a tire and other needed parts and seals. I got back to the shop around Noon. Jared and his team quickly went to work putting it all back together. I must note it was now the day may family and I were scheduled to leave on our trip. Regardless of the late start we would get we were pretty confident it was a go. He finished up just after 5 we settled up and I was on the road. Unfortunately, we had a part failure. By the time I got it home the motor home was exhibiting the same symptoms it had when I brought it in, but this time on the other side. The new inner bearing on the side opposite the original failure went bad. At least that is what we discovered the next day when I brought it back to the shop. Of course the trip had to be canceled. I went to the part store but they would not help and asked me to fill out a form to request help that may or may not come. Frustrated I spoke with Jared about the parts stores lack of help. Jared was not happy that the part was faulty and felt bad that we had missed our trip and still had a broken motor home. So he worked out a deal with me to fix the motor home for a reduced rate. Jared and Courtney went well beyond what was called for to make sure my motor home was back on the road before our next scheduled family trip even though the failure had nothing to do with them. A good honest shop that cares about its customers is hard to find. I was lucky to find On The Road Again will not hesitate to bring my motor home back to him with future repairs. I needed a basic 7 point connection and a brake controller. These guys showed up, tore apart the working wiring I had in place, leaving my trailer without lights, worked on the new connection for 4 hours to no avail. They also didnt have the brake controller with them, despite having to leave once for multiple hours to run to the warehouse. They said they would be back in the morning to finish the job, they never showed up and never answered the phone again.I couldnt imagine worse service. Do not waste your time.
Incompetent, uncommunicative, dishonest, and unprofessional. Unless you want to spend a ton of money for not much work, and potentially be outright lied to and cheated, I highly recommend you steer clear of these guys.
We found Jared to be very professional and helpful. We had been having problems with our Norcold refrigerator for some time. We had other service people try to help to no avail. He us a certified Norcold repairman and solved the problem. I am very happy to finally have a refrigerator that works. We would recommend him to others.

Driving cross country from PEI in Canada, we had trouble with our engine and stopped several times for repair to no avail. Finally drove through Arizona and called On the Road Again RV and was given directions by Cortni to their facility. Jared was highly skilled and diagnosed the problem, ran around for parts and got us back on the road the same day. Jared gave me the option that if we still had further issues to call jared directly on his cell phone to prepare, engineer and build a fuel regulator system to replace the obsolete part. I would defidenty recommend On the Road Again RV.

I had work done by Jared a few years ago before he opened his brick and morter shop in Glendale. He did 480w solar and many other upgrades including AGM batteries he suggested. Great suggestion, very pleased with everything he has done. Well, back for a punch list of 2 dozen things and Jared, Cliff and Courtney make you feel like you are the only customer they are working with. I cant and havent found more qualified and more gracious people in this industry or as a matter any service industry Ive needed. They really know their stuff in all facets of coach living and truly take into consideration, your needs and wants. Jared has my business for life as long as I own an Rv and as a friend after that. I cant praise them highly enough but they have my deep appreciation for the way they have managed my needs during this visit. Im getting everything done from mid level body work to simple screw in loose panels. Wifi booster, Ota TV booster, leak in hydraulics, satellite issues, thermostat issues, major appliance repair, entry door lock alignment, windshield replacement, carpeting replacement and on and on. He does it all and does it expertly and with a carrying attitude as if it were his home. THANK YOU JARED AND CREW VERY MUCH FOR BEING THERE WHEN I NEED YOU.

Jared and On The Road Again saved me thousands of dollars that a competitor was trying to bill me for and the quality of work was far better than any other RV repair service was going to do. I own a Tiffin Phaeton motor home that had to have the old Atwood Jacks replaced. Tiffin quoted me 4 to 5 hours. I made arrangements for La Mesa RV to do the work and they quoted me 14 hours work. I also wanted a 3rd AC unit installed on its own breaker to run off the generator or 50 amp. La Mesa RV said the only way they could do it was to run an additional 30 amp line (which I knew after speaking to Tiffin Services was not accurate). I asked Jared how he would do it. He basically stated the same way Tiffin would have done it which gave me the confidence to go with On The Road Again RV. I picked up my RV from La Mesa RV - Phoenix and took it to Jared at his service center and the jacks and AC were done in 2 days at the same price Tiffin quoted me if they had done the work in Red Bay. I am so impressed with Jared and his mechanics that I will now take my RV to On The Road Again RV for its yearly maintenance and any major repairs needed. On Friday I called Jared to check our air conditioner. He had to order a part, which might be in Monday. We had planned on leaving Monday. I also called Rocky Mountain Cummins in Mesa, needed them to check out a slight antifreeze leak on the engine. They could check it out Tuesday morning; they had a spot for us to plug in. We arrived at Cummins about 3 PM, while watching TV my wife noticed a garbage truck backing up towards our coach. The service manager was driving it and brushed the right mirror breaking it off and rumpling the fiber glass around it and shattering the front window. Oh shoot!Tuesday morning I called Jared to tell him not to ship the part as we would be here for several days and explained why. Jared ask if he could look at the coach, I said he would have to check it out Cummins. About an hour later he called, saying he would put a new window in around 4 PM and a fiberglass man would be there Wednesday to fix and paint. Plus he gave me $400 cash to have the clear coat put back on after the paint cured.Amazing Service

We contacted On The Road Again RV Repair Monday 10/3 as our Dometic AC still under warranty was not working. I spoke with Jarred and he said he could come out that day. Jarred said he would call me back in a few minutes to let me know what time he would arrive. Jarred showed up about 4:45. He inspected our unit and said it would have to be replaced. He said he would order it and would receiver no later than Wednesday and he would come install on Wednesday or Thursday. He left the parts of the AC unit all over our bedroom. He said he would call me 1st thing Tuesday morning to schedule the appointment. I never heard from Jarred on Tuesday and called his office and left a message at 10 am on Wednesday - no response. I left messages on both Jarreds office and cell phone on Thursday and Friday am-no response. Friday afternoon I called his cell and he answered. He said arent you that nice lady at Pleasant Harbor? I said yes and he said remind me what we were going to do for you. Really??? I reminded him he was going to replace our AC unit under warranty and he said oh yeah, it came in today and it was smashed, so theyre going to have to send another and we wont have it till Monday. I nicely replied that I would have appreciated a return phone call and he said I dont need you getting nasty with me. I explained I wasnt being nasty, but he told me he would call me Tuesday and hadnt returned any of my phone calls since. At this point he looked at his cell phone record and said he had no record of my call and he would have to call the phone company to complain. Odd, because I called his cell and office. He said he would call Monday morning to schedule.My husband called both Jarreds cell and office on Monday and left voice mails. Courtney called me later that afternoon & said the unit would be in Tuesday by 4 pm & Jarred would be out here at 5 pm to install. I expressed my concern based on our experience to date (again, I was quite nice). Courtneys response was do you want us to cancel? I told Courtney I did not want to cancel, just would like some level of assurance based on my experience to date. Again, she blamed the phone company (as it appears they have been doing for a year based on google reviews) Courtney assured me the unit would be installed Tuesday. In the meantime, my husband called another repair center and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. After I told him they said Jarred would be out to install Tuesday afternoon, he made the decision to cancel the other repairman.5:30 on Tuesday, no word from either Jarred or Courtney. My husband called both cell and office and got no answer, but was immediately butt dialed by Jarred and he could hear him talking in the background. Courtney called me a few minutes later and said the unit had not come in yet and they had no control over the deliveries. After reading google reviews, we realized this is a pattern of behavior with this company and called AJ at InsideOut Mobile RV Repair.AJ advised he could not get to us until Friday and would have to initiate a new claim with Dometic. 15 minutes later, AJ called back and said he received a call from Dometic asking if he would handle our claim. Dometic said the unit was at On The Road Again and they were refusing to do our warranty work. Dometic said Jarred would deliver the unit to AJ the following day. AJ asked Dometic about the other unit that was smashed and Dometic said they only shipped one unit. AJ retrieved the unit from Jarred and came and installed it immediately.
Responded very quickly to emergency call for ac not working on a 110 degree day in Phoenix. Jared said he would be there within an hour. 3 hours later he showed but seemed sincere about resolving our issue with a bad contactor. I said please fix, because it is over 110 degrees. He assured me that he could fix it and it would be done by the end of the day. 4 hours later, I had to call and he said he couldnt find the part but was meeting with an ac budding that would give him the parts. At 4:00pm we talked and it was 114 degrees at our location, he said he would be there on his way home and would resolve it. I told him that he could wait until the next morning and that we would get a hotel for the night. He assured me he would be there. So we waited, and waited and it was 100 degrees inside the motorhome, and we waited. NO SHOW, NO CALL, nothing. I called and texted multiple times to no avail. the next morning I went to home depot and procured parts to bypass the relay and the ac works fine. DO NOT CALL THIS FAKE. He is a liar as is Courtney. She texted and said that he was still waiting on parts and also that he would be there in the morning. Again, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. No appoligy, no concern about senior citizens being out in the heat of Arizona over 110 degress with 100 inside the motorhome. We asked to get a hotel but was told multiple times that they would show. The most horrible service I have ever endured.
In March i called On the Road Again, Courtney had Us set up with Drew and he was out the next day! Drew was very personable and friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable. I had asked for a quote on getting our trailers fridge, furnace and all the windows replaced before we take it up North. Well Drew got back to us with a quote for our furnace but nothing more saying I wasnt clear I wanted quotes... that was whatever, miscommunication happens. Well he asks me what day would be best for me, I reply with whenever is soonest and most convenient for you, Drew.. Wed like to leave within the next week or two if one is too soon... well were going into May and my rig still isnt fixed and now the company will not return calls to my roommate or I! Last I asked a couple of weeks ago I was told it was just one piece of piping needing finished ...I would never recommend using this company unless you enjoy being pulled around and having to jump through several hoops to get back to square one.
