Very interesting store concept. Its basically Amazons greatest hits. So popular books, magazines, gear, and devices are all on display.Prices are about the same as Amazons website, but you get look at things grist hand you might not otherwise get to.

Friendly, delightful store with interesting books and wonderful deals from Amazon. Great place to browse and its hard to walk out of there without buying something!

This place was awesome. I highly enjoyed it. I went in because my friend traveled to AZ and didnt bring a charger for her phone. It was the place I thought might have a USB-C. They had it and so much more. I suggested a travel battery as well. Both were Amazon Basic. They had Instant Pot accessories, books, lots of cool things. It was a small store I could get lost in. The cell reception is terrible due to the proximity of the Scottsdale Airport, but they do have wifi. You can pay with the amazon app, or you can use a card thats linked with your amazon account, and it recognizes you.The employees were helpful. I liked this store.

As a book store this place is ok. If you want the latest bestseller its pretty good. Same goes for more popular recent titles. If you want anything that isnt one of those things youre pretty much out of luck. They do offer some random items for sale which is kinda cool. Its biggest selling point is that it can be an Amazon return center. Bottom line its a bookstore with good prices but so-so selection.

More than just books, has a lot of popular electronics and appliances as well. Categories were great, all but the if you like non-fiction section ...

Cool store with mostly books and some other things like accessories for devices and ipads, and you get your Prime prices if youre a Prime member. The staff is friendly and helpful!

The site offers an eclectic collection of goods ranging from kitchen utensils to Amazons collection of Alexa speakers. E readers and greeting cards and, oh yes books make it a fun store to peruse. The irony of shopping in the brick and mortar version of a shopping experience that the company has otherwise made an endangered species.

I now have the book Id book looking for. Couldnt find it anywhere but here. Great location. Certainly will be back!

I think its pretty cool there is a physical place that is close that I can take my exchanges or returns to for Amazon orders!

Personally I buy everything on the Kindle now. However my family is not so technologically savvy. So they definitely like being able to buy physical books. That being said its definitely nice being able to see all of the Alexa products speakers etc as well as a fairly good sampling of other non-print products.

Ok selection, did not have what I was looking for in store but the employee was quick to greet us and tried to help find what we were looking for. Overall the store had a nice layout and a variety of items, but the majority of items are books.

Bought a Kindle paperwhite here as a last minute birthday gift and realized after I left, I bought the 32GB model. It was easy to return for the 8GB. They were also restricting how many people were allowed in at a time to ensure social distancing. Looking forward to going back when I have more time to just look around. They had a ton of Amazon stuff!

Staff is nice. Store offers masks and hand sanitizer as you enter. Limited stock of books and magazines. Selection of reading material is current and popular. If youre an Amazon Prime member you do get a discount on your buys.

Cool place to stumble upon. Think how big amazon is ... this is the tapas of that, with a strong lean toward books, but thats not all ... check them out.

Pros: This bookstore is well-organized. It also has friendly staff. Lastly, if you’re a Prime member then you’ll get discounts.Cons: They have a limited range of books. And there’s no chair and table for you to read.Regardless, I think that having this beautiful bookstore inside the mall is the best thing for a bibliophile like me.Keep it up, guys! Stay safe❤️

Cool atmosphere. Generally a good bookstore. I just wish that you could use Amazon to see what is at the store. I like to pick things up in person, but I think connecting the two more seamlessly would be better. I also returned an item there with ease.

The people working didnt really help me. They have some cool stuff and alot of books.

It feels like Barnes and Noble was cut down at its knees and then gutted, and the parasitic husk that stands in its place shines brightly but only attracts a very specific type of shopper...,🙆 but they have neat stuff and in consumer America who am I to say no?!

Very disappointed that I offered 13 different African American authors and this store had only one of a few of the authors books and the book was written years ago, nothing new. There needs to be some current diversity in the authors presented. As large as Amazon is, Im sure a little more diversity is possible.

Amazon with a twist- super small store, but awesome helpful employees, I specifically went to the Q to check this place out and they have a very limited inventory but the inventory is all fast moving items, 4+star items- 95% books and a few gifts/kindle products. The have a small childrens area in the back but mostly new releases with fiction and non-fiction. Check out is super fast with your app.

Pretty fun to be able to walk around in a physical Amazon bookstore! If you have Prime membership, you can get huge discounts on select books and other items. In addition to books, they have some electronics, small appliances, gift supplies, and several other types of items available. Our cashier was very warm and friendly.

Cute store. Friendly staff. There is a lot of variety, not just books. They also do Amazon Return drop off.

Love the layout of these stores. Have been in both the San Diego location and this one. Super easy to find interesting new reads. Allyn was extremely friendly and speedy in the checkout process.

It may be a nice to place to shop, but don’t try to return any Amazon products there. First, they screwed up my return (didn’t scan in both items), then tried to make me feel like I did something wrong over the phone, TWICE!!!! Steer clear for returns; their customer service is incredibly poor, and that’s being nice!

Was excited to see the store and a possible rebirth of bookstores. Instead, its an entire shop filled with SJW books and only one mindset. Also, when we asked where the Classics section was...crickets. There is no Classics area.

Frankly this is not necessarily a book store but rather a mini Amazon stores pushing Amazon devices along with a very eclectic collection of goods they are promoting. It was fun to browse and see what this store was all about but not exactly somewhere Id go for any book purchase needs.

I went in and it was so loud I couldnt even think. They were blasting music. All of the items can be found online for the same or better prices. No reason to go in the store.
