I have had Vibram soles put on shoes for walking in snow and ice and a purse strap shortened here. He has also updated old shoes by restoring the leather and made them look new. Excellent work. Recommend highly.

I’ve been busy so my better half just picked these up for me. Great repair work! I will be back should I ever need more work done.The laces had ripped out on one side and a couple repair places refused to work on these cycling shoes but he was up to the challenge.

In Late March I dropped off my very used Mulberry leather crossbody purse for stitch repair, strap trim and repair, and over all cleaning and conditioning. It looked pretty bad. It was ready on the date promised, but because I live in northern Arizona I was unable to get down to pick it up. I had more problems as time passed and it was impossible for me to leave my home to pick up my purse. In May I called and asked the owner if he would be willing to mail it to me - for which I would pay. He said that he would but that he would cover the cost of mailing. He mailed my purse and I could not be happier with it. It really does look brand new. None of the stitch repair is visible, the beauty of the leather shows through and I will be enjoying it for years to come. Great service, truly professional repair and tremendous understanding and flexibility. I recommend this company to everyone.

Excellent leather workmanship! Had a pair of leather boots made larger at the calf, requiring zipper rearrangement, & made smaller again (after losing weight), had purses cleaned & repaired with perfect color/texture matches...all done as promised & on time. Owner is very upfront about what he can/cannot do, what results to expect, etc. Haven’t compared prices because I’m so pleased with his quality, I don’t want to take my chances elsewhere!

I just got my beloved Gucci purse back and WOW! It’s a very unique gray color but had significant wear. It was recommended to re-dye and I must admit that I was a little nervous. The color match is fantastic and looks brand new. I highly recommend this place for designer purse repair!

Did not have any work done here because the man has the personality of a rattle snake. Very unfriendly and rude. So l took my business to Tonys Shoe Repair on Indian School. Told him about my experience and he said he had heard many similar complaints about Luxury Shoe Repair. Might want to try Tony. I will spread the word about nasty Luxury Shoe Repair.

4/5. Great work, but OK prices and customer service. I had 1x pair of shoes resoled, 2x belts shortened and a zipper on a suitcase repaired. I am very happy with how everything turned out - the shoes look great and have at least another year of life in them, the belts fit great and the suitcase zipper works much better now (although I havent used it/traveled with it since getting it fixed).My only complaint is that the owner did not put heel and toe guards/plates on my shoes (they were on the shoes when I dropped them off). I realize this is often a separate charge/service, however given the amount of $ I spent on my total order, I thought he would have done this as a nice gesture/complimentary to build goodwill and retain my business. This was not the case and he was slightly rude/short with me when I inquired about it. Despite this, I will still go back as he did great work and its the closest Shoe/Luggage Repair shop to my house.

Great customer service and prices! They literally fix everything here purses, luggage, jackets, belts ! They are quick to work & speak Spanish! Love finding local family small businesses like these.

Its so great to have this place in the hood. This master shoe-man is a showman. He has repaired my sandals, shoes and my suitcase but the best was....dropping off an old pair of cowgirl boots and picking up a restored to original new pair. :) He has a warm and gentle way about him, takes pride in the work he does and he isnt happy until you are happy. How do you not like that?

Will not go anywhere else for shoe repairs. I live in my heels and Im constantly losing the rubber piece to the bottom of my heel. I walked in he was able to take care of it right then and there within 5 minutes and at a decent price. Stellar job & super nice. I will be bringing 10 more pairs to him tomorrow!

Super cheap charge. Though when I took my designer belt to add more holes on. The holes was not align. Sigh:( I was disappointed.

Im certainly not impressed with this guy. Got him to repair 2 luggage items. $45. Did it on time and guaranteed that it would be stronger than the original.....The replacement failed on both items. I didnt have the receipt, but the guy knew who I was, and then pretended that he would never have put that type of clip as a repair.... Yes, you did, you piece of work. Now gotta get the receipt to show him that he did the work and installed the garbage replacement. Wish I could give him a negative star.

Provided quality shoe repair, but lost my ticket, and since they had a paper tag system, couldnt just look it up. Frustrating to have to come back.
