This is definitely a great place to get your fingerprints done. Robert was so helpful, informative, and quick with my fingerprints. I was in and out in what felt like 5 minutes. The cost was $35 and he also provided an envelope large enough that my documents did not need to be folded and had the address type written across the front. Ill definitely come back when I need my prints done again for the nursing board.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I got my fingerprints done and even had an envelope pre-addressed to AZ Dept of Public Safety to mail in my clearance application. He also told me a nearby location to get the required money order and where I could mail it. Great prompt service.

Pretty much what I expected...Planning to make a second visit as was informed that they get new and different merchandise weekly. Gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and friendly as well as being well versed in the entire subject of covert activities...

The gentleman that was there who made a copy of my fingerprints was super nice and helpful with everything I needed he even gave me an extra set after ups messed up and delivered them to the wrong address for free I was sooooooooooooo thankful I almost cried very polite and kind person this place is awesome and I would advise anybody to check it out 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Overpriced! Typical of a specialty retail shop and they REFUSE returns. Beware! They flat-out, unapologetically refused to refund my money. Very bad for business. Hello Amazon!

Absolutely wonderful and speedy service for fingerprinting. The staff is helpful and the shop is well equipped and nice.

Perhaps because Im only in the area before the store opens, or after it closes, that its been very difficult for me to get into.I went to compare a device to what I already had. Find out if I was operating correctly, and if so, could they offer something better? What I expected, simply put, was a technical specs comparison. The Salesperson not only didnt bother to look at mine, but couldnt tell me the specs of what they offered. He did, however, demonstrate how his product (which is similar to mine) worked. Cost was not my concern, performance was. I gathered he assumed my price range would be the cheapest item they offered and I didnt like that assumption.Furthermore, their window signs indicated they offered professional sweeps. The sign didnt indicate that this meant referring you to a third party. A party they refused to name but would only pass along your information to. Ive yet to hear from this professional party.I chose to not spend the same amount, for a similar product, to possibly get the same results. Also, from what I read of their product (in store only), my online purchase was better.All in all, I left feeling very disappointed. I expected the Salesperson to be more knowledgeable than he was.

I went here to have my fingerprint cards done and passport photos taken. When I arrived the employee was with a customer so I had a few minuets to look around the store. They have some really cool items for sale.Overall experience was great. +I would recommend shopping here.

They have a great machine for doing fingerprints. Pricing and service are good. I would go back again -- and I seem to go back every time I need another set of prints done.

The manager is a complete idiot. I have been using this company for three years and never had a single issue until this new manager took over. As longs as hes in charge I will never recommend this company again.

These people are expert ripoff artist. DO NOT go there. Unless, Of course you want to get ripped off and screwed in the process.
