The person at Audio Express who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It was very clear that he had my best interests at heart. He not only helped me find the right radio but also sat with me in the car after it was installed, explained all of its features, and helped me connect my phone to its Bluetooth. Also, there’s an excellent restaurant that serves Southern food that you can go to across the way while you’re waiting for the installation to be done (they also have a waiting area in Audio Express). I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking to buy a new radio for their car!

BUYER BEWARE $40 HIDDEN SERVICE PLAN AND NO REFUNDS!! I bought a stereo for my car today, and the guy was friendly. When he told me the total, I thought it was high, so I confirmed the base price. In my mind, I felt something wasn’t right, but I was in a hurry and decided it must just be a higher than usual tax. I signed some docs quickly and left. When I looked more closely at the receipt, I realized I was charged $40 for something, and I had no clue what it was, and then I saw the “no returns” note on the receipt. Obviously, I am at fault partially for not being more diligent and asking about pricing before I signed anything. HOWEVER, the fact that the store replacement policy cost and coverage was not explained to me prior to going back into the store AFTER the purchase is an unprofessional way to do business. Even though the guy apologized, I felt taken advantage of. Just be careful if you buy anything from here because they may not explain all charges up front.

Glenn was very informative when I made a call to see what the expected cost would be. He was very helpful when I entered the shop and diagnosing my car speaker issues. Both him and the technicians at this location in Scottsdale helped me love my car even more. Will definitely be returning for future upgrades

They installed a double din stereo and back up camera and microphone into my 06 excursion. They also had to adapt it to play the CD player that’s in the backseat and also adapted to work the steering wheel controls.My wife and I love the new stereo and the way that it functions with our phones to make it hands-free. We can make phone calls and receive phone calls listen to the music that we have on our phones or through the radio. Everything works as it was supposed to and the installation looks amazing.This was not a cheap install by no means but it was worth it.I definitely recommend audio express in Scottsdale.

Purchased replacement speakers for my Chevy Silverado Aug 17. ( Cost $425). Did not fix inferior sound quality (so is it the radio?). Poor initial diagnosis?? Gave me additional quote of $325+ to replace radio (so were the speakers OK?) Installation broke trim on inside passenger door which they never mentioned to me. Noticed five days later. Store would not assist me in repair or locating somewhere to obtain repair.

Excellent workmanship! These guys take great care and time with your vehicle to make the audio in your ride sound AMAZING. Both Alex and Brandon are great guys to work with as they arent pushy and care more about what your wants and needs are than making a sale. Well we went to one location on Bell inquiring about a system . The guy was trying to get the cheapest of everything in my car to “help out “ . Nonetheless I didn’t feel comfortable so my husband and I came to this location. Brandon helped us find something that was perfect for my needs . He was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable. ***DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT BLOWN OUT SPEAKERS ***I had just bought a new car and wanted a better sound system then the factory one the car came with; I went to this location and they seemed very knowledgeable at first. I bought really good speakers but come to find out 2 of my speakers are now blown out because Audio express did not tune them correctly the first time. I went back in to get the problem fixed and was told they needed 6 hours to diagnose the problem, so I paid them again to fix what they had wrong and still couldn’t fix it!! Then I was admitted to they did not have “enough experience” working with certain type of system!

Went here today looking for a new radio since mine died almost a year ago! Brandon was attentive to what I needed, suggested other options but wasnt pushy on the extras. Install was quick and he took the time to show me how to use the new system. Prices were reasonable and actually less than what I expected walking in! 👍

My OEM speakers were damaged and needed to be replaced. I didn’t have time nor patience to hear any sales pitch, so I went with what the technician recommended. The process was quick, and I’m happy with the results. They even called me later to check to make sure the new speakers were working.

These Guys are great.In 2014 I decided I wanted automatic locks in a manual locking vehicle. I had them install all the necessary stuff to make that happen along with a new stereo system.This vehicle does not get driven a lotAnd I neglected bringing it in to get a couple things adjusted and looked at as some wear and tear happened with the locking system And some adjustments needed with the stereo system.Seven years later I finally got around to bringing the vehicle in and explained to them a bunch of my issues that were going on.It took them a minute to dig back that far in their system to see everything that I did and without Even blinking an eye they did everything necessary to get all of my needs met and everything working.Even though all that time had passed they did it at no charge and sent me on my way.None of the parts had failed and the original craftsmanship was great it just needed a little extra love and care which They provided.Great customer service.

We got EXACTLY what we needed to upgrade our aging vehicle so we could have Apple Carplay and a backup camera. We did radio only, no speakers, and could not be happier. These guys are real pros, got us in and out same day and everything works perfectly. Excellent finish work, youd never know this was aftermarket install. The sound quality is much better than the factory radio. It was our first time with AudioExpress, they lived up to the hype and were grateful for it! Im very satisfied with my experience at Audio Express, especially considering same-day stereo/speaker installs without appointment. Audio Express is the best outfit I have dealt with. I had taken an RV there years ago and they put in a sound system that was astonishing. When the CD changer in my classic Hummer H2 got stuck, they installed a Kenwood unit with an upgrade in technology I am thrilled with. Not just a radio cd player now, but has Garmin navigation, plays dvds and cds, links with my phone, so many features I have yet to even learn!!! Even had options for a backup camera. Hate to say it, but honestly, Im glad my radio failed so I could get this new unit. Its a difficult install for a Hummer but they did it in several hours and my steering wheel controls still work. Ive often heard thats a problem. Thee unit sold for less than $1,000 plus installation. I would never consider any other company for this kind of work. Great experience with Audio Express in general and the Scottsdale store and manager Brandon (Hayden/near Raintree) in particular. I had a unique vehicle that required a unique alarm solution and both Brandon and the install team were great to work with. Iveheard the rather sketchy radio ads for years so was somewhat reluctant to use Audio Express.... but my experience completely eliminated my reluctance. Highly Recommended!

I dislike their price advertising for products in their store on the walls. Typically when something says $140 with installation included youd expect to pay around $150-160 after taxes, not $270 because the price listed doesnt include installation of everything the product comes with and shop fees and etc etc. Put the final price on the wall and stop being deceptive.They got the job done in a timely fashion and all seemed good until I was driving home and discovered my turn signals were no longer working in addition to my 12v cigarette lighter for my dashcam. I come back and they take it right back to see what is wrong but immediately begin implying that they had nothing to do with it and that it must have been something on my part. Turns out they bumped loose a plug and it was entirely their fault. Lucky I didnt get into a car accident or get a ticket because my turn signals were not working.Overall they got the job done and so far seems to be working correctly. Despite their deceptive price marketing tactics I would have returned to them for any car accessory needs in the future if they had taken blame for what was obviously their fault instead of saying it was my fault.

A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Went in about 9 days ago looking for an entry level and modestly priced powered subwoofer for my wifes car and Brandon took the time to go over pros and cons of the available options and helped clear up my decision to go with a ported vs sealed box.The install was scheduled for today and completed in only a few hours and when we arrived to pick up her car, Brandon walked us out to show us the install and features. Install was clean and sound is exactly what we were looking for and we didnt spend a ton to get it. Faster & lower cost than I was expecting. Our rear-view camera (purchased & installed from somewhere else) went out several months earlier & these guys got us set up with a new one. Should have taken care of this much sooner. Will be using them again for future needs.

I wanted to update a radio in an older second car we have. The guys in Audio Express are all friendly and knowledgable. They recommended a JVC radio with satellite reception. I was scheduled for a week later. The install was about an hour. They have a small sitting area with a tv.Love the radio! I would highly recommend Audio Express!

Stopped in a week or so ago for an unusual job to be done to my 2011 GMC Yukon. I had rear auxiliary lights installed by a customs shop weeks before that which were wired incorrectly. Audio Express kindly rewired them for me exactly the way I wanted, and FAST. I have done a lot business with them in the past and I appreciate them performing this unusual task. Totally recommend this location. Had my truck towed there for a viper alarm issue that wouldnt allow truck to start. They had it figured out due to a blown fuse in about a half hr and didnt charge the diag fee! The guys were very helpful and laid back. My kind of people. I will return for future business when back in town.

At first I thought I got a good deal, and great installation, but as I found out later alot had been done wrong. 1st off I discovered my power door lock buttons dont work nor does my passenger window. Then I was able to open my tailgate and started removing tools without alarm going off. Wasnt until I slammed tailgate that it went off. Have tried to get it fixed but they tell me I have to leave my truck there for another day, and it wouldnt be for another week or so. After leaving it there for a day and a half in the 1st place I shouldnt have to leave it that long again. I need my truck and cant be without it that long. Now the alarm isnt working at all. Guess I get what I paid for, very unhappy.

Thanks Brandon, Travis and other techs working on my 04 Subaru Impreza STi.I came in because my front speakers weren’t working. All I needed was new rca cables. Cost $60 for diagnosis and fix.After a few days I thought my amp wasn’t working. I called them twice to see if they had time to quickly look at my system again (without appointment). Today they told me to come in and they retuned my system and it sounds a lot better. I could’ve sworn the amp & sub weren’t working but that might have been my mistake/assumption.Anyways I really appreciate the service! I would highly recommend this Audio Express.

Yesterday was my second time visiting this same location to get some work done on my vehicle. Each time I went there, the employees were awesome and did a great job. Yesterday I called them up around 1030am and told them I had some problems going on with my stereo equipment. Considering that it was a holiday, I figured they might not be able to work on it that same day. So I called and was told to get there no later than 1130am and Ill be good to go.Their manager Sam even told me that they had a smaller crew working yesterday, but also said that they will get it done. After I dropped my car off, Sam called me to confirm what the issues were and what we can do to get then resolved. After I told him what I would be interested in doing and he said hed call me back with a total. He followed up with me within 5-10 minutes. Had them install a new sub, 4 new speakers and hushmat. Sounds fantastic in my car! I cant wait just to leave work today to go rock out in my car again. Thanks again to Sam and the crew, you guys are awesome, great work and thank you for the great communication!

I came in and was helped out by Reggie, who was fantastic to work with. He got me set up with what I was looking for, a remote start security system and an appointment to get it installed later that week. When I came in for the install he had everything ready to go, it was as easy as dropping my keys and coming back around later that day. When I came in to pick up Reggie showed me my new remote and took the time to explain the various features of the remote start. Ive been a very happy user of this Viper system for a few weeks now and couldnt be happier with the entire experience.
