This is the best place to buy a car! The staff is very friendly and make the experience less stressful. I worked with Jon and he was able to find the perfect car for me. He has some really nice options on the lot to look at. On top of that, if you tell him what you are looking for he can go out and find it. I was able to trade in my 10 year old car for a great deal, and I got a good price on the new car. The best part was it did not take hours to go through the paperwork and payment process.I plan on using auto house for all my future services and car purchases. My parents, siblings, and family friends have all used them and love what they are driving now. I purchased my first used car from Craig and Mandy and I absolutely recommend them. At the time, I knew roughly what kind of car I wanted but didnt have the knowledge or time to find a car that fit my criteria, that was in good condition, and for a fair price.Craig and Mandy took all of that work off my plate. I found my new car online & submitted an inquiry to Auto House to see if they still had it available. Even though they were closed I received a text checking in with me & setting up an appointment. I’ve been having car trouble & knew I needed to purchase a car ASAP. Jesse & Tito were phenomenal in helping me get setup without any pressure whatsoever. Sales experience was nice enough and sales team was great. Purchased vehicle and noticed suspension air ride was sagging, but having owned a similar vehicle Id assume the aftermarket warranty should cover it. I declined the warranty at time of sale due to it costing $6200 and wrapped in loan it accumulates interest adding $1000+ at the end of the loan so $7000+ total. Seemed pretty steep so I declined because I was told its OK. You can add warranty later if you change your mind so 2 months later, air suspension is needing fixed so I called back to add warranty and now theres a $200 inspection fee? Ok, I paid, and upon inspection they magically find the suspension is bad. Again, I noticed this upon seeing the vehicle for the first time and their professional mechanics couldnt see this common issue with these mercedes. Also warranty doesnt cover this specific air ride suspension due to rubber components. So I guess I paid $200 to be told what I knew from the beginning. Now I be driving a bumpy rear end low sagging car until I fix it... So word of advice to buyers: take the vehicle to the dealer or a trusted mechanic for pre purchase inspection if they will let you, if not, Id steer clear.Went to change my air suspension today (not too bad of a fix) and now theres a differential leak. How did these ASE certified mechanics miss this one?!?!? How can you trust these mechanics?

Every time I want to purchase a vehicle I get cold feet to walk into a car dealership because of the salesmen. They always play the good/bad cop with their managers, or pressure you to make the purchase instantly, right here, right now. Well, that is not the case with Tito and The Collection. I was very picky when it came to searching for the car I wanted. Within a few days of giving Frenchy my requirements, he was able to find the exact car in wonderful condition. Ive owned the car for a few months now and I love it. My buddy needed a new car and was treated poorly at a Kia dealership so I sent him to Frenchy. Frenchy found the same car, in better condition, less miles and sold it for much cheaper. Kia offered my friend monthly payments of $400 while Frenchy worked his magic and brought it down to $157. This man is a miracle worker, any car you could imagine. My car being a supercharged luxury car to my buddys new eco friendly standard car.

I HATE buying cars! I LOVE this dealership! This was the easiest experience that Ive ever had while car shopping, from start to finish. Paperwork was done quickly and efficiently, there were absolutely no surprise fees and I was in and out in less than an hour. As part of the transaction they agreed to replace rear brake pads and rotors. After 9 months one of the rotors is going bad and they are standing behind it 100% and replacing it at no charge. The Collection has a great collection of interesting used cars, theyre fun to check out. But what I really loved was their service department. Ive always taken my VW to the dealership - which was always a good experience - but I always felt like they were overcharging. Then I took my car to the Collection for a 100k mile oil change and a complete checkup, my car was riding so terribly I thought I might just have to get rid of it. But after a service, brake rotor replacement, and replacement of a bunch of suspension parts it runs like its brand new. And they didnt charge much more than a simple oil change would have been at the dealership and their customer service was even better! Ive finally found a place I can trust!

Purchased a car and later found out it had been in a prior accident with the individual that traded it in (not on the carfax). After notifying the dealership of this, they are not interested in making the situation right. I suggested they give me a partial refund or take the car back for what I paid less an allowance for miles driven. They have no interest in coming to a solution.
