Terrible experience after being a repeat customer. Salesperson (Janet) will say what she needs to in order to get the sale and then very little if any follow up. She is also not knowledgeable about flooring. See pics for fireplace wall tile job... terrible! Will now have to get the job torn down and redone. Go to Floor & Decor and save yourself the hassle with this crew!
We were adding a home office plus replacing flooring in 3 bedrooms to match. We went to AZ flooring direct because of the great reviews and many comments about how affordable they were. We have previously bought flooring at Lumber Liquidators. We went into the store and explained that we had water damage to the laminate in our bedroom plus the new addition so we were just going to replace all the bedroom floors. We didnt know if we wanted laminate again or engineered hardwood. We have dogs. And kids. And are very hard on our floors. The sales person told us about this brand new product- a water proof laminate called paradigm. Its basically a laminate on a plastic substrate. Very, very durable. We loved the matte look and the way it feels under foot. The pricing was outstanding. We were able to take deliver of the product about 4 days later. We have one room installed. Love the product and loved the service we got from the store.
Scott and his team are fantastic! We cannot say enough about how great they are! We purchased both tile and carpet from Scott and are very pleased with the results. They are true professionals who stand behind their work and work very hard to ensure you purchase the right product, and that you are pleased with the results. Scott and all his employees are the best, you can not go wrong with this company!
Contracted for approx 1000 sq ft of Vinyl Plank flooring and baseboards, Salesperson was knowledgeable and price competitive. Installation was on slab and estimated at 3 to 4 days. Started well but went downhill quickly, 2 different sub contractors were involved with no supervision/input from Az flooring. After 3 weeks job was finally finished with moderate to poor quality. Very poor to zero communication and follow up, Unfortunately I cannot recommend them.
Wanted cash for purchase of the tile we bought. Went to the bank and got the cash. Paid in full, waited a week. They called and said they couldnt get what we ordered. Went for a refund. Instead of a cash refund they wrote a check for it that has bounced.
Our carpet is amazing! The sales rep was less than adequately communicative, but Scott stepped in and made things right.A couple hiccups along the way but overall, I would do business with these guys again.
We just had Arizona Flooring Direct tear up 1800 square feet of carpet and ceramic tile and install 1800 square feet of 12x24 porcelain tile in every square inch of the house. We LOVED dealing with the team here. We are two very picky people, and very particular, and they just rolled with it...even after the 20th visit, and the third change of mind. We got a solid deal...they will definitely be there for our next three tile projects!
I cant say enough about the staff at arizona flooring direct - they compete with the larger nationwide companies hands down from pricing to customer service ...and the finished product...I recommend this company to anyone remodeling their kitchen or bathroom floors and cabinets!
My other review is posted under the Arizona Flooring Direct, Greenway (Warehouse location). I want to be sure this review is also posted at the North Scottsdale location where I purchased the flooring. After 10 months, my terrible flooring experience is still not resolved. The laminate flooring was installed improperly over areas of unlevel subfloor. The subfloor was not assessed before the installers installed the floor. One visit by Gabriele Garcia (scheduling installer) and he did agree the flooring was improperly installed and needed repaired. A different installer (not the original installer) was sent. After two visits he forgot to complete areas of repair. No one has communicated with me since to finish the job. I cannot paint the new baseboards because when they take up the laminate boards, they remove the baseboards, therefore the paint would be chipped. This issue is now in the hands of the ROC (Registrars of Contractors). Upon yesterdays visit, 8/1/18, by the ROC investigator, this companys owner and/or scheduler was a no-show to try and resolve the issue. The owner, Scott More is no where to be found. The scheduling installer Gabriele Garcia has stopped responding, nor returns any further communication. Once they were paid in full, they dont care about customer service any longer. Buyer beware!
Nice, nice people - honest in quoting
