Unbelievable! Adam is definitely service oriented. I showed up about 45 minutes before they closed. He quoted me 20 minute turnaround on an iPhone screen repair and he had it done in 10. For less than I’ve paid at other shops where I’ve had to wait a couple hours. I definitely recommend this place.

I purchased a speaker cable for my iPhone X online from these guys, when I got the cable and went to do the repair I realized the part of the cable was ripped and missing. (uploaded photo for comparison to a intact cable) I wanted to return the part as it was defective. The owner right away did not accept responsibility and blamed it on me; citing his impeccable skill of inspecting every part that goes out in the mail. I started a PayPal dispute and got my money back, thanks to PayPal I wasnt scammed by a guy not willing to take responsibility of his own doing. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Friendly staff and fast service. Got my screen fix where my camera takes pictures on back of my phone. Took 30 mins for $80. Besides it being more costly then I had hoped, so far 5 days in and definitely can take better close up pictures then before.

Showed up at Adams door at 9:00 AM this morning. Friendly guy. Said he could fix my glass in 30 minutes. Showed up 25 minutes later and my phone was done. What more could I ask for. This place was great! Adam was extremely friendly and greeted me outside. I explained to him the problem with my phone. They usually have the part in stock but that day they didn’t. He gave me a rental phone with my SIM card while he ran to the other location to pick up the battery and had it fixed by the time I came back. My phone feels brand new! Highly recommend!

Went to Quick Mobile Repair to get my cracked screen replaced on my iPhone 8. I called around to a few other shops and these guys were one of the most reasonably priced. I only had about a 30 minute window to get it done but risked going without an appointment anyway. Alan was super friendly and helpful and had my phone done in under 15 minutes! Phone looks and works great and is even under a one year warranty!

I brought my phone couple weeks ago to get the screen replaced. I’ve probably had about six or seven phones fixed replaced and flashed there before never had any problems I knew gentleman works there as we speak. My wife plugged in her phone and now it doesn’t work you can hear the sound I bring it in and they said that I have water damage well it’s not been around water on top of that when I received my phone from them do you like oh just be careful we stripped the screws now I get the phone and the screws are sticking out. Just paid 140 now they want to charge me another hundred dollars to fix a mistake that I did not do!.

I would give it no stars if I could. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for a couple years and they still have poor customer service. Prices have gone up. Whenever you have a repair in the works they lie about how soon it will be finished and never call with updates even though they say they will. I waited 3 weeks to get my Apple watched repaired by them for the SECOND time when they told me it would take less than a week. I had to keep calling to even get information about how much longer it would take. And they didn’t even fix it, it had water damage because they neglected to tell me replacing a screen disrupts the water resistant seal. And they tell me it is my fault and they won’t do anything. Now I’ve spent 600$ on my watch here and it’s STILL broken. Horrible customer service and even the owner Nick wouldn’t budge on a refund or anything. I have given them hundreds of dollars of business and they are worried about losing a few hundred in a refund. I will never bring my business back and I recommend you find another place to take yours as well.

Dropped my iPhone 8 Plus at 5:30 on a Tuesday night, thought I was doomed for 1-2 days (eternity today without your cell). A week prior Quick Mobile replaced my screen. Fortunately they were open till 7:00. In a panic I rushed thinking phone was too gone for repair. A gentlemen by the name of Josh greeted me right away and that alone was a big help. He assessed it quickly with confidence, told me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I knew it would be costly, but with priceless customer service Josh provided taking away my worry and feeling of being lost for two days, it was worth every penny. My phone fell off my car on to a very busy street and was run over several times by other cars. The screen was shattered, it wouldnt turn on and I was sure I would have to buy a new phone. I took it into Quick Mobile on Bell and 56th Street. Within 15 minutes my phone was good as new. This place is awesome! They are very helpful and prices are reasonable! Definitely recommend them!!

Took an iPhone with water damage to these guys to see if they could revive it. They said leave it here and we will check it out. Got a call back saying the board was fried and could not be fixed. Went and picked it up... Fast forward a couple weeks. A friend of mine suggested I try another repair place that they had good luck with. They were able to fix the phone no problem. The board was fine. Heres where it gets really interesting. The place that was able to fix the phone said whoever replaced the screen for you in the past left out a bunch of shielding and put a really poor quality replacement screen in. I bought this phone new and it had never been opened or repaired before taking it to these folks. How did a replacement screen get on this phone??????

I stopped in to get my iPad screen replaced and the guys there were more than happy to help. They were very knowledgeable and took time to explain the whole repair process to me. I was able to pick up my device the next morning it was in perfect working order. After I had read the reviews I was skeptical about going here but I was more than blown away by the level of expertise and professionalism. Would give 6 stars if I could! Had a broken charge port on my iPhone 6S. They replaced it, gave me a new tempered glass screen protector, and a brand new battery for barely 100 bucks! I drove all the way from Sun City, to the shop on 51st & Union Hills. Nick fixed my the broken glass on my iPhone 4s in less than 15 minutes while I played with his very cute yellow lab puppy. This was a few months ago and the repair is still perfect. He was both competent and very friendly.

Nick is very pleasant to work with. I contacted them via google at 9pm not knowing what to do. He responded in seconds w a price for me. Affordable. He also is pleasant and focuses on serving the customer. I will be back.

This store is The worst when it comes to customer service timeliness and over all professionalism. If you want to lose your money feel free to do business with these guys they take your money and then do not wanna hear you out if youre having problems with your phone despite the fact that they tell you they have a warranty I took my phone in told them what the problem was took it home after a $180 within 3 days had the same exact problem when I walk back in there they threaten to call the cops because they thought theres no way that they could have done something wrongThey did not even want to look at my phone or hear me out as soon as I said Im having the same problem with my phone they asked me to leave because we know what were doing you must have done something to your phone and were done here you can leave or Ill have the cops make you leave. I not once raised my voice or anything, it is the most unprofessional inappropriate way I have ever been spoken to.

DAY 5 UPDATE: Now the phone is losing the ability to sense touch. I have to hit certain keys 2-3 times for the phone to recognize them.I would never recommend this outfit. Theyve destroyed my phone. The speaker and camera arent working. The battery sparked and nearly exploded. The Tech admitted that he tried to remove it incorrectly...He then had to replace the part...He didnt charge me for that...thank goodness. Moreover, they replaced my screen with some cheap / soft glass. Matt swears that its OEM grade, but its not the same. MY PHONE HAD CORNING GORILLA GLASS. THAT DOES NOT SCRATCH!!!! The replacement screen got two very small scratches on it within less than a day and looks different in the sun. I immediately went home and fell asleep right after this place replaced my screen...how the heck did the scratches happen?! My guess is when I had to go right back in the store because the speaker didnt work, the tech had to open up the phone multiple times. I am pretty sure he scratched it, but with all the smudges, I didnt notice. He couldnt fix the speaker and I had to come back for a second repair...(All-and-All, I spent 3 hours sitting in the store within 2 visits.) I called at 10:00 the next morning to talk to Nick. He got extremely nasty and said: All screens get scratches and that my old phone screen was scratched Ummmmmm ..NO. My other screen NEVER scratched. I just accidentally cracked it at the post office and wanted a replacement. HEY PHONE GURU, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SURFACE SCRATCHING AND CRACKING. After being nasty, I just hung up..I was so upset. Instead of letting it go, Nick harassed me by calling my business phone 4 consecutive times within an hour...extremely creepy. I could have bought a new phone for the price. $215.00. That loser kid has no business running a business. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Dishonest, unethical and incompetent. Had a broken screen on Droid, had Nick repair, 4 hours later phone went caput all together, remember now... The only problem with the phone was a broken screen prior to Nick touching the device, it worked just fine in all aspects. Returned device to Nick, he kept for 2 days, did not return phone calls ( made 4 calls and each time was informed someone would call back) they never did, finally we called after hours and left a voice message on Friday evening, Saturday morning... still no return call. Returned to store on Saturday, Nick indicated water ruined the device. I respectfully disagreed. Asked for a refund and he declined. The device never had any water contamination (regardless of what he says) and the device worked for 3 days after the screen broke and worked fine until the incompetent hands of this company touched it. Now the topping on the cake... He handed my device back and declined a refund, as I was walking out of the store he asked if I wanted the Sim card, to which I replied well of course I do he handed me the Sim card and I said youre missing the insert bracket for the Sim card to which he replied...he couldnt find it but would order me a new one 🤔, Incredible! Can only wonder what other internal parts or pieces are missing. Best of luck for the future quick mobile repair, youre going to need it.As far as Nicks response... Still no Simcard holder (surprise surprise), overnight? Its been 3 days and no part delivered, Im certain it will not arrive. Ive biked literally 10K miles with that phone in the same exact location as it was when I left your facility, never has there been one drop of moisture in this phone or any other while biking, even on that day when it was in the same exact location WITH A BROKEN SCREEN when I rode 20 miles to get to you, and the phone worked perfectly after the ride. If moisture caused a catastrophic complete phone failure it was introduced in your facility, not detected nor remedied nor dried and sealed correctly, which is what you received compensation for. But you got paid anyway didnt you? As far as the refund (as stated by you), the TRUTH is that I had paid you for a screen saver and camera lens (which you did not have in stock), I prepaid for these items because I trusted you! So to state that you refunded monies is only more proof of your dishonesty and the all mighty Benjamin Franklin being your priority.

When I went back because since it was showing No service and touch screen was not working. They said its not there fault its issue with icd chip in phone. Before I changed my screen everything was working perfect and after changing screen I encounter the issue like that. And the guy in the store was like it will cost you additional $$$ to change Icd chip. Bad business!!! I do not recommend this store. I wish I had went to Apple store directly instead of looking for cheap place.

Im not the confrontational type. I left and I paid, but my Note 5 just needed to get the camera glass and bezel repaired. They did a good job with that, but they scratched the film behind the glass. I took it to get repaired elsewhere. They were nice, but Im the type that just moves on. The next repairman told me you had to be bad at this to scratch it like that. He fixed in 5 minutes.

Had to fix my Pixel XL and it was done in 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable.
