The Williams-Sonoma Scottsdale Fashion Square store is located by Nordstrom on the 2nd floor (level 1). They have a wonderful selection of cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, electrics, serving accessories, some veru useful tools and cookbooks.

My parents bought mug there and it was chipped 3 different area. My parents are over 70 and employees didnt even checked. We live 35 min away and I called store and unless I bring to them they will not refund. Its $13 and its gift. We can give this mug as gift.

Customer service has slipped, big time. Check out the heavy pitting on our brand new Staub. WS General Manager, Christine refused to refund or replace the obviously defective item because someone purchased it on sale before gifting it to us. (We had a receipt less than two months old.) I recommend Sur La Table for your kitchen supplies. They have much better customer service.

A great place to window shop for your culinary dreams.Williams Sonoma carries tons of kitchen utensils, cookware, gadgets, high-end ingredients and small appliances.Many are top of the line brands or pro series.Sales people are low pressure, so if you need help or a suggestion youll probably need to ask.This location hosts cooking demonstrations which are entertaining and informative.Prices will be higher versus other kitchen supply stores, but often the quality matches the price.For quickest access to this location, park in the Nordstrom parking garage and walk through on the 2nd level to the mall.

My mother in law sent us a beautiful kitchen set of the valentine line they were just currently in stock with. In the route a few things had broke. Our measuring cup set and a mug set was broken so we brought it in (with receipt) to exchange for non-broken ware. The lady who helped us got out a measuring cup set and gave it to us claiming they didn’t have the mugs in stock but a different location might and for us to check there. So she was ringing us up and said we didn’t have the measuring cups on the receipt. However how would that be possible with us having the broken set? We asked her multiple times to look it up, look up my mother in laws employee number, she claimed that “corporate” was too strict and it was out of their hands. We had to call my mother in law and give her email and have her talk them through the process. The manager on the floor was completely useless and decided to help a different customer instead of us when we asked her to talk with my MIL. We were in there for 45 min trying to figure out a way to exchange/replace the sets. Least helpful people and made us feel so uncomfortable as if we didn’t “belong.” If I could give a 0 I would.

Absolutely terrible experience. I first spent 15 minutes standing by the knives trying to get someone’s attention to help me. Finally, when someone shows up they don’t have the knife set I was looking for. I then looked around for a bit and decided I wanted to get a more expensive set. I waited over one hour to receive help yet again! All while having the young barista asking people to help me. Then I finally get helped and get told I can’t use my coupon that I received from the site for signing up for email. No remorse for my one hour wait, was basically told do you want to buy this or not? Worst retail shopping experience I have ever had.

DO NOT USE Williams Sonoma - especially if youre counting on using the product as a gift or even for Christmas. I ordered their specialty Star Wars product on Dec 8th for my Christmas shopping. I even saw the charge hit my account. Then ten days later I received an email alert that there was something wrong with the order and to please call them. The charge on my account was also suddenly gone. After waiting on hold for a while I reached a very not helpful person who instructed me that the product was on backorder and they had paused the transaction until it would be available on Dec 30th. I was frustrated, not only because Id JUST seen another Facebook ad for the product but now the Christmas gift would be late. Still, I agreed. I waited until this week as its now past the holidays, past the date they said the product would be available, Im still seeing ads for the product on FB and the charge has yet to hit my account again. So I called again, waited on hold AGAIN, and was told that the status of the order was now marked insufficient payment and had been canceled. I argued this to no avail then finally said Whatever, what will it take to get the product. They said I could reorder with them right then. Then the poor girl spent 15 minutes searching for the product only to realize the product was.... on backorder once more. I told the girl she was very helpful (she really did the best she could) but I was extremely frustrated with this entire process. After I hung up, Williams Sonoma then had the audacity to email me a follow-up message asking how I liked the product (which Id never received and was apparently canceled) and to please rate their service. Wish granted Wiliams Sonoma. The service was terrible (aside from the last poor girl who tried so hard to help). Update your ads. Stop offering products that are on backorder. Learn to better communicate order issues/inventory issues to your customers.

Woof, they were a little bit busy but the employees were acting as though it were the Apocalypse.It clearly stemmed from poor leadership as the manager seemed very confused and had to be continually directed by her employees for what to do next.Because it was so difficult to shop there today, I asked for a small accommodation, that they gift wrap one item for me quickly. They said no that it would take at least 30 min although no one was wrapping any items presently.I came in for a $20 lattice crust maker but I am also in the market for a $900 All-Clad set. Amazon it is.I dont look like your average WS customer, m like your average lumberjack, and at first I thought that could be why I was treated poorly. But then I saw the manager be very rude to a man who had a question about a return.Then a group of ladies in line behind me who were clearly being kind but you could tell their patience was running a bit thin, as well. One nice lady reminded me they would give me the paper to go. The cashier actually growled at her. Im not kidding. Im really not. I promise I never will ever return.There is a high end 8 Chef Knife on my mind to replace my awesome but not fancy one I have now. It would have taken a great sales person but I could have been convinced to spend a whole lot more.That reminds me, there was one employee, dressed wildly unprofessionally, bracelets everywhere his shirt was half unbuttoned and needed a shave, selling coffee makers.I mean this place was just ridiculous.

After spending over $2000 in less than a month on new cookware and various other kitchen things we needed, we had trouble with one of the pots they recommended. In our attempt to return in we were informed that we could not return it because it was a clearance item. When we purchased it, it was brought to us, and recommended to us by a store employee, there was never a mention about the fact that it was clearance, or that it was not returnable.Now despite the fact we gave them so much of our business their store assistant manager, Emily, advised us that she will do nothing to help us, and we have to keep their pot. The way she went about telling us this is what bothered me so much, so snarky, so rude. I honestly couldnt believe this woman is a manager.After many great experiences in this store, I will never give Williams-Sonoma my business again. There are far too many choices to be treated poorly and continue to do business with people like this.Be careful what you buy here!

Was trying a Nespresso machine on demo following a couple who did so. An associate came and told us rudely that we shouldn’t be doing that if we aren’t going to buy one. I apologized and said we didn’t know but she kept talking loudly so we returned all of the items we were supposed to buy and left. Their associates need more training in treating customers properly and maybe I would’ve considered buying but I guess losing one customer does not mean anything in their bottom line.Too bad I couldn’t put zero stars.

Applied for a credit card for store promotion. The first month bill is not my normal bill pay time. it was due on December 11, 2017 and a person from credit card company called on December 22, 2017 told me if i payed full amount i would not be charged for late fee and interest charge. Payed full amount right away. However, the late charge and interest charge showed up on the following 4 statement. Called them every time to remind the agreement that they promised. Williams-Sonoma report me for 30 day late to credit bureau on March 2018. When i call Williams-Sonoma credit card, i was told that they would give me a curtsy waiver. because the reporting was not their fault. HOW WOULD THAT BE A 30 DAY LATE, WHEN PAYMENT WAS MADE 11 DAYS AFTER THE DUE DATE?DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR CREDIT OFFER. ITS NOT WORTH IT. MY CREDIT SCORE DROPPED TO LOW 700. BECAUSE THE ERROR WILLIAM-SONOMA HAS MADE!!!!! WORST OF ALL THEY DIDNT THINK THEY MADE ANY MISTAKE!!!
