Started coming here after I saw it next to the pizza spot. Bought my e-rig for a great price with plenty of other accessories. Walking in here feels like you’re going somewhere very familiar even if it’s your first time. The crew knows a lot and are happy to educate instead of just sell ya something and kick you out. Everything I’ve bought here is quality and survives my clumsy self too. Highly recommend for anybody new or old who smokes. Nice selection of disposables too!

I have been going to this smoke shop for almost a year. This is by far the best smoke shop I have ever been to! Everyone is always in a great mood, it’s very clean, I love the vibe but the owner is my favorite. (I really need to catch his name) He always says hello even if he’s not waiting on me and his customer service skills are top notch. He always make me feel welcome and appreciated. Wow... I never leave reviews but after leaving this place I felt super compelled to. I have NEVER been in a smoke shop and felt totally comfortable, but not once in Havana Leaf did I feel like I wanted to get out as soon as possible. They were extremely knowledge and helpful. They helped me find exactly what I needed at a price that was more than reasonable. I will be back and I absolutely will recommend this place to anyone.I couldnt be more impressed.

I have been coming into this store every once in a while for about a year or so now. After many visits I felt it was time to give this fabulous store a review. The family that runs the store is amazing. They are friendly and welcoming every visit. The customer service has been great and consistent every time. I love how clean and well organized the shop is. They have an incredible and varied selection of glassware, cigars, papers, and other products. Always good quality and great prices.Recently I purchased a Dr. Dabber Switch at the store. It is a lot of fun and was a great purchase. While it can be used for both wax and flower the wax setting is definitely my preference. The flower setting is okay, but doesnt have quite the same effect as other flower vapes such as the Volcano. However with that being said, I dont know if I will ever go back to using any other wax rig ever again. It really is fantastic for wax.

Havana is the only place I like to go to and the only smoke shop that ever has what my Fiancé and I want. Also right next to my work and very convenient. Mark and his co workers are so friendly and no what I want. Amazing family owned business, I always recommend them.

I had purchased a nectar collector from here and it didn’t function properly when I charged it up and tried to use it, after the owner inspected the device to make sure it wasn’t anything I did to it they let me return the device for store credit and get something different! I highly recommend this place! Very beautiful establishment in Scottsdale Az and they have everything! Friendly helpful staff and the puffco dab pen I got in exchange works amazingly! 5 star establishment all the way!

Best smoke and vape shop ever. I am always greeted nicely from the owners and their son. You can easily tell they work hard to keep their family business growing and running properly. They always have what I want, and one time when they didnt, they made sure to write my name and number down and call me as soon as their new shipment came in. They ask me about my day every time I come in which is nice as well. They have even offered me a bottle of water on my way out at least twice. Overall, very well maintained family business and I will be always getting my needs from them.

I’ve been coming to Havana leaf smoke shop work for years. Rays New York pizza is right next-door so it’s win win. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to accommodate. Marc especially, is always kind and goes above and beyond.

I have bought a few different vape devices from other stores and they kept breaking and I wasnt sure why. I was frustrated but decided to try again. Lucy, at Havana Leaf took the time to try to fix the one I had purchased somewhere else and she showed me some other options. She explained the maintenance for each of the devices which no one had done in the past and I think that is why they kept breaking. She is very warm and friendly, you can tell she really cares and really wants to help people who want to quit smoking cigarettes. The store is light, bright and clean and has a great vibe.
