I got a bunch of stuff my first order. All was fine except a pair of leggings that had a hole in them. I didnt bother with it since it was the only one. I figured it was a one off situation. Since then, I just bought one other pair of leggings and it had a hole in it. These are big holes to where I cannot wear the leggings.I reached out to customer service and they only wanted to give me credit for more clothes. I told them I didnt want anymore because of the bad quality and they completely ignored the fact that I said my clothes had holes in them.Needless to say, I canceled and will not be going back.
First time trying them out. Safe to say I won’t buy again. 1) their app doesn’t work. I’m unable to use it because it thinks I am a woman and I need to enter a survey based on woman size. 2) I placed my first order on the web but never got any type of email confirmation, I called the customer service team, they were unable to send me a confirmation, told me stuff would be delivered yesterday but it never came, no email conformation, no package, no email, no app. Sadly, they’ve lii oh it my business
I dont know why low rating.... BUT Daria & Breana were amazing. The in store experience was professional and went above and beyond my expectations. The were both so professional, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure I left happy. Kate will be getting a message from me about this!
I am so satisfied with my Christmas gift. I got an Green XL with side pockets. Once you have the pockets on one pair you have to have them all the time. Love them. They fit perfectly on me. I have been losing this weight and waist line after having my first baby. Its been a CHALLENGE but I got this. Thanks Fabletics. Ill definitely be back for more. Id love to try the sport bras.
I know that I’m posting this review to the store, but there’s no where to review the online website, so here goes. If someone from the store sees this and can help me, that would be great!There’s an item I liked online and it was out of stock, so I clicked the button to tell me when it was back in stock and I’d make a decision then. I was already on the fence about it.I just got an email that said not only was it ordered, but already shipped…! I have literally never heard of that, ever! So now, I need to wait until it’s delivered and return it. I’m not paying to return it. This is complete bs. Can I return it at a store??Does anyone know where I can touch on this subject on the website? I called the number, but the gal on the other line barely spoke English and there was a rooster crowing in the background, so I don’t think she would’ve been able to help me lol. Thanks! Very friendly staff and very helpful. They went above and beyond on helping make my order right. Exchanging what I bought online to what I really wanted. Great sell on shorts Im really excited about.
They offer sweet deals but it’s really just an attempt to get you on a ridiculously priced VIP membership monthly subscription. I bought the 2 for $24 shorts and then went through the trouble of cancelling my vip membership subscription immediately which they try to talk you out of. I got a notification that my membership was cancelled. Then a few days later an email that my order was cancelled due to high demand? Yet the shorts are still available. So in other words, keep the membership or they will cancel your order and not honor the deals they promise. Such a scam...
This company is the worse not only do you have a hard time canceling your membership but if you remove your card off file that is used for the membership they will still charge it and not only that my bank account was closed and this company found a credit card I used to make a merchandise purchase and used that to change my subscription. This is the only company I have a membership with that doesn’t send you an email that the payment failed so you can update if need be they just go and try to find a past card that was used to buy pants with and charge that. No sorry not ok with me. I will not be recommending this company anymore nor will I be doing any future business.
The products are only OK quality but the return policy is not good. A pocket zipper broke on a pair of shorts while wearing for the first time (worn for about 2 hours). I used membership credits to purchase and according to their website Items redeemed through the rewards program are not eligible for returns or exchanges. I am now stuck with a pair faulty shorts that I can not return.
Wow. This place is a total scam. All they try to do is lure you in with good deals and then rob you with the monthly fee which is ridiculous too high. The. Customer service makes it hard to cancel. Unethical and something should be done to not allow this. Please don’t support this company.
Great experience. Had some returns from an online order and staff was super helpful and made it completely painless. Went to extra lengths to find some things for me that werent on display.

I have a Fabletics account and membership. I’m writing this review strictly on the fact that I’ve tried to purchase 3 outfits on different occasions and each time my order doesn’t go through . After multiple attempts it will finally say the outfit is out of stock. I understand that things can go quick, but I find it hard to believe that after adding something to my cart and immediately go to checkout it then is out of stock on 3 different occasions. I find that hard to be a coincidence!! Fabletics needs to have better control over inventory and not allow out of stock items to be added to a cart. I’m extremely frustrated!!!!! I’ve only been a member for a few short months and how this is being handled, makes me not want to be a member any longer!! There are lots of places selling same or similar type outfits as Fabletics does that are far less expensive than they are. Especially consider that one of the first pants that I got, has had stitching coming out - I can see why they have 4 different stitch lines sewn in- it’s not for looks, it because of quality issues!!

Told me to wait to cancel VIP membership until return was processed. Took 28 days for return to be return and they charged 2 days later another vip month and wouldn’t return the new charge. Then I had I had to request canceling account 5 times for it was completed. Kept giving more sales pitch’s.
Brianna, Megan, and all the ladies were beyond helpful as well as extremely polite! They made my exchange super easy and gave me great recommendations for future purchases since Im a new VIP member. Ill definitely be returning to this store 🙂

This company is not newbie or foot traffic friendly. I had no idea how this worked and no one volunteered any information when walking into the store. Their sale on leggings is only if you sign up for their monthly subscription. No one told us that when we went into the store. Spent about an hour trying on leggings and then found that out at the register. Not happy. Then asked them why they dont tell people that and they said, Its on the sign. GTFOH. If you cancel it after purchasing, you can never sign up again, according to the sales associate.
I have waited almost a month for my items and they have still not arrived. I have tried reaching out to see when my package would arrive and I’ve gotten nothing back. At this point I want a refund but have no way of contacting to get my refund. I will be canceling my subscription. I’ve never had to wait this long for a pair of leggings. It’s ridiculous.

I loved my experience at Fabletics. I went in because Ive heard nothing but good reviews about their excersise clothing. The store was great! As soon as I walked in I was greeted multiple times as well as when I was shopping. The fitting room was also great because of the I pad system in each room. The store manager Art was very helpful and gave me the best discount possible. I was glad to say that my purchase that was 300 before turned to 170! I will definitely be returning!!!!!
Horrible experience. They sent the wrong product and then tired to rub my noise in it that I ordered the wrong product. They appear to be a great company on the outside but their customer service is rude, condescending and disrespectful.
Customer service was horrible. Shipment was lost and almost all the 7 items were gone. Promotion was over so couldn’t get same amount of items as initial order. Was hung up on twice.The one item that was in stock, they wouldn’t express ship even though initial order was 3 weeks ago. Never ordering again.

Purchased something online for my sister... 12 days later they charged me another 50$ and said it was a credit for joining fabletics membership and it doesnt expire and can be used for my next purchase... apparently becoming a member is not like joining the safeway club... purchasing/ becoming a fabletics member is a membership for a subscription. They keep your card on file!!! and will not allow you to delete it. BEWARE-- seems fraudulent...
This is a scam and they have no customer service online. I made a large purchase and even though they say it was delivered my apartment building has no record of it being delivered and I have not received my products and it has been 2 weeks. I tried to connect with them online and waited 20 minutes waiting for someone to join only to have someone join and then disconnect from the chat without ever writing me back.

Nick (manager) and his team have been amazingly helpful to me as I learn my fit of this brand. The customer service has been top notch even when it’s been my own fault for getting the wrong size. The service I have received and the friendliness in the approach have made me want to buy more from Fabletics. Top notch I’m really shocked at the poor reviews. Don’t believe them judge for yourself you may find as I did that it’s a great experience.
