UPDATE: Took my MacBook Pro due to a lock issue and was told that a chip needed to be replaced to be able to login again.After three weeks I was told that the chip was not working well on the Mac and was given my original files from the hard drive since it had been reset.The MacBooks track pad did not work properly and I was told that the motherboard may gone bad or the track pad itself.I then ordered a track pad and installed it myself and works as new!Data Doctors did as promised. They unlocked the MacBook pro and saved my files. I am able to use the MacBook without any issues whatsoever and even updated it to macOS Big Sur!

Saved My A**!!!! Data Doctors are knowledgeable, fast and a great resource for anyone who has a few years on their computers and needs to squeeze out a few more.My system had a Major meltdown due to me putting too much stuff on the hard drive. Steve was able to Remove and Replace my drive with one that has much more capacity and made it work EXACTLY like nothing had happened. My system is faster and better. The prices were very good, I could have never bought the parts and done the job myself. Data Doctors has all the tools, tricks and experience.

I have used Data Doctors for several years. They know what they are doing, are fast and reasonably priced. My computer is my business computer, so I need quick and excellent service. Last year, I tried another well-known service which required leaving my computer with them for THREE DAYS. Plus, they didnt resolve the issue. I wont make that mistake again. Data Doctors is definitely my go-to service.

I have used Data Drs twice now. The first time I had a random power down situation with my desktop that they fixed in a couple of days by installing a new power supply. Got talking to Dustin when I was picking it up about an external storage drive that was non functional. He suggested bringing it in and seeing what they could do. Did that a few days later. Dustin called me to let me know they could not do anything at the store but their Recovery Lab may be able to help. Expensive. Was going to leave it but was reminded by my wife that all our family pictures since 2004 were on that drive. Called Dustin and asked him to send it to the lab. Bear in mind this was right around Xmas so everyone was busy. He sent it, they recovered 100% of the data from the dead drive and my wife was ecstatic. Christmas went very well. To sum up..... These guys are good, honest and reliable. The perfect trio of attributes needed to operate a business.Thanks guys.

I had one of the most pleasurable business days today due to my incredible experiences at the Data Doctors off Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd near Paseo Water and Safeway. The owners are amazing; extremely kind, knowledgeable, warm, caring and more. They have owned this property for over 15 years and with their attitudes will be there for another 15 years. I had a tricky computer problem and they knocked it out of the park! I will return!

Great Service provided by Doug at Data Doctors. I was in town visiting my daughter when my business laptop keyboard failed. Doug quickly diagnosed the problem and advised me that the computer was under warranty. He printed out all of my warranty info for me and then advised me on what to do to get it repaired. Unfortunately I did not have them do the repair as I was only in town for a day and the part would take 2 days to come in. Dustin and Steve where great. My machine burnt out. When I had to replace with a new machine they were informative and transfer my data with no head ache or double talk- like you get in the box stores. They put the cost of my diagnostic towards the transfer. Five Stars!!!

Im not a technical person but my computer is like my right arm. It crashed on me this week and I learned my lesson because I had not backed up the hard drive.. I was in a panic and took my computer to Data Doctors. Dustin is phenomenal. He was able to pull my files of the damaged hard drive and put them on my new computer. He also installed all the necessary programs and gave me some training on the new 8.1 operating system so I was ready to go. Talk about providing peace of mind in addition to stellar service.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

I dreaded purchasing a new computer and setting it up. A neighbor recommended our local Data Doctors at FLW and Via Linda. I could not be more pleased by the professionalism, attention to my personal needs for my computer, and unbelievable speed with which Steve at Data Doctors, responded. I dropped off my new computer around 12:30 and then brought my old one in, within the hafl hour or so. By 4pm (same day!) he was at our home to finish installation, setting up WIFI, connecting it to my printer and making sure I was satisfied with everything on the new laptop. All at the flat fee of $200. I highly recommend the services. By the way, they do not try to sell you anything, and are frank about what they will do and not do, as well as stick with the original quote; all qualities we appreciate.

Steve fixed my system that would not boot to my desktop. He had it fixed the same day. I could not get my printer to work, so i called steve and he had me try a few things over the phone, but it didnt work so he came out to my house that evening and correctly configured my printer and everything is working great! Just recently he ( Steve, the owner & staff) moved to this great location in the Ancala mall ( Via Linda & Frank Lloyd Wright) just a few doors W of Safeway. Great, easy parking, it is a very nice mall w a Chase Bank & a few good places to eat.I am always patronizing places w the BEST people and customer service, and Steve exemplifies that indeed. He gets to know all his customers and I would never go to a non personal Geeky place when right here is the most knowledgable and friendly person you can talk directly too. He goes to lengths to let you know what your issue might be. Ge will many times do this right at the front counter.Data Doctors are independently owned, and these guys are the best. Always Fair. Always fast. Always transparent. I had an issue I was at major store, and couldn t even talk to a tech.Just bring along your computer, you will be very happy and customer for life... My computer screen got locked with some computer virus and took my notebook and he fixed in five minutes. But he showed me how to fix it if I encounter this in the future. I will take all my computer issues to this shop in the future.
