Rico is amazing! I purchased a bag from a large online platform and was confident that it was a fake. Rico graciously helped me authenticate the bag. It was only because of the Entrupy report that I was able to recover funds. I learned my lesson and will only buy pre-loved bags if they come with an Entrupy certificate.
