I got some really cool stuff, at fair prices... and it was 20% off on top of that ! The younger dark haired girl was very helpful and attentive .. the heavy set girl, with dirty hair, in the frumpy black top and skin tight jean shorts... was kinda rude .of course she wore a stupid black mask... she seemed a bit put out, when I asked for assistance with the jewelry... I had to ask the other girl to please stay with me, to show things under the glass while I looked . LuckilyThe same girl made her self available to check out.. as I did not wanna deal with the rude blond lady again ..

BUYER BEWARE! This location has HORRIBLE Management! The Manager, Dawn, is the Antithesis of Great Customer Service. She doesnt understand that without the Customer, she wouldnt have a job. There arent enough negative adjectives to describe my recent encounter with her when trying to make a purchase there. She was rude, condescending, antagonistic, and dismissive, to name a few.Her attitude is reflected throughout the store and in her staff. She compensates for her lack of management skills with fear and intimidation.Hopefully, the owner will transfer Dawn to a different location; One that fits her personality and skill level (Certainly not Scottsdale), or better yet, replace her with someone who understands the meaning of Customer Service.

Just a simple question ... how do you lose 35 items?? The items clearly show on my receipt however they have no record of them. The response, you leave things at your own risk. So I guess that means, once someone consigns at this store, they could put the items outside on the street and have zero responsibility! I will be escalating this.

We consigned a one year old contemporary metal wall sculpture. We originally paid $450 and it was in perfect condition. When we dropped it off, they said they did not have enough time to put a price on it because they were busy. They told us to call back in two days. When we called back to see the selling price, they told us that they had priced it and that it sold for $45 and that our cut would be $14 because they put it on a super sale. They never checked with us about the price and just dumped it. Had we known that, we would never have done business with them.

Purchased a piece of furniture from this store. Was told that it was store policy that the customer had to remove the furniture from the sales floor and load the furniture into their vehicle themselves. Was directed to a dolly at the front of the store to assist. Are you kidding me?When I expressed dismay at the policy, the girl at the cash register suggested I ask other customers in the store to help me! As I looked around, there were only old ladies like myself shopping. When I told the salesgirl at the counter that there were only other old ladies like myself in the store, she said I had 6 days to pick it up! How ludicrous. I have NEVER purchased a piece of furniture from any retail establishment and was told I had to remove the furniture from the sales floor and load it into my vehicle by myself.Shout out to Faye in the receiving part of the store who agreed to assist.I love my new furniture, but I will NEVER shop at this store again. Ridiculous. What happened to customer service?

They used to have a lot more quality clothing and shoes and now seems to be a bit above Savers, short of what is in the glass cases up front.

Just had the worst consignment experience. I have consigned their numerous times and understand the require clothes be on hangers, but I had several shorts that were difficult to hand up. I was told by DAWN that they would only be looked at if they were on hangers. I understood and went home(I live very close) and got more hangers and returned. DAWN proceeded to tell me they only consign once a day for each person and I had left the store so she would not be looking at the other items that day. I shop there frequently and have always had good experiences, but this was terrible. Just a way to treat customers.

Biggest Scammers for consignment selling. I bought in a pair of expensive shoes in December and was told they would go out in the spring time. I called to check on the status and was told by the manager Dawn they she thinks they we actually put out in December and sold but sold after they expired so they would not be paying me on the $160.00 shoes I brought in......WHAT??? Sadly this has happened in the past at this store and I should have learned my lesson but I did now!!!! DO NOT COSIGN HERE.......go to another reputable store or sell on EBAY.

I love going to this store in search of treasures. I always find one for sure. If you are looking for unique recycled clothes, this is the place to go! The Scottsdale is my favorite location but I always stop by the one on Bell Rd too. I love all the treasures I bought there!

I love thrift store shopping. This one is quite upscale due to its prime location. I found some great pieces for a decent price. I will definitely come back.

I went to the Red Tag Sale, all red tags are $2. Lot of looking but I scored 5 pair of jeans/pants. Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Silver, Levi silver tab & a pair of Adriano Goldschmied. All for $10.80 tax included. I spent an hour looking. Happy!

I took items to the Scottsdale store today and was treated so rudely by the intake woman. She was snooty, demeaning and degrading but none the less did somehow manage to find twelve items to take. I have always had a good experience in the past and have been a loyal customer. Prior to today, the women in the back have been kind and gracious but if this is the direction you are going in I won’t be back.

I love shopping at Turnstyle. I find the most wonderful items here. Today I bought workout clothes and clothes for my children. Last time I was here I bought the most unique lamp and I get so many compliments when people see it. I highly recommend checking this store out, and come regularly to find items you will not find elsewhere.

I love everything about this place. Dont go to Goodwill when you can go to Turnstyle and get better quality everything. They screen everything so you know youre not getting picked clothing or broken items. I would recommend if youre wanting to go thrift shopping. You do have to move your own items if they are large so just beware

Have bought a few things there, my fave being a pair of Italian leather short boots for $45. I usually go home and browse the brand on the computer and this brand regularly sells for $300 & up. Sure they were a couple of seasons old but the style was such they never go out of style. So if youre looking for a classic upscale look youre a winner!

This was my first time there and I was bringing in a lot of clothing to be consigned. The process was easy, but the jury is still out until the end of July when I see how much and for what dollar amount has my things been sold.

Nice store but they took very few of the items I brought in for consignment, even shoes that had never been worn and almost all of my Chico and Gap items. I am a long time consigner and was very disappointed. I may buy there in the future but I wont consign.

I bought a pair of unused shoes here. They broke within 2 hours of me wearing them at work. That was a fun day. So I called them and asked about their refund policy. I was told I can return them within 6 days and the money would be returned on the card I paid with. I made plans to go back to that area (since Im about 25 min away) to return. When I get there I have to wait at the front counter for a few min before a lady shows up. She asked me for receipt and then tried to give me a gift card. I said no, Im here because I was told over the phone that I would get a return on my debit card. She was very short with me and told me No we dont do that. I tried to talk with her and all I kept getting was a very rude no. I gave up and left. I have this gift card I will never use because I will never go back. Poor quality items sold with poor attitudes.

I love this place, Ive been to the other location but hangs down Scottsdale has them bet. Friendly, clean, lots of choices! Ive got some sweet BRAND NAME hidden jewels. I recommend going at least twice a month if youre looking for something specific, this location will probably get it. Now, I will say this, I had an item that broke before I got to wear it. I didnt take it back right away. You have 7 days to return with a receipt. I was disappointed, the item still had the original shop tag, it was brand new and never used so I figured Id take it back, no dice. That policy is strict. Very sketchy business. Consigned a like new $300 ottoman and they used it for thier business in the dressing rooms. Kids crawling all over it... 1 week later, the stitching was torn and the acrylic sides all scratched.Do not trust this business.

Horrible place. A smile would have gone a long way from the young woman that was assisting me in trying to sell china. She was abrupt, rude, seemed to be enjoying her sense of power over the customers. All questions were answered with a curt yes or no. Finally, I informed her that I would feel better giving my stuff to the Salvation Army than leaving it at this store. Will never return.

I wanted to give them three 🌟 but two will do. Id rather spend that kind of money at Nordstroms Off the Rack. At Nordstroms the markdown clothes are new and if you are on their email list you can get extra off even on markdown merchandise.To me consignment means used and it should be priced as such.

My experience at this store was horrible... Needless to say Ive shopped at this TS location as well as the location on Bell Road and have invested plenty of money to help make these locations to become successful. However at the Scottsdale location since the staff turnover with younger employees and not to mention Bill in particular whom waited on me last Sat evening Aug. 23, this store has went down hill. The integrity of the return policy was broken first and not to mention that I was greatly over charged. I didnt realize that I was so over charged ( so guys make sure you check your receipt BEFORE you leave the store) until I got home after I was told that I wasnt able to return two items that were on clearance . While all the time Bill was cutting my tags off the 84 items that I purchased, last Sat. all total amount was $279.95 he constantly kept repeating if not satisfied dont cut tags off merchandise and bring receipt back within 7 days and will receive a store credit. So I only had two item that my friend in which I did explain to him has cancer and on fixed income I was buying for. could not fit...The young girl was very rude when I came out of the restroom and told me flatly that we cant take back items that were on clearance. When I first arrive I remember seeing the same lady that was there with Bill the nite I purchase the items, but I had to go to the restroom and left my bag and receipt with the younger lady at the counter while telling the lady what I needed to do.(return items) Upon my return she said the other person had left for the day....... I will not be back, to this location again. This is the last big money that they will see of mine.. bye bye TS...Scottsdale will not recommend this location as I had done in the past.

Not enough furniture, too many clothes. The furniture they do have is pretty good, though you do have to sift through a good amount of 90s decor to uncover the tasteful stuff. Their clothes are just plain bad - ugly - bad taste. They arent in bad shape, though, so if you want ugly clothes in good shape this is the place I guess. Summary - not for trendy folks, Turnstyles is for old folks.
