I LOVE THIS PLACE! From the first day that Ive shopped here its been nothing short of amazing! The prices, the customer service and atmosphere of the store is fabulous 💕 Im a girl who love resale items and luxury. This store represents that well! Very bad experience. I started coming to this store 8 years ago, but recently the staff has changed, and the owner is not like I remember her to be. Like the lady in the review had stated below, I was also treated in a very disrespectful and dismissive manner by the staff. Not because of a health issue, but also due to an inconvenience brought on by the pandemic. Be careful when purchasing items there as the condition may not be as it seems. I purchased a phone case from there a while back, and when I took it home and put it on my phone it smelled like vomit. I will never be going there again.

Will never be coming here again. They respected my medical condition since November 2020 until today. Unfortunately they treated me inhumane with disrespect and disregard to my medical condition even though I had been coming for months with no issues. When I first started coming I spoke with the manager and she told me she understood and respected my medical condition with which I am not able to wear a mask and even asked me if it was okay to take off her mask when we were talking! Today however she told me I had to wear a mask in order to be in the store even though we had previously had conversation about it. I will never be back again. Customers should never be treated in such a way and discriminated against. I will be sharing this with my friends and family so that they dont have to go through the same experience, as no one deserves to be treated in such a way. I was really sad when I had a good relationship with the manager and now all of a sudden am pressered to make decisions against my medical health and doctors guidance. This place completely overstepped personal boundaries. Its disgusting that someone thinks its okay to assume that authority. Very disappointed. I will be doing business at Platos Closet. I highly recommend them! They actually respect medical rights and people with medical disabilities.

The quality, selection & price is the best I have seen from Gilbert to Surprise and every store like it in between. The owner (whom Ive yet to meet) should be extremely proud of their fine establishment. Customer service and their knowledge is top notch!! I dont have one negative review to share. I know I get the very best here. They respect the designers and the customers. You see this in the pricing, the longevity and quality of the employees and the loyal clientele. Customer service is amazing. Those girls are always helpful. Selling my stuff through them makes me feel as if Im getting the best value for my items. When you break it down you invest a lot of money into your apparel. When I feel like I dont like an item anymore but is practically new, I know through urban exchange Ill get at least half of what I paid for it. Thank you girls!

I used to live in Scottsdale and shop here from time to time. Since moving I followed them on Instagram and am able to see/shop for items right as they come in...Where I live now there are no good high end consignment stores. I am SO happy to be able to message this store and get quick responses and great prices on high-end items! Emily is the design expert who always helps me! Ive even told her what I was in the market for and she helped me find it. I will continue to shop here - they are so nice! The prices for designer items cant be beat...Thanks!

Lovely clothes more pricey than other consignment in scottsdale. I didnt receive any assistance. I purchased one item and when I looked closer at home it was damaged. Poor quality control

If I could give them negative stars i would because even one star is way too high of a rating for the scam they are. I would always sell my designer items with them. Ive sold Prada, Chloe, See by Chloe, Tory Burch, Celine, Rag and Bone, Vince, Emilio Pucci, etc to this store. Like 3 or 4 days ago I took Celine sunglasses, See by Chloe skirt, Rag and Bone blazer with leather trim, Vince shorts, and Tory Burch flats and purse. The Tory Burch purse was the Half moon gold bag retail $498 and was like new. They told me they would sell it for $99 so that they could only pay me 30% of that which would be $30. So I sold everything. Today I see their Instagram they are advertising that same bag I sold them for $199. Double what they told me! So I confronted them about it and commented regarding the scam in their post. They deleted my comment and sent me a message saying they were sorry about the confusion and that I had the option of consignment instead. First of all they never told me about the option of consigning (you leave the item for them to sell them they give you half what it sells for instead of them paying you 30% upfront). Second they didnt even offer to pay me the full 30% of the $199 they are actually selling for to make up for their so called confusion. Third they do research while you are there selling your items to see how much they can sell it for and what they can pay you so there couldnt have been any confusion. They are just greedy and lied to me to get more money out of the bag. Which is such a scam and shame, if I were you I wouldnt do any business with these people and dont sell your items to them or even consign because if they scammed me they will scam you too. Whos not to say they will tell you they sold your item for less than what they tell you and pay you less. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!UPDATE: THEY DELETED THE POST FROM THEIR INSTAGRAM SO THAT NOBODY COULD SEE THE SCAM THEY ARE, BUT LUCKILY I SCREENSHOT BEFORE THEY DID. I ADDED A SCREENSHOT PHOTO OF THE TORY BURCH BAG THEY SCAMMED ME ON

Wouldnt recommend for plus size, no one to really assist customers without asking first.

The first 4-5 times I visited UE I was thrilled with the merchandise and prices. Ive purchased some great stuff. That was in the summer. When I returned in the fall, twice, there were slim pickins for sure. As I looked around the store it seemed like lesser quality items were being accepted. Feeling forced to go elsewhere for the better/designer thrift duds that Id been used to finding at UE, Ive actually begun finding them at the Goodwill store on Indian Bend in Scottsdale (for a lot less $).P.S. Im not giving up on UE!

Disappointed in the selection, not many sizes and no mens clothes wish I knew that before entering the store.
