I usually go to the Willo location because it’s a lot closer to my house but with a eye issue that was really bugging me and the Doctor at this location with availability, I ended up here and I actually think I liked the location, the office and the doctors here better. I was seen very swiftly and ended up without any real issues but it was nice to be assured that my eye itchiness was just allergies. Lots of eyeglasses options on display if you need to get a new pair. Modern and very clean office.

Came in to try some Ray-Bans and Jaclyn (so sorry if the spelling is off) at the front desk went above and beyond answering my questions! Definitely a 5-star experience!

I’m on vacation and lost my contacts. I walked in with my prescription from back home and they set me up with a trial pair. They couldn’t have been nicer about it and didn’t hassle me at all. I’d feel great about having my eyes checked here if I lived here. Thanks!

I am visiting from Europe and one of the lens for my prescription sunglasses popped out. I quickly stopped by the shop 10 min to closing and was met with courteous service who went above and beyond to fix and clean my glasses. Great service and helpful staff! Thank you very much for your help!

This is an awesome practice. The doctors are extremely caring and easy to talk to. As my eyes have changed throughout the years, the doctors have worked with me to find bifocal contacts that I can work with and glasses that are comfortable. However, by far, the best part about this office is the staff. I have been going to this practice for almost 20 years. I am amazed at the extremely low turn over in staff which tells you something about an office culture. This is also great because I love the people who work in this office. They are fun, easy to talk to and very professional. I highly recommend.

Learned a lot about my eyes I didn’t know in when I lived in Wisconsin. As an example, I have a freckle in me left eye; who knew that was even possible, because I sure the heck didn’t. That’s pretty neat! Everyone was sooo nice! Lady helped me pick out nice glasses that fit the style of my face. ❤️ thank you, and will totally recommend!!

I am a current client and have been to several other shops throughout the valley and nobody has come close to the level of service, attention to detail, or have made me feel at home like Optical Expressions. The owners are good people that truly care about their clients, they make me feel like family, and I highly recommend stopping by, you will not be dissapointed!

I agree with D BGs review. This is the first time I been to this optical shop. The doctors are very nice and professional. The two stars are for the service provided by the doctors. It bothers me is the tech who dealing with glasses orders. I received phone call from her 2 weeks after I placed my glasses order saying that my insurance wont cover and there is nothing that she can do for me. I have to call my insurance to provide a solution for her. First of all, this shouldnt happen. she should of caught it when I place the order. After this happened, I only get a phone call said there is nothing that she can do for me and no apologize at all. It bothers me when someone is being rude and not being proactive in problem solving. To me, It simply means the person does not care.

I have been going to this Optical Expressions location for almost 20 years and lately the customer service has taken a turn for the worse. Front desk staff are condescending and appear to be too busy to assist patients. I recently stopped in to reorder contacts and was told that my prescription was out of date. Rather than trying to make an appointment for my eye exam to renew my prescription the front office staff abruptly told me that they could not help me and would have to talk to the doctor who was not available. After failing to receive the phone call I was promised with information from the doctor I called the office to follow-up and was told once again that I could not be helped. Dr. Shapiros leadership is definitely missed and our family will be taking our business elsewhere.

Weve been going here for over 15 years, the doctors and staff are awesome. We will continue to drive 20 miles out of our way because of the front office staff. Thank you Barry.
