The way some of the customers treat the staff at my local Walgreens makes me angry and sad for them . Jordan at the pharmacy is a great guy, Christy in skin care is also super helpful and all the people up front know me and use my name, which as a business owner, I really respect!
I can almost guarantee that if you get put on hold at the pharmacy they will never actually answer the call. I’ve experienced this several times.Update: Eileen from the store got someone in the pharmacy to actually answer my call after trying for an hour and 15 minutes. 🙌
It only takes a person with a brain-stem to see that working this job isnt exactly what youd call easy & fun - but each and every time I walk in here to get what I need, Im greeted with an ear to ear smile from Eileen. And I honestly have no idea what the heck shes so happy about all the time, but it definitely impacts the experience I have.A-Grade work, Eileen!
Visited this branch and was amazed how the staff was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. This staff guy on glasses helped me decide some psoriasis cream, but when prompted with more in detail questions, he was not afraid to say he needed more professional help and guided me up to the medical counter. The entire staff would go out of their way to help. Very impressed. And as a normal branch you can get nearly everything you need, with easy parking.
Very nice store. Great selection, and everyone went above and beyond to help me print my photos today. A piece of advice, use your phone/the website to send photos since the kiosks are not reliable.
In my opinion this is one of the best Walgreens in my area. The staff is always nice, greet you by name, kind conversation and overall great experience. The bad reviews seem to come from err on the side of the customer not the staff.
I like this Walgreens - very nice people, clean, etc. Only thing - Google maps says it opens at 7am on Sunday. However Im here and it doesnt outrun until 8am. Not Walgreens early but someone should fix the hours.
Worst customer service. Made an appointment for a flu shot and when I arrived, after waiting in line for over 10 min, one tech looked to another and just said uh, we arent doing shots today. To which I asked, then why are you letting people make appointments online for shots today? Another tech never even made eye contact with me, just rudely stated We arent doing healthcare today MAAM! Which doesnt even really make sense to say we arent doing healthcare, but apparently they just dont like to do their job. I will be taking my prescriptions and services to CVS moving forward. Never coming back to Walgreens, especially this location, again.
Visited this location during a work related training trip here in town, I decided to go purchase a few items here and a few people who attended this training decided to come with as well, one of the items was a bottle of alcohol, the cashier refused to sell me the alcohol without making sure everyone who was in my group was 21, I explained that it is my responsibility that no one underage will consumes the alcohol and it is my own personal alcohol that will be consumed by me at my location but they refused to sell it and they insisted it is Walgreens policy, I contacted Walgreens district office and addresses my concern, I was told that it is NOT Walgreens policy to deny a alcohol transaction just because a group of people entered the store at the same time, doing a little research I found multiple posts and discussions on Walgreens policy and that this issue has been ongoing and multiple complaints of age discrimination have been submitted because if Walgreens is requesting a ID of someone who I is admiring their underage with alcohol I front of them is considered intent to purchase alcohol which is illegal. Also I have no relations to the people who came to the train g event from all across the world we just simply entered Walgreens around the same time. I will never visit another Walgreens ever again unless I get a apology from Walgreens.
Went here for a flu shot only because my company arranged for free flu shots with Walgreens.I arrived at exactly 5PM (more on that later) and I did not receive my flu shot until 5:40. I was the only Customer and there were 4 employees behind the counter. Three walk-ups came in for prescriptions and they were in-and-out. Finally, I was called in and received a miniscule apology. Apparently, there is a big issue around ringing up something that is free and that was the delay.OK, so about the 5PM part -- even though they take appointments they dont honor them (or so I was told) and they have no way of even knowing that one exists. As naïve as I am, I believed that if I had a confirmation number for an appointment I actually had an appointment.Thank you Walgreens for the life lesson.
Absolutely horrible service! The pharmacy staff is very uneducated and never seems to know whats going on. I will not be going back to a Walgreens due to the service from this location.
Im waiting for photo department for 15 minutes and nobody comes
Very friendly staff
