Do NOT GO HERE. i dropped off a package as they are an approved DHL company. They did not send it out. I called and asked why and they said documentation wasn’t all there and DHL refused the package. Totally fine. My fault, i asked why they wouldn’t contact me and he said my info wasn’t on the package.I went to pick up my package and my business name is on the package as well as my phone number. He started yelling at me notifying me that i did not give him business as it was a free drop off. TRUE, for the instance but not true on the regular. I will never go back and i hope you all save yourselves the hassle. Because i went there for convenience but truthfully every time i have gone they have been less than helpful and super grumpy. Not ideal in a customer service industry. Post net off Thompson Peak and Hayden has been wonderful and i will be giving them my future business.

Excellent local.shipping spot and one of the last places you can go that can ship through all carriers and compare rates. Seems like UPS is taking over all the local shipping spots that gave multiple options in an attempt to monopolize the industry. Friendly staff here and they take care of all shipping and packaging needs.

Terrible service. Robert the owner is an extremely rude and grumpy man. He has zero people skills and acts like he doesn’t like talking to people. A smile to paying customers would go a long way. We finally got fed up with the negative feeling that happened every time we went to our mailbox and moved our business mail to a competitor. The extra aggravation and expenses to move P.O. Box were priceless and our only regret was not moving sooner.Seeing the negative reviews on yelp and here are not accidents. They are earned.They price gouge everything here and the owner is an extremely rude person! Save yourself the aggravation and money... Avoid at all costs.

He did not have the box I needed, but the customer service was great.

The owner has professionally packaged a few electronic items for me and shipped them. He was polite and efficient, just what I needed. He also happens to collect books for the Foothills Animal Rescue Center which I appreciate.

They used to ship several very expensive guitars a month for me. They mixed up a couple of labels on two occasions forcing guitars to go to the wrong place. Recommended for Packing.Bob, the owner, is not pleasant and perpetually grumpy and unhelpful.Update Oct 29,2020Bob’s reply says it all about his view of customer dissatisfaction.

Owner is very rude and gouges customers, if your looking for good, quality service go elsewhere., And no not a fake post 😂 but thanks for replying after over a year, as the readers can see he is even rude here instead of trying to reach out and attempt to make things right.
