It was the biggest savers I have been to in the valley so far and it was clean! It had a lot of stuff. I wish the girl cleaning carts was a little nicer, she was a little rude to me. Maybe just having a bad day, other than that I’d say it’s a nice savers. Get there early on Mondays for half price :)
Feel like the prices doubled overnight here. $10 for a used t shirt? gtfo. Only worth half price Mondays now, otherwise, seriously over priced junk that you don’t really need anyways.
Always nice to get a good bargain. And great treasures. Nice place it has good quality clothing in this location.
Really liked this store. Found some really good deals. Seems like they have 50% off certain color tags Thursday’s and 50 % off everything Monday’s. 15% off anything not on sale with savers membership- no fee to join. Would definitely come back again!
FYI:: NO DRESSING ROOMS OPEN anymore unfortunately. Sucks! Can’t try on clothes! If you return can only get store credit NO CASH BACK. & not a very good selection of purses. Otherwise most stuff I found had tags on it & was in pretty good condition.
Nice and open and clean. Plus it was organized and easy to find things.
Cant beat Mondays when everything is half price. Now instead of cashiers they have you doing it yourself. Bring bags or pay 10 cents per bag.
I love thrifting here but I really wish they would put dressing rooms back in.
I enjoy shopping here and Mondays are my favorite.......50% off everything in the store! Mark your calendar and get over to your local savers on 50% off Monday Sale!!
Very disappointed that the changing/ dressing rooms were gone. Other than that very clean and bright.
The guy that helped me unload my car was cool and I definitely preferred the experience over going to Goodwill. All of their tax slips are now done online too so just a heads up on that one. Inside the store, they have so much random stuff to choose from with great prices 😁👌🏼
One of my favorite thrift stores! Always love how organized and easy to navigate their selection is, especially the handbags and wallets.
TO EXPENSIVE THEY ARE SELLING A DOG CRATE FOR $60 when brand new it’s $30. They are up charging way to high for stained and torn clothes
High end second hand stuff at reasonable prices, theyre cool here about pricing. I hate those ones that act like they paid alot for it so you have to too.
Would be 5 stars if there was a changing room. Clean, great selection, friendly helpful staff.
This store is awesome and on my badge very clean and the employees very helpful and professional!!
I had at one time rated them a four, however they are getting a little ridiculous on some of their pricing, so Im lowering them to a three. I can buy new for some of the prices they are charging.
Savers is a great place to buy reasonably priced clothing. I generally buy all my shirts there. I also buy denims and shorts. Generally a good place.
Great prices on Monday. 1/2 off!! Prices seem high otherwise.
I loved Savers years ago, but now the prices are too high an I dont go there much anymore. I hear people that are in this store talk about how they used to find some bargains. Snowbirds from other states say prices are so outrageous an they wait until the weekends to go to garage sales. Even broken an dirty items are over priced. Clothes are higher than Goodwill an garage sales. You need a better pricing system. Wish you would cater to the seniors and the poor. 😥 sad
Great selection. Very clean. Good prices. Due to Covid no dressing rooms. Once its over they will have dressing rooms. 😊👍
Alot of great stuff and mondays everything is half off!
Very friendly employees, overall enjoy visiting that savers. Have better second hand items then most second hand stores.
Fun place to go, Good deals and great variety of things to look at.Staff is nice.
Over priced everything. I dont donate to places that do this. St Vincent for places that actually help the needy not overcharge them while using OUR donations. Sad
I’m sad to say this but, 95% of their staff is OVERPRICED, poor customer service...This place was a waste of time. I do not recommend to come to this particular thrift store.
This store does not enforce the face covering rule at the height of the pandemic. Shame on them for willingly endangering the health and lives of their employees and customers. Go at your own risk—you will not be safe.
Organized, half off mondays and friendly staff.
Monday is my favorite day to go
Love this place! Always a great selection.
They closed the dressing rooms, but will only give you store credit if the clothes don’t fit.Prices are high for a thrift store. They get the items free (donated) and charge 2/3 the price of retail for used items. For nicer brands they will charge $50 for one piece. Instead of just pricing things reasonably to begin with they create a stressed shopping experience. On Mondays they will do 50% on everything, bringing it to the price it should have been in the first place. They have a large amount of inventory, as evident by the amount shoved on the clothes rack. It makes it difficult to look through the pieces when they barely budge. There are a lot of people in the morning, all the shopping carts get taken and there is a long line for dressing rooms. The best time to get something (minus the mob), reasonably priced (unless you are trying to find a gem in a haystack) is Monday afternoon/evening. Of course by then anything nice will be gone or hidden in the wrong section.
Because a lot of people are not shopping these days, this Savers was not busy, it was clean and tidy and lots of merchandise to choose from. I would have given 5 stars, but Savers still feels the need to overprice things, especially clothes and shoes. If it wasnt half off three tags today, I would not have purchased anything. I even put stuff back that was 1/2 Off because it was still too expensive. Womens used tank top after discount was still $5.50, (You do the math prior to discount)
Always find something great
No dressing rooms but do have a 14 day return policy masks are required while in the store.
Good quality, good helpers
Savers has a wonderful range of almost, in many cases, new or like new products, and very nice staff. I have always enjoyed the experience.
Angela up front & all the ladies are a great staff!!
Great store. Really polite employees
Ove this Savers location, staff always friendly and their selection of clothes are always a good variety.
Savers had aGreat selectionEquality clothes
The GO-TO place on Mondays..50% off everything. Prices have been raised after covid. However, I bought 10 capri pants, size 4, all brand names in great condition. Hot Arizona..super happy!!
Best thrift store in Scottsdale! The selection of clothes is amazing and 50% every Monday. See you there.
Was ok
Best choice of the Savers in the valley.
Ive been many times before, but not in the past two years. Im a larger size (XXL / XXXL) and they usually have a big selection of shirts, but not this visit. Most things looked picked over, which Im not used to at this location. I was also a bit taken aback that they have closed all their changing rooms for our safety. Overall, it was hit or miss which was unfortunate.
I love coming to this location .the clothes are in condition, brand name products the price is worth paying for . organized and clean location.
Nice and clean, well organized
Clean and well organized.
I couldnt believe I had to pay .10¢ for a bag to put what I purchased in to carry out of the store. Thats absolutely ridiculous.
Friendly, helpful staff. Prices way too high unless you find a 50% tag or go on a sale day. Most of the time, I can find the same items for less online. ONLY GO ON SALE DAYS, otherwise youll be paying too much..
One of the nicer Savers. Neat. Clean. Well organized
Good stuff there
Very clean store with well organized racks of clothing. Plenty to choose from and the day I went, 4 color tags were half off. Great shopping experience!
As with any Savers, its a mixed bag. But I was able to find some decent quality stuff in there. Its the main reason why when you want to shop at a secondhand store, you always go to the nicer neighborhoods. I got a Kenneth Cole watch for 10 bucks. Im super stoked about it, but thats not what I went in there for. I was definitely looking for furniture, and there was not much available at this time. Not sure if its just the season. They do have a good collection of metal workings, so if you like metal decor this is the place to go.
Very cool place with very reasonable prices. Although women’s selection is not great. Most of it is secondhand cheap clothes. A lot of searching to find anything good.
Selection is great and the store is super clean & items are priced really low. If you go on a 50% off day its like they are giving the clothes away! The clothes were a really good condition too - almost like new. In the evenings you dont need to wait for a dressing room or register. The store gives to many non profits & its nice to know that I am helping my community by shopping there. Its a really nice thrift shop! One of the best!
Hugh store and nice quality selection! Mondays are 50% off.
My experience at Scottsdales Savers was phenomenal! Diana was my cashier today, and I have to say she is one of the most lovely people Ive talked to in quite awhile! She went out of her way to make my shopping experience very enjoyable, was genuinely interested, and made me feel like the most important person in the room during the transaction. I left the store with a smile on my face. Definitely the best thrift store in town.
Nice clothes, had to wear a mask, had to pay for a bag.
The store should not be open, if what you are buying, cannot be tried on. This is 2nd hand clothing with many different manufactures. Then if and when you find something, be prepared to stand minimum 1 hour in line. I timed it..it is no wonder SAVERS FAILED IN COLORADO. No money back if what you bought does not fitI am Disabled and by law retail clothing stores must have handicomp fit room
Staff are always friendly, some treasures are always half off...but sometimes items are overpriced.
This particular Savers always has great deals on the stuff Im looking for. Im not going to say what that stuff is because I like to find good deals on it, but this location consistently has High availability of quality Goods at very reasonable prices. And the new half-price Mondays was a great idea, because it brings a lot more business.
Good prices and large selection.
Its the cleanest & best organized Savers that Ive shopped @. Friendly & helpful staff. Wonderful prices!! Always find something for myself, husband & our home. Its worth the drive since closed the one that was really close to me.
This place used to have a lot of great stuff when it first opened but now you really gotta look. Depends on what youre looking for. Found a couple of neat things my last visit.
Best Savers I have been at so far after livin here in the valley fir 8 years now. Very pleased, but a little pricey for a thrift shop store. However they have the best selection with very nice higher end items, etc.
Fast check out, friendly staff..
Larger than an average Savers. Great selections...Crate and Barrel, Williams-sonoma, Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen, Juicy, Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade...these are just some of the brands Ive found here. Always a great selection of books, especially ones you can buy and donate to your kids school. Tons of clothing and purses, and the toy area is a good size. Plus, the place is always clean and the staff are always nice.
You really have to search for bargains now. A lot of the womens shirts are over $10.00 this includes t-shirts. Was pretty shocked by the prices. Havent been in here in awhile and was pretty shell shocked by the prices. Even older, faded out t-shirts were priced at like $6.99 to $8.99 was pretty ridiculous. I dont know whos figuring prices now but it really is outrageous pricing.
Best selection around. Staff is very friendly. There is everything you could ever want here! Bright and open isles. All at super low prices.
Savers used to be my favorite thrift store but their prices have become outrageous. They were actually trying to sell used storage tubs for $12.99! I can buy one NEW at others stores for that price or cheaper! They get all their merchandise donated/free then charge ridiculous prices. Really poor business model in my opinion and I dont care to ever return.
All of my work clothes come from this store. Excellent selection of nice dress clothes.
The store is ckean, neat and well arramged. The staff is helpful. Great prices too. Tuesday is Senior day, 30% off!
Pretty good Savers location! Decent selection and fun, seasonal picks. I went during Halloween season and they offered tons of costumes and decorations.
Its maybe the very best thrift store in Arizona. Organized like a Macys department store with yard sale prices. What more can you ask for.
Great second and brand new items. Reasonable prices. The customer service +10.
I love going to this Savers. It is very well organized and the staff is extremely friendly.
One of my absolute favorite stores. Excellent deals helpful and friendly staff. I once got a $1,200 monitor for $50 to give youan example of the possible deals you can find. Check them out.
Great got toweles for us
Lots of stock, large store, but massively overpriced.
They have very nice stuff. They also have a legitimate purpose in they benefit the boys and girls club. Unlike Goodwill whose charity is giving someone a job in their stores and calling it job placement assistance.
One of my favorite thrift stores! The store is clean and well organized and they offer discounts frequently. The staff is also extremely friendly.
This place is great if you have the time to shop. Really good at what you are getting. Try it on, plenty of dressing rooms. Return time is short, save your tags and receipt
You can find great items but sometimes they can overprice them. Yet sometimes they are priced great.Lots of variety, new items come in daily. They have a color tag sale daily.
Savers has great deals! The only downside is too many people already know about it.
Well organized. Most second hand items were very lightly used. Good customer services.
Nicest employees. Great deals! I will shop here again, soon.
The customer service I get at this store is often better than what I have received at Fashion Square Mall, Rodeo Drive, Copley, Pandora, Tiffanys and more....go figure!!! attitude, kindness and a lack of entitlement takes you very far in life....so refreshing!
Staff is friendly, and this location is cleaner and better organized than any of the other Savers Ive been to. The prices are the same as the others except for the high end name brand clothing. Brand name clothes run about $24.99. I actually drive 45 mins to go to this location. Its worth it!
I found some hidden gems in hereOf course some items were priced a little high but to each there own
Great customer service, Clerk I.D.(dont know her name) was very helpful not only to me but I observed how knowledgeable she was as well with other customers.
Good selection, nicely organized, pretty clean recommend for those thrift store shoppers especially with their repeat customer rewards and senior day on Tuesday
Poor customer service ever. do not ever donate and shop at this place is a rip off.
Great thrift store. Clean, good finds. Sometimes overpriced.
