The staff is attentive, patient, and simply lovely.I went to The Diamond Source with my Fiancée to get a stone moved into a new setting for her, and to buy us each a wedding band.The staff was so warm, and the owner was so kind, that we somehow left even more excited about getting married.For an event that can sometimes be stressful, The Diamond Source made it a relaxing, low pressure, beautiful, and loving moment.I am so so so grateful for this experience. I received word from a close friend that The Diamond Source was the place I should go in order to purchase the engagement ring for my now Fiancé. I visited on 3 different occasions. Initially I did not know where to start. I had an idea of what my future wife would like, but I did not know how that would translate to in person shopping. Etti and Kristi were quick to answer my questions and concerns. They educated me beyond the 4 cs in what to look for when purchasing an engagement ring. We made a few selections, but I was still considering my options. His expertise really shines and can give you an honest opinion on any diamond, whether one of theirs or someone else’s. Nir helped me personally find the perfect diamond for my wife, and helped me custom design her ring for it. She gets compliments nearly daily. In fact, she got one today, which prompted me to write this review. Couldn’t be happier than we are. Have sent many people there as well. Absolutely FANTASTIC experience here!! I called for some info about an appraisal while jewelry shopping, and the associate (Kristi) suggested I come in to see their inventory also - boy am I glad she did!!! I stopped in the next day, and immediately was introduced to the owner. He is friendly, outgoing, extremely helpful, VERY knowledgeable, detail-oriented - and best of all, took plenty of time to educate me on cuts of stones, depth, table, etc (more than just The Four Cs!) We examined several stones side by side under loupes, and compared color levels when next to each other as well, so I could see with my own eyes. We also talked about GIA grading certificates vs. other companies and the regulations. An unparalleled experience compared to ANY other jewelry store Ive been to in my entire life, by far!! Needless to say, we ended up talking about many other things as well - travel, cars, kids, business, etc. I was truly treated like a member of the family from the very beginning - before even purchasing anything! Nir takes pride in what he does and his passion for it absolutely shows!He offered to find me a stone with the specifications and price which I desired, however I actually ended up purchasing something that was in inventory already, and am quite happy that I did.I cant say enough good things about Nir, Kristi, or the entire experience! I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Diamond Source! Everyone there is supper friendly and are willing to dedicate their time to answer all your questions. Nir and Kristi were amazing! Nir spent as much time with me as I needed and even went above and beyond by giving me a course on color, clarity, and cut. Afterwards he had me examine diamonds to see for myself. Thank you guys for the exceptional service and my recommendation to everyone is to shop with you!

I proposed to my now Fiancé in Paris this past July on a vacation touring multiple cities in Europe. Our next stop on the European tour was Rome and on a tour bus we met a lovely couple from Arizona and throughout the conversation we told them of our engagement and Nir (The husband) complimented us on the ring and informed us he was in the diamond business. When we had a moment alone I told him what I had paid and if he felt that I got a good deal. He said while he would never talk badly of the competition he could make the same ring with a much larger stone for the same price. I returned the ring as soon as we got back to Denver and sure enough they started working on ring right away. Nir’s attention to detail and desire for perfection on the right stones may take a bit more time but it is well worth it in the end. His staff, Kristi and Donna, are the best and answered all questions big and small throughout the process.

Nir and Kristi were great to work with. I had my engagement ring reset for my 20th anniversary and they both made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I first selected a setting that I loved but Nir steered me towards one that is a bit heavier and its just perfect. I wasnt sure what to do with my old setting and Nir was kind enough to help me set a stone and now I have two new rings, which I love. Ill definitely be back!
