Chris and Nicole were absolutely wonderful instructors! We had a fun and exciting training and they go through the process of learning very strategically to make it fun and safe!!! Great place really knowledgeable about diving and all my questions were answered

I was planning to go to Scottsdale and hoping to have a dive in the summer while Im there. I decided to give a call to dive shop and asked about dive trips etc in Scottsdale area, the gentleman on the phone was very polite, professional and honest about what diving conditions would be by the time I arrive.I truly appreciated the honesty and letting me know that the conditions may not be the best at the time Ill be arriving. This showed me that this dive shop cares more of their (possible) clients experience than making money itself. I may not have the diving experience with them just yet but this conversation alone makes me absolutely consider them IF/WHEN I visit another time of the year to Scottsdale. Thank you for your honesty again.

Customer service is in their DNA. They make it easy to learn to scuba, they go out of their way to help their clients. I have been their customer for about one year and have seen them help many people learn. I learned to scuba through them, and since that time have logged over 50 dives. I have gone on a scuba dive vacation that they organized and it was a trip of a lifetime. We have a 9 year old son, and even if we move out of the valley we will come back here to have them teach him to scuba. They are that amazing.

Highly recommendI called around and researched scuba companies, I choose fins up scuba due to there great reviews, great price and quality training.Our class was in a large pool, they took there time and made sure you know how to scuba by the time you leave the pool session. Whats not to love about this shop, fun shop trips all over the world, super friendly and understanding staff, great service at fair prices. Encouraging atmosphere and network of people that actually dive so even if your friends dont dive you can always find a way to get in the water or go on a trip with some awesome people. I have done everything from my first dive to my Dive Master with Chris and his staff, and have brought in a few friends to get certified as well. The only complaint I have heard was from a friend that went to a different shop because of scheduling issues, he regretted it and now wishes he would have started sooner or changed his schedule and went to F.U.

This place is amazing. The shop owners are the nicest people in the world. I was an hour late to my scuba lessons, not even their fault. I just woke up late, but they still waited for me because my vacation was coming up in a week so I cannot reschedule. I love these folks. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Ive been to a number of dive shops in the past and Ive seen good shops and bad shops. My first experiences in the sport almost turned me away. Then I met Chris and Nichole and that changed my whole view on the sport. They are some of the best divers I know. They treat their customers with respect and kindness. Very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you really get it. I have a high level of trust for this shop. 3 in my family have gotten open water certifications from here, and now my 16 year old son just added his advanced open water.

Knowledgeable staff, great deals on gear and rental prices. The shop is Tusa brand heavy but the staff is good at pointing out pros and cons in all gear. I was given a fantastic deal on a hooded vest and I will be a returning customer
