Ram was very courteous and helpful when it came time to replace my garage door. He came out and provided an estimate, which was very reasonable. He even arranged for a painter to paint the door to match the existing door.Overall, very pleased with Desert Garage Doors and would recommend them to anyone.

I agree with all posts but one here. Ram answered the call immediately, was on site within one hours to assess and back in two with product after running out over the weekend. Did an absolutely 100% professional job at a reasonable rate. Would recommend and return if I had more garages. Job well done.

Had a major garage door issue this evening and found this awesome garage door repair company. Family owned company, really amazing repair guy. Showed up when he said he would, was very nice and did a great job and quality work. This was an emergency call and he showed up at 8:30pm as promised and had it working better than it had before it broke. The price was not inflated like companies normally do for an emergency call. Give them some business!!

The Technician who serviced our old door did an absolutely outstanding job, fast and completely first rate in every way. He took an old door that was worn out, with noise, worn rollers, and a tired drive chain. When he left an hour later, the door worked and sounded new, quiet, smooth and better than new functionally. I would give my strongest recommendation that anyone needing this service use DGD, and keep and share their name and number.

Doug, an employee of theirs has come to my house twice now. This guy needs to go back to Customer Service training school. He has NO customer interaction skills. For example, I would ask him a simple yes/no question and he would respond with something that did not address my query at all..... repeatedly. Then I pointed that out to him and he still did not provide me with a reply that addressed my question. He has one very limited script and he simply presses play when it is his turn to talk - repeating the same accurate, but completely irrelevant statements. That is not the kind of person that any corp. would want representing them with their customers.

The technician came out and did not diagnose the problem correctly. He stated I needed a new garage door opener as mine was Home Depot junk even though it is only 3 years old and under manufacturers parts warranty. He never took the wall switch off to see if that was the problem even though I asked him too. He stated the problem was the circuit board, wrong! He was too busy trying to sell me a new opener. Genie talked me through it and it was the wall switch that was bad as I told him. I would not recommend this company as the techs are not very good at diagnosing the problems and only want to sell you a new opener. I talked with the owner and he is rude and kept over talking me and I finally just hung up on him. Terrible customer service
