I stopped in this morning to mail a package. I had used a postal box that was not a flat rate and would have cost me a lot to send. The owner(?) repacked my items(minus a few things I really didn’t need to send, was only used for filling)in a large flat rate box and saved me a lot of money. She taped and addressed the box for me. That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Both ladies were very kind and pleasant to me. I will definitely come back again.

I went to the mailroom yesterday to send my letter certified via USPS. Idalia was quick, efficient, and triple checked my address to make sure everything was correct. She also showed me how to track my letter using the tracking code on the receipt. It was a great experience and she was so friendly and sweet to my baby. Highly recommended.

DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! Girlfriend dropped off packages TWICE, and the mail room typed in the wrong address both times. I paid out of my pocket to get the address changed while in route (which I dont think I should have been charged for in the first place), and the package STILL ended up at the wrong address! Luckily, we caught before leaving the store the second time. At least I wont have to worry about this a third time.Update: If you read my review, I mention that my name is not the one in the customer database - it would be that of my girlfriend. And we just found out that you misspelled the address on the second package she dropped off 8 days ago - which would explain why it still hasnt even shipped. You spelled Lexington as Lexigton. Dropped the ball here. No attention to detail.

I have been going to The Mail Room on weekly basis for about three years. The customer service from Idalia and Lexi is absolutely outstanding. I would recommend anyone to this place. I send both personal and business mail through them and I have not had one bad experience there. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

I have been going to Idalia’s Mailroom for about 3 years. I’ve tried other places, but none of them took care of me like she does. With packages going out to the kids away at school, they can get very expensive. At the Mailroom she explores all the options to pack without breaking the bank. I trust her. My packages are cared for.

I have rented a box for my business from the Mail Room for about 8 years. The service is excellent and the prices reasonable. I also use them for shredding - (I don have enough to call a truck in) and for corporate gift wrapping. Highly recommended

Idalia is absolutely amazing. She remembers all of her customers names, when you walk in its like you are family and not a customer. Anytime I need something shipped I always go to the Mailroom. Extremely friendly and honest, hard to find these days. If I could give more stars I would!

I needed to send some paperwork 2-day and get a signature confirmation (with a copy of the actual signature). Idalia called FedEx to confirm she could get the signature, then emailed it to me when the package was delivered. Then she sent me a copy of the purchase receipt when I lost mine. Wonderful service!
