Great place for all of your bbq and outdoor kitchen needs. Josh Dae here knows his stuff, plus the rest of the staff is great as well. Customer service is outstanding. I had an issue from the manufacturer and it was solved in a matter of days. They have a great selection from gas to electric pellet to charcoal. Prices are fair however what you get is excellent know how which cannot be found anymore in this day and age. Shop local and save yourself the headaches.

Above and beyond exceptional customer service!!! Josh is a superstar when it comes to knowledge of products and grilling. He listens to what we needed and was helpful with the selection process. Just as importantly, he and BBQ Island stand behind the products they sell.Almost a year after we bout our bbq, we had an issue with our grill days before a big party. When the replacement part and repair couldn’t happen in time for our barbecue, Josh went above and beyond by delivering to our house their store demo to use for the weekend. He saved our bbq party! Josh was very helpful for me in buying the right products. Matt and Steve too. Im happy they were patient with me. With so many options to buy, I did not have a working understanding in buying a grill. If I downsize the purchase of one expensive grill for TWO GRILLS .... I could have more flexibility in my cooking. And so it is. Thx BBQ Island Arizona.

Was going to oreganos but decided that I wanted BBQ. BBQ island was 40 minutes away from where I was. After arriving there I noticed it was a big building and I thought to myself, man this food is going to be amazing! After walking through those doors, all I can say is... I had the best BBQ experience ever. I would recommend anyone to check it out if they love BBQ.

These guys know what theyre talking about. I got my Traeger Pro 34 from them and Josh was more than helpful, even agreeing to hold on to it for a few days until I could come back and pick it up. Its also nice that they seem to always have some of the harder to find rubs and glazes always in stock.

These guys really know their stuff. I bought a Large Memphis Grill and I wasnt exactly sure that it really could be the best pellet grill in the world. They talked it up a storm and my first grilling session yielded the very best chickens I have ever made to date. These guys are men of their word. What they tell you is what you get.Thanks.
