Totally disappointed. Before it was changed to Hearing Life I took my business to Cathy Kurth and received the utmost care with her staff. I got new hearing aids when they became Hearing Life and they did not work properly. Kept going back and was told there was nothing wrong with them. The factory couldnt find anything wrong. They looked at me as though I was crazy. Ive worn hearing aids for over 50 years so I should know what works and what doesnt. After the last time of telling me there was nothing wrong, both hearing aids literally died. I have old hearing aids from 12 years ago that I am using. Tried to get someone to call back about the new hearing aids no longer working. No one called back until months later. Then it was inquiring if I wanted to purchase new ones. Seriously? Hell, no. (Pardon my French.)

The front desk staff were all SO friendly and helpful! Lisa did earmolds for me for a pair of earplugs for swimming. She wxplained the process as she went along and it was very easy. She went the extra mile in getting a cord ordered so I wont lose them easily! I am so looking forward to swimming a lot this summer. SO HAPPY to have found this office. Great value! Great people!

So sad to do this because before this business changed to Hearing Life it was a remarkably professional, top of the line, caring place lead by owner Dr. Kathy Kurth. Unfortunately, it affiliated with Hearing Life and now all of the fine, friendly, capable and accommodating employees like Ashley are gone... replaced by drones who are absolutely not friendly and helpful. I never quibbled the full price hearing aids because I received full service followup care for no additional cost. Now Hearing Health charges for those formerly free services. Very disappointing!

Very disappointing. After just a year and a half, my Oticon aids failed to function properly, requiring they be sent back to the manufacturer. Thats bad enough, but after waiting two weeks for them to come back I returned to the office to pick them up, but I am still without my hearing aids.. The original ones could not be repaired so I was told I was being given brand new ones. However, the new ones did not work at all. Now I have to wait all over again to get a functioning pair. I have lost all confidence in the quality of Oticon aids and am annoyed the replacement pair were not checked to ensure they were working before bringing me in to pick them up.

Dr. Prasad was knowledgeable and great to work with. She know the latest trends in audiology research and treatments and has helped me with a great plan to help monitor my hearing. She has also helped get me set up with musicians ear molds for when I was performing.

This place is a total rip off. They are very nice to you until your 30 days are up. If you have any problems with your hearing aids after the 30 days are up, it takes you forever to get an appointment. And you are out of your money invested with no hearing aids that work. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would

Started wearing hearing aids five years ago and just by luck I chose Audiology & Hearing Aid Center. Could not have picked a better office for my care. They take their time while evaluating your hearing limitations and make a few suggestions. They had me try two different models without stating the cost. I liked the less expensive one and that was it. Didnt try to talk me into upgrading. After five years I just had my set refurbished at a very reasonable cost.

Dr Prasad and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and worked with my insurance and other options to get me the solution for my hearing loss. i have been with them for three years now and i could not be any more satisfied. i would recommend them to family and friends.

Ordered a new left hearing aid. Arrived quickly and got right in to pickup and program new hearing aid. Everyone in office was helpful !

I live in Madison WI and winter in Arizona. Went to your Scottsdale location for an audio adjustment. Was told it would cost $250 plus $60 for a hearing exam. Was also told all adjustments and hearing exams would be covered for free only at Wisconsin locations.So much for product support. Left the location very upset!

Greeted the second I walk into the door.Very helpful, Dr was on time, very polite, stepped me through the process since its been many, many years since I had this proceedure done the Old Fashioned way. Very simple proceedure, encouraging everyone to get your hearing tested.

Wonderful experience! We had an emergency and needed a hearing aid charger for my son while on vacation. Staff was incredible - great service. Highly recommend this location for your hearing aid needs!

Dr. Beagle seemed nice, she gave me what seemed to be a thorough Hereing examination. Then she started selling me the hearing aid, the more she talked the more I felt like it was a high-pressure Close, and decided to check around before spending $7000 she was asking for the hearing aid she said that would correct my hearing problem. After further investigation I found out that the resound herring aid cost $350 to manufacture and found several places that I could buy it for $3300. Thats not too bad, I am a person that believes in the capitalist economy but to sell something that cost $350 for $7000 is a little ridiculous. I feel like hearing aid sales people are praying on the disabled and elderly. I needed the graph that she did for my hearing so I could order my new hearing aid and was told to go somewhere else and get it that they wouldnt Supply me the one that they did for me or even charge me for the office call so I could buy it from her, I wouldnt use this person for anything 1 wouldnt advise you to either.

I am so please with my hearing aids and the fact that I can now hear things I could not before. Dr Kurth is so professional. She helped me understand what to do and how to do it. It is amazing that I can hear my family and co-workers with no problems. I am scheduled for a follow-up in a few months but Dr Kurth told me not to hesitate to call if I had any questions. Dr. Kurtz is great to work with and her new associate, Dan Greenblatt, is simply amazing. He takes the time to listen and understand the patient’s perspective and makes every effort to come up with the best solution. He’s a great addition to this very professional office.

Quick and efficient

I visited the center and was taken care of by Dr. Daniel Greenblatt. Dr. Greenblatt found wax in one ear that needed to be removed. I was anxious about having the wax extracted from my ear. Dr. Greenblatt assured me that Id be fine and was very gentle. He was able to get most of it out. He also performed a hearing test. Dr. Greenblatt was very professional and caring. Thank You!

This business is now apparently owned by Hearing Life. I take back all the my comments below from 3 years ago. Now..for full retail price, you get NO free services...what used to be part of the package is now provided at extra charge. The pleasant supportive efficient staff under Kathy Kurth now are rude unskilled drones. I have purchased 3 sets of top of the line hearing aids over the past 6 years and jow am treated very poorly when I come in for the sane formerly free services. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. IT HAS CHANGED DRAMATICALLY SINCE I WROTE THE POSITIVE REVIEW OF 3 YEARS AGO! I AM VERY SAD.Every employee at this wonderful firm has the utmost professionality and kindness. Not only do they sell and service the very best in audiological devices but they follow through with ongoing care for every client. I always feel welcome and special here and their recommendations have always worked extremely well. This business is so much more than sticking a device in your ear...selection, care, matching to lifestyle....maximizing and integrating the vital sense of hearing into everyday life is priceless.
