Recently relocated to the PHX area for my career. I unfortunately needed to service one of my speakers, so I had to find a new dealer in the area. Im glad I found this place. These guys sell some of the highest quality gear you can find, and they really know their products. I brought my speaker in to get serviced, and John took care of me right away. He also updated me on the progress of the speaker and answered all the other questions I had. They treated me very well and I am grateful for the excellent customer service. Cant wait to be back and make some upgrades. Highly recommended!

I’ve had great experiences every time I’ve visited LMC. The employees are passionate about the products and their work. Everybody is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The showroom itself is very nice and unique. All of the products are impressive. If you’re trying to find a place that specializes in high end audio or high end home theaters/cinemas, then look no further. These guys know their stuff!

Ive had wonderful experiences at both LMC locations. Most recently, I was in at their Scottsdale store. The gentleman who helped me spent about 4 hours of his time answering all of my questions, demoing different speakers and assisting me in customizing a system around exactly what Im looking for. I like that they werent just trying to up-sell me. Their passion for audio was evident, and they genuinely cared about what works for me as a customer. Im very appreciative of the time they took. Highly recommended. I will stick with LMC.

Theres a lot to love about this place, but a real highlight is their product selection and expertise, which Ive yet to see at this level anywhere else. Plus, their genuine enthusiasm for hifi audio and home cinema is contagious. You can tell they love what they do and they love helping people build their dream systems. Great experience, I get why these guys are considered the best!

Purchased demo speakers and after sales support was not satisfactory. After having the speakers sent, I inspected and the condition was not as advertised. I offered to pay return shipping and they refused. They offered too pay for an automotive expert to work on the cosmetic issues of the speakers, which was my only option. Part of the speaker ports were also blocked so could not access them. The owner commented on how I got the speakers at a great price, but the price is irrelevant if the condition is not as expected. For the premium price paid for the speakers, the after sales service was terrible. Far too many better audio dealers across the US, so would recommend going else.

Extremely high end audio supplies. I was impressed by the variety of products and options available. If you are looking to set up a truly beautiful theater, go to these guys.

I have purchased various equipment from LMC over the years (the Scottsdale and Tempe locations) and their service has always been stellar. If you are looking to get into audiophile equipment there is no better place to go. Highly recommend!

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. LMC is at the top of its class for high end stereo dealers. I can spend the whole day there listening to music.
