Visited this business today for tarot card reading. Reading was reflective and accurate for this time in my life. Reading seemed very in tune with my current circumstances. For greatest takeaway - be prepared with questions about yourself/your situation that you want insight with. Having your questions prepared will allow you to receive the best, most informative reading as well as input to move forward with. I would come back if in town again.

This psychic was great and gave our friends an awesome discount. She gave an average amount of detail and was very closely related to what I was going through and feeling at the time. However, I would have liked to have a little more time with her. It was a great experience though!

I tried to send an email to the business to address the problem without leaving a review, but they never responded to my initial email or follow up email… so instead of making it right with me, I will just leave this to hope more people don’t get scammed out of money.Health has been a huge problem in my life for awhile now. I am young and look otherwise healthy, so it wouldn’t be something you’d pick up on from looking at me. All the unknowns with my health is why I wanted to seek spiritual help. Well, it wasn’t even touched on. At the end of the session I even asked about health, because it is a main pillar of wellness, but she said she saw nothing.Other than that, it was vague statements that I had to really stretch to try to connect to my life.I honestly felt like my session is why so many people think psychic readings are fake.I felt too bad to say anything at the time but $100 is not cheap for me, and I really needed some guidance and got nothing.Don’t waste your money here.

Great Experience! 3 ladies, including me called on a whim to set an appointment. Janet was very responsive and called me as I was leaving a message. She was able to get us in that afternoon. She was honest and upfront about what she would recommend based on what we were wanting giving us the best value for our budget. We all went with a general reading and all had great experiences! She made me feel comfortable and honestly had great insight. My jaw dropped a few times - how could she know that. The ladies and I spent the afternoon talking about the experience and how it Janet provided all of us with an amazing, truthful experience. We all would highly recommend!

*It’s unfortunate that Janet continues getting negative reviews about Laurie but still continues to use her as a fill in.When you’ve gotten readings in the past and know what to expect, you’re excited about the all the wonderful information a new psychic could talk to you about. That was my mind set going in after reading raving reviews here about Janet. Unbeknownst to me, though, Janet is out of town and I did not read deeply enough into the few negative ones about Laurie. Therefore, did not know I needed to request Janet.First issue with business right there. If there are multiple women working then they should ask the caller if they prefer being seen with someone. Be transparent. (That’s what you’d expect from a psychic, no?)As for the reading itself I came out of it feeling “got”. Laurie didn’t provide me with valuable information- she talked about an irrelevant ex bf and his wife for most of the time, telling me that the wife put a dark magic spell on me which is why negativity surrounds me now. I paid $95 to hear my ex was my soul mate (hell no) and that his wife was the reason that connection broke (somewhat true). So, to eradicate this spell Laurie must do something at night to see what spell it is and then put a protection over me. All for the low cost of $500. I said no to that. And then at one point I told her what I do for a living and apparently she was into it and “helping me out” so she offered partial payment partial trade of services. So, $195 later I’m walking out feeling like an idiot.It was during payment I was told about Janet being the owner and out of town. So a few hours later I decided I would call Janet to work something out. Obviously I’m writing this negative review so don’t feel she did the honorable thing.When I called and told her the run down, she exclaimed that what I’m saying doesn’t sound right and that she would talk to Laurie to find out more. The tone made it seem like she agreed with me. Ideally, I wanted my $100 back and a new reading (the true reading I should’ve had) with her ($95). Before I hung up we scheduled an appointment with her for Saturday.So, I’m thinking all is well but I still haven’t gotten word about returning my $100 the next day. So, I text her and she says, “I can either refund you the hundred dollars Or give you a reading which would you prefer”Honestly, I’m a small business owner myself and I’d never treat my clients like that. You talk to people for a living-it’s not like it was difficult to do the right thing here.

I walked into the room and intuitively felt off about the women but chalked it up to nerves still paid 45 dollars for a five minute tarot reading. i wish i didn’t. i don’t know how she has such good reviews, she told me very vague things that’s she could have told any college student, nothing was specific to me or my life. she even didn’t explain the cards themselves to me at all. i honestly feel scammed.

I went in for a Tarot Card reading after having an amazing one done by Janet over a year ago. I was expecting again to have a reading with her but when I went to my appointment it was another woman Lori who was doing it. I like to keep consistency when I see people for any service so right then I was a bit disappointed since my confirmation said I’d be seeing Janet. I still kept a positive attitude in hopes to get some guidance for things but was extremely disappointed. Nothing that was said was relating to anything that was going on In my life and left me more confused than ever. I wish I had spoken up during the reading but I was hopeful something would still come out of it. I would like to see Janet again before completely righting off this place bc her reading nearly had me in tears it was so spot on the last time.

I think what they read to me was very generic. the experience left me questioning and unsettled rather then supported and empowered. it felt very rushed and inauthentic like this could be said to any worried looking young female who mentioned a break up

After all the positive reviews, I certainly expected a better experience!The facts are:I booked online and PREPAID, showed up at the studio and no one was there. There was apparently a mix up with the appointment booking tool and she was able to come an hour later. And no, she could not refund me. Happy to chalk it up as a mistake.The reading itself was pretty good in terms of accuracy, as far as I could tell.However, I paid for 30 min and after 15 min she states we good? Not knowing what time it was, I thanked her and said yes. As Im leaving I notice I only got half the time I paid for. Then I notice a passerby was seated for a walk in reading so I guess there was incentive to end the reading early as she would have seen them walk in.Disappointed to feel I overpaid.

Made an appointment online the other day. Janet called and stated how their online booking wasnt working and then I made the appointment with her directly and she confirmed. I showed up, literally the next day for the appointment after speaking to her the night before - door was locked to building. So I called. Someone else answered the phone and stated she was in a reading and wouldnt be done for another 30 minutes or so (I was on time for the scheduled appointment time)...so I stated yeah, I just talked to her last night regarding my appointment and confirmed it. They told me there was nothing they could do. Not good business when someone is really looking for some answers.

Not very happy with my experience or lack there of. I booked an appointment online, like I was advised to on the website. Two of my friends also booked shortly after me. We all got an email stating “your appointment is set .... see you soon!” Well, we were running about 5 minutes late so we decided to call Janet and let her know we would be there in about 10 mins. She didn’t know what we were talking about and as we advised that we booked an appointment online Janet stated we shouldn’t have been able to that she’s not taking appointments. She wasn’t sorry that we just drove 30 minutes to get to her nor did she have the decency to call and let us know she couldn’t take our appointment, although I booked 7 hours in advance. All around it was terrible customer service and she just missed out on $200 durning a pandemic.

I sat down and she answered every question I had before I even said a word. I felt validated. The vibe in the shop is safe and inviting. I will say it was right to the point and I was left with an idea about how to move forward with things in my life. I will definitely be back as things in my life unfold! I recommend highly!!!!

I had an angel reading done by Janet, I entered the session mildly apprehensive, but also very hopeful. I paid over $400 for something that didnt work. I was told I wouldnt lose my job and I did, things got worse so I feel that I was taken.

My disabled brother tried to hold their sign for their business and told him he was doing the job incorrectly....His disabled he cant flip and do tricks..... And what happened to discrimination against disabled people? They didnt wanna pay him the 30 mins and under paid him at 8.50 and he was offered $7.00. They were negative about it and just kept telling their Daddy to deal with it and never returned his calls. 🤷💁

I came in for my first time and did a chakra and psychic reading. The accuracy of what I was told was beyond incredible. I started to cry a little bit towards the end because I was so amazed by what she was telling me. It gave me a clearer view on my life today. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Disappointing and unprofessional: a friend and I were looking forward to this experience but sadly was not able to partake. We called ahead of time to ensure we could be seen. Waited 20 minutes after our arrival to be told that there were no openings until 2pm. Being understanding we made “appointments” to return at 2pm and decided to go get lunch. Arrived on time for our “appointment” and no answer. Called the number on the door- no answer. Waited an additional 20 minutes with no answer or return call. Very unprofessional.

We thought we were to meet Janet whos received many of the positive reviews. Without being told, we were assigned someone young, inexperienced and uncomfortable. Accuracy or skill aside, that made it worse.I notified the business I was disappointed with the lack of communication and expectation setting. No response, and it made for a bad bday experience for my wife.
