Hello there, I rate this fedex as five stars, rare in my reviews. Employees at this location are knowledgeable and supportive. Sometime back my printer broke and last 3 months I use printing service here.I like their services. Nice print paper quality. I recommend this location if you need quality prints.Thanks

Ive gone to this location a few times for different custom printing, laminating, and shipping projects. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. They make every step easy, and theyll even help show you how to do things if you need assistance.

Like idiots we left our print at home Spring Training tickets at the hotel and were 30 min away when we realized it. Didnt catch the girls name but she printed the tickets I emailed and did not charge us for the job. Just told us to have fun at the game.
My experience using this FEDEX over the last year has been superb. Rachael and her team have really impressed me with their customer service. I would definitely recommend this particular location to anyone who has printing or shipping needs.
I printed a number of large and complex orders here requiring very fast turnaround times. Stephanie in particular was incredibly helpful-- items were often ready within 15 minutes of sending the request. I feel I can entirely rely on this team.
Well, I wish I could say that I have had great experiences here, but the customer service was just so bad! :(I was always taught that to give good customer service, you try and find solutions, not just say no to a customer request. Well, unfortunately the employees here went to a different school of thought! This has happened every time I go--youd think eventually I would learn just to go somewhere else!Its a very clean, well-kept store in a nice location, but the poor customer service is difficult to deal with.
Went to this FedEx Center and had the most informative, helpful, and easiest experience with a relatively complicated order - and its all thanks to Ashley B. Shes the real deal!
I have had THE WORST experience of my life at this store. I had a simple address label print that would supposedly be ready by the next day. Its been a WEEK and Ive called everyday to hear the same excuse of they are at our design store and will be ready tomorrow. We will give you a call when they are ready. Or they would hang up on me when I tried calling. Ive been in contact with a number of different employees who apologize frantically and say they will write a note then nothing gets done. Finally today I talked to one guy who apologized and told me he could print them in less then 5 minutes and they never needed to send them to a different store to have them done. Im exhausted from all the lies and loops this store has thrown me through to get address labels. I highly DO NOT recommend this store if you are in a time crunch. Actually I just recommend you not use them at all.

Customer service is just horrible. They all stand back at copiers trying to look busy. No one acknowledges you, or says they will be with you in a minute, nothing. Its convenient to our house but I cringe having to go into this location.
Ive only been here to drop off pre-paid packages. At least the employees arent as fussy about the kind of box you use as postal workers are. Rated low on appeal b/c I hate going to the area its in as its just so busy and constantly jammed with traffic. Its a pain to go there. If they would relocate to a more convenient area, I would probably not dread going as much.
I have used this FedEx location often for personal and business use and they have always been very friendly and efficient with my orders. My only issue is that sometimes there is a wait, but when I am being serviced I am given 100% of their attention which I feel compensates for the wait.
Pretty good service, very convenient hours. These guys can do pretty much anything, but some custom jobs take time. Dont show up needing something in 30 seconds and expect miracles.
I always assumed that FedExs services were overpriced, but dependent on your need, they have very reasonable prices. In fact, I had to get a stack of documents rebound, and it cost a whopping dollar and change. I visit this location regularly, and there are usually enough staff to service customer needs so the wait is relatively short.
I had an atrocious experience with Mike (working there since 1992) at this location. My mom and I came in to make copies from a pamphlet and regretted coming to this location. Mike was reluctant to step out from the counter and assist us. He showed us how to make copies and provided us with yellow paper. We asked how to make the text blue and he told us that we could either copy the text as it was or in black and white, I asked if we could scan it into a computer and change the color and he stated it was possible in another area of the store but did not show us how to do it or assist us in anyway.We are either going to use the black on yellow that we received or try again at a similar store. I do not know if this was an off day for Mike or if he has become comfortable in this 24 year old position and doesnt feel that he needs to put in effort to make the customers happy anymore.
Terrible experiences with FedEx in general lately. Stood in line for 20 minutes after spending two days trying to ship two letters via FedEx online which apparently stopped working. After reviewing the addresses on the guys screen and finding three different mistakes, somehow both letters were sent out with the company name of the recipient under the senders name which seems inconsequential... unless you are sending on behalf of a law firm! I dont understand how a company of this size can have such poor service from online to phone to in person. Nothing about my most recent interactions makes me want to continue to do business with FedEx in general or this location specifically.
I had an interesting experience here to say the least. After needing 1 color no logo business cards for an event that evening for my CEO- yes I realize I was asking for a rush order but keep in mind I provided the paper, and the file. All I was asking them to do is print and cut 10 pages of paper into 100 business cards...the job was so easy they actually just did it right there for me ...twice. To be fair one of the reasons the first ones werent quite right could be technically my fault because my file was not standard business card size...my file was 3x2 and they changed my file size to 3.5x2 which made the font look really small with too much space unused... However even if that were perfect, the cut on these cards was so bad, you couldnt possibly give them to people without looking like you got your cards out of a cracker jack box. Being that I was in a rush I didnt notice until I got them back to the office...so I called them to let them know I was coming back for a reprint...etc etc..and I got an attitude. Yes they were annoyed with me....off i went back to get new ones printed and now Im really pressed for time...I explain that the font is too small and the cut is horrible..and the response was well that is our machine that we need to get fixed and I cant do much about that but I will try...? So having no other options really at that point I pray that the first person who cut them just didnt know what they were doing and this employee (assistant manager) would do a better job.....The end result....I could not present these cards to my CEO for his event they were so horrible. Okay, I get that machines do have errors but then why keep selling a terrible product. Tell customers that you cant print business cards right now. I could have gone somewhere else to get them printed. I wish I could attach a picture to show you just how horrible they cut these cards....to know what Im talking about...these cards were hideous. They would not be fit for a toddler, let alone a CEO trying to pass them out at an event. Very frustrating! I actually decided to use them thinking that I would get a better product from such a big name....Office Depot puts out a sterling product especially when compared to this... Ill stick with them! Nobody cares anymore about product quality...sad. The first round of cards she told me an hour to do which was fine...okay but I came back an hour later...nobody was in the store and they hadnt even started them...slight panic but even that was fine...because she literally printed and cut them in 5 minutes...to give you an idea of how easy this project was. I have these cards in my possession right now and every time I look at them Im shocked. I have to believe them when they say its their machine because Im certain that a human could not cut cards this crooked....How about some QA- especially the second time around...I had to run out the door because I was so pressed for time at this point and wouldnt have been able to have them fix it...I just left and tried to figure out what I was going to tell my boss about why he didnt have cards to pass out for his event. Hopefully this review will force them to run some tests on their machine, do some QA and realize that Im actually not a picky, annoying customer, in fact Im the customer who rarely speaks up, is unusually understanding and forgiving about product quality...in fact all they had to do is put out a fair product and I would not be spending my morning writing this.

Gayle is rude! Just came out of the store and she didnt care to explain anything. When I would a question, she answered me as if I asked the dumbest question in the world with a little chuckle as if I was stupid. I asked if I could use the design and print station to access my project to be printed and she responded, you just said it was on your email I said, yeah I know can I bring it up on there and you help me print it the way I need it? She chuckled again, got irritated and then said, no thats for our use only Maybe if she explained things a little more in depth, I could understand much better. Once again, she was very rude and made me uncomfortable.

The ability to give outstanding customer service must not exist at this location. Not one greeting to 1 person from any employee. The manager has alot to do.

Great place to experience what the internet was like circa 1996. Tried to print a small document but was defeated by the 6kb/sec internet speeds.
Very helpful when I called and so polite when I was there.
I use this place quite a bit but there is one employee that I refused to talk to... not because the employee is overly rude (just regular rude), but because they never give accurate information and constantly contradicts what I have been told by other employees and by other FedEx Stores. Unfortunately this person always answers the phone so I just end up going to OfficeMax.
