I took my truck to get my gear stick fixed they did a great job I have not had any problems with there very reasonable respectful and know what there doing I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know Great Job Guys!!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY LITERALY BROKE MY CAR AND COULDNT EVEN BOTHER WITH A REFUND.Long story short, I took my car to them for a new steering column (which I told them was wrong). The owner said they could do it and have my car done by Monday. I didnt get my car until Thursday with little to no communication or updates from them, I had to go to the shop everyday just for them to turn me away. When I finally did get my car. It had a dent in the drivers door and wires hanging on the drivers side by the pedals.From then on, Ive had numerous issues with my car. It would turn off while I drove (luckily no accidents. I did spin out on the highway due to icy roads and my car turning off causing my breaks to not work), my wipers wouldnt work, my turn signals wouldnt work or my hazards, there was even a point where my steering wheel would again, move while I drove it. Each time a problem occured Id take it back and theyd fix it only for me to be back a week or two later. Finally, I asked for a refund for them to tell me their boss wasnt there each time with no call back. Id decided to stop going to them because my car was now drivable just not ideal.Recently I had to get my wheels aligned. When I went to the garage (a different, more professional garage) they refused to do my alignment until my steering wheel was fixed, which the other shop had to fix (its not something the specialize in) . Ive already put a lot of money into my car fixing the issues their job had caused. I called them this time, demanding a refund. The owner tried to convince me to let them try to fix it again. I told them I just wanted a refund because it shouldve been done right the first time and I didnt want to give them more money when they were the ones who messed it up the first time. The owner was very rude and cocky the whole time (as he was the first time I went) . He said he couldnt give a full refund, then continued to try and convince me to let them try again. I stood by my word and demanded a refund. He then hung up on me TWICE, and even pretended we lost connection to avoid the conversation. The last time I spoke to him, he dropped all reasoning and flat out started bad mouthing me because I was having an attitude . Then hung up on me once again.I dont know how this shop has so many stars when the owner is rude, cocky and obviously doesnt know what hes doing or what hes talking about. I will never go here agin nor recommend this place to anyone else.As a professional, you should take ownership of your work and responsibility. If you dont specialize in something, dont do the job. Now I have a broken car thats going to take a lot of money to fix, and out a few hundred bucks.
