When we purchased it the miles were said to be 290,000 but when it arrived it was around a million.Not only did they lie about the mileage, the Fly wheel housing was broken and spray painted to hide the cracks.Customer service:Terrible, when asked to speak to the owner we were told he’s cleaning the snow. To contact him via email if we have any complaints.We were given 3 options.1- return the engine at our expense of the transit along with a 20% restocking fee2- new flywheel housing will be shipped to us and we would need to pay out of pocket for the mechanical labor costs.3- offered us $500 for something that is well over $1000.Avoid this people don’t buy from them

If I could give these people 0 starts, I would. I bought a DD15 engine from them in January. When the engine was shipped out, it arrived with a cracked oil pan and a damaged harness. I called their sales person at the moment and they said to send them an email. I sent these emails almost 20 times and every time they have said to send an email. They have no intention on helping their customers with problems that should have been taken care of in their initial inspection. Now, the engine has a bad head and the sales person literally just hung up on me. I tried calling them back 10 times and she keeps declining the calls. They have the worst customer service I have seen. They do not care about their customers and the problems their engines have. Once they hear a customer has a problem, they will stop answering calls!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIFS!!!

Poor customer service. They water pump on my isx and all tensioners and pulleys are bad and coolant temp sensor was bad and now suspect the egr cooler is bad. There warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s wrought on I called them twice about the water pump and they lady just keep saying her boss would call me back and that never happened. Also took them forever to ship the motor. Payed almost 17k for this bc it had a “warranty “ that turned out to be false advertisement

We purchase an engine which has never hauled a load due to power problems. Called repeatedly asking for a manager. No one has called me back, called again today, got an voice mail which was full and could not leave a message. Totally frustrated, would never recommend.

This company has the worst customer service and follow up. I called to order an ECM from them and they said they would look into seeing if they have one and call me back. After two days I followed up with them and they forgot to look so they said they would call me back. After not receiving a call I followed up again and they said they do have one and they will send me an invoice. After not receiving the invoice a week later I followed up again and they said it was missed and they would call back once it was sent. After not receiving the a call or invoice I followed up and they said it was sold.

How they are still in business. That place is terrible! They dont care for you, and they dont respect your time and your money. Its better to pay double then to deal with this place

I had the worst and most unprofessional experience working with this company. I order a part and they received guaranteed funds on Sept 8. Told the part would ship out that afternoon, then it was the next afternoon, then the next afternoon, well you get the idea. The part was not shipped until the Sept 16. They do not communicate with the customer as well as management refuses to speak with the customer. I have asked on numerous occasions to have someone from management to return my call and I still have not received that phone call.I will not be making another purchase from this company and definitely will not recommend to anyone looking to make a purchase. It only received the one star because the system required at least one.
