Experience was very lovely, and workers are also very nice! The worker known as Nancy is extremely kind and patient with the customers. She got through my order quickly and told me to not say sorry after I messed up something! Definitely deserves a raise, thats for sure!This place is also very nice when it comes to covid vaccines and handling all other types of orders. Managers are also quite lovely too, as they assisted other customers with problems that they had with ease. Dont listen to the other reviews, theyre just bad customers that dont know how to appreciate retail workers.

Called to get info on covid test for a trip to Canada. Pharmacy lady rep answered was rude, kept acting like she was too busy to answer our questions on the matter. Go somewhere else for your covid test, this place isnt professional enough.

My mom and I went to this Walgreens in West Side Scranton and it is the second time the workers have refused us service because we will not wear a mask. We have cleared this with their corporate office and they told us we could walk in without the mask. We have had no problem previous times but lately the workers are getting severely rude and mistreating us. Due to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, nobody can deny anyone entry of a business or else it is considered religious discrimination. Their store policy is invalid due to our religious immunity. HIPPA law also states if we have a medical condition, due to privacy we do not have to reveal that to them. They want to deny us our rights to pharmaceuticals and that is highly immoral and against our Constitutional freedoms. The customer service is terrible, the ignorance of the people is repulsive, and overall, our experience was awful. Pure science can not convince them and stating our Constitutional freedoms is like speaking a different language to them. The workers don’t even understand The meaning of the word customer service or know how to treat another person like a human being. Their ignorance is disgusting and a disgrace to humanity.

Always a pleasant experience. Parking is great, store is very clean, and the staff is always very polite.

Really disappointed lately, you can see from recent comments that less than a year ago my husband had posted that we were quite pleased with the service we received at this pharmacy. But for the past four times every time I’ve had to deal with them there’s been some kind of issue. They’ve even gone as far as asking the patient to do their job for them. I hope the management takes notice and changes things back to the way they used to be about a year ago and get rid of this new philosophy of every patient for themselves.

Sketchy area but the store itself is decent. Staff are generally friendly. Some nights you encounter kids hanging out in the parking lot fooling around. Definitely lock your car doors when you go in.

Im not sure who Bruce is, but Dr Phil and his staff today went above and beyound helping me as an out of state person in a real pinch for my prescriptions! Walgreens should give him a raise! Dr Phil your the best!
