My husband and I walked in to Mattress Warehouse not having a clue how to pick a mattress. We were greeted by DJ. He spent as much time we needed to pick out a product. He was very informative and knew his products very well. He answered all of our questions I believe truthfully. Has definitely made our experience a good one. I had a wonderful experience purchasing new mattresses for my children. Fast and experienced salesman. Not pushy. I didn’t want to wait for delivery for the one set and he actually loaded it all in my Subaru for me!! Who does that? The second set is set to be delivered for the date that’s works best in my schedule. They will take away our old. Super convenient. He was fantastic. I can’t say enough.

Help!!! We have just been notified that a delivery is going to the wrong address tomorrow morning (8/24). Even though the correct address was given, they just sent a text that the mattress is coming to our College daughters HOME ADDRESS in Carlisle and it needs to be delivered to her apartment in Scranton----how do we fix this? This is crazy, she received notification at 8:31 PM tonight for a 7:30 am delivery tomorrow morning - and no one is available and answering our calls or texts!!

We needed a new mattress and I had done all the research I thought I needed. The intention was to go to the store already informed, knowing what we were looking for, so we wouldnt be bothered by any pushy mattress salesmen. Turns out that the salesman, John Maz, was not a typical pushy salesman at all. He was very laid back and put us both at ease pretty much right away. We spent quite a bit of time trying out different mattresses until we settled on a Comforpedic memory foam mattress...which wasnt even on the original list I had made. John worked with us and helped guide our decision to the mattress we bought. This was on a Saturday and we were able to get delivery on Tuesday! Turns out that the mattress is great, very comfortable. The whole thing was an outstanding experience overall.

He asked us what we where looking for we told him and we did a mattress test and took us to the the mattress we ended up buying.... My husband & I visited the store to try a Nectar mattress before ordering it online. We were shown to the mattresses by John, our sales rep. We expressed our concerns and what we were looking for, and he actually directed us to a more comfortable king size mattress, suited to our needs, and was able to give us a phenomenal deal which ended up being $100 less than the Nectar. We were also able to get a waterproof cover included with the 100-day no interest financing deal. Overall, we are absolutely thrilled and will be visiting them again when it’s time to upgrade our daughter from her toddler bed! John is the mattress Houdini, according to my husband.

John Maz was very knowledgeable about mattresses. He even had us do a sleep study in the store to pick out the mattress that was the best fit for my husband and I. Understand that Mattress Warehouse is NOT responsible for any damage they cause to your house (or so they say)!! We spent over $3000 on two mattresses only to have our hardwood steps and floor damaged by their horrible delivery service. They also did an awful job installing the frame we purchased to go along with the expensive Tempur-Pedic bed.Please avoid Mattress Warehouse! Give a “like” to this review if you decide to buy elsewhere.Read on if you want the full details....I had the old bed disassembled and ready for the men to take it away. One of the delivery guys decided he was going to remove the old queen mattress by himself. I told him twice that he should have his partner assist or I would help him. Nope, he then proceeded to drag the mattress down the steps then across the foyer. Before he got outside, I noticed a gouge in the steps and the floor. There was a spring protruding from the mattress. This wouldnt have been a problem if it was carried instead of dragged. Any professional delivery service knows this. The guy then decided to argue with me that he didnt cause the damage despite the fact it was completely obvious it was his doing. After they left, I decided to look at the installation of the bed and frame. The lazy guys didnt even put the frame together. The screws to hold the cross member werent even inserted at all!!! Some were sticking out so bad that they ripped the new box spring that we just paid for. I had to take the whole bed apart and redo everything. I also spoke with two very rude people at their delivery service who told me the contract that I signed (which no one has produced for me) had a clause to say they were not responsible for any damage. I guess the contract also states they are not responsible for installing the items correctly either. I also sent an email to their delivery service to file a complaint, but never received any response. This business obviously doesn’t care about the customer once the purchase is made. Keep in mind, you cannot get a refund on a mattress; it can only be replaced/substituted by another one. So either way, they get your money.
