I needed to find some replacement vinyl siding after a tree hit my house. I had no idea who manufactured the siding but had a sample piece. I called Erie and while they dont normally sell to homeowners, they were more than willing to help. The people in the store are extremely helpful, courteous, and just great people. They matched my siding and sold me what I needed. The guys in the back even helped me load it in the car and tie my trunk shut and add a red flag on the back. What more can you ask for?

If you want to receive what you need, dont waste time talking to the 7 stooges working the counter. Save yourself a TON of grief and order right from the manager (Len). He was the only intelligent person there. The short guy (brian) has some kind of personality issues and need to get profesional help dealing with him insecurities. Ill be getting my materials from ABC or Harvey . I cant afford the cost of dealing with this incompitent crew.
