Ordered glass replacements for skylights. After trying another company recommended to me first, and having them tell me they couldnt meet the specifications I called Scranton Glass. They went the extra mile and worked to get the glass to acceptable specs. Not to mention they were less expensive. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

I have read the reviews for Scranton Glass and must attribute the few unhappy comments there are to isolated incidents of chance. Nothing could be further from the truth based on my recent experience. In my opinion customer service was well above my expectations. They went out of their way at every point of sale to make this a very pleasurable experience. A few weeks ago my 11 year old glass top of my patio table shattered on a windy day since the patio table umbrella was left opened. I was terribly disappointed because we have 26 matching patio furniture pieces throughout the pool and patio areas, not to mention the table is larger than common size. Scranton Glass was the most reasonablypriced compared to other quotes I received. But that is the least of the reasons for the five star rating. Eileen was so easy to deal with and very friendly and professional. She knew immediately after seeing pictures which replacement glass matched the other tables and it is indeed PERFECT! Scranton Glass came to my home to remove the table top for accurate fitting and also brought it back to my home and attached it to the base for us! Throughout, any email communication was answered in a very timely fashion so there was no time wasted. Overall just a very pleasant experience! I am absolutely thrilled to have my table back and it looks brand new and matches perfectly! Thank you Scranton Glass!

After exhausting all our options in North Western NJ, we drove an hour to get replacement fireplace door glass from Scranton Glass. It was a pleasurable experience. While we had lunch, they cut our glass and we were able to take it home the same day. We will drive the hour for our glass needs from now on.

Excellent customer service and affordable glass pricing!

Always can count on these guys! I occasionally need a small job done and I’m never treated like the last priority. Windows, car mirrors, stove glass, they do it all, and fast! By contrast, other bigger companies gave me an estimate for twice the price and 2 weeks to cut one small piece of glass. Love this place.

Terrible customer service!! I stopped on June 27,2019 for replacement glass for my sliding doors. Eileen sent someone to measure, gave me an estimate and told me she will call me when it comes in, which would be about a week. I stopped on October 29 to tell her that no one ever called me, she said Let me check my email and went to hide in her office. I had the same experience the year before, told her no one called me for an estimate after several attempts. UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner of SGC and she apologized & offered me a discount. I accepted the offer and the work was done. Nice job thank you!

Terrible to do business with. Called them to do some commercial glass replacements over 4 months ago and they never followed through with the repairs. Called them several more times to give them the opportunity and they never returned my calls.

Called and emailed about getting my double hung window glass repaired. I specifically asked what time they would be there until and was informed 5 pm. I arrived at 4:40 pm only to find the place all locked up!! I called from outside and of course, got the machine! So, thanks for wasting my time and gas. I will never go there again!!

Was told to come pick up my glass on Friday for a weekend project, sitting in front of store and noone is here. Unless they show up I now missed a deadline.Id like to add to this review as I believe in keeping them accurate and up to date.Upon showing up to pick up my order four days late, when the store was open (it was a holiday weekend so expected). The woman at the front counter who I could only assume was an owner or affiliate of this company seemed quite annoyed with my original review and voiced that she read it. She stated a family emergency and that she had to leave Friday... I own a business and understand these things but expect a call, text, or email notification that this happened so I dont drive an hour out of my way. I also didnt receive any I do apologise for the inconviance that caused you etc just annoyance that I left a poor review and an excuse for bad service. How ever my order was discounted which does help cover the extra gas money spent and the glass I received exceeded my expectations quality to price. The gentalmen working there were quite willing to help me load up the glass and even provided some cardboard so it didnt bounce around and break on my way back to my shop. For these reasons I will add two stars to my original review and hope the coustomer service was a bad day(s) that wont be repeated.As I side note I wish that I had been asked if I wanted my tempered etched as I did not and it was.
