Great food 100% authentic Mexican and beautiful decor service was a bit slow but it was a little busy so understandable with that plus HUGE helpings for the price I can not wait to go back and get more!!! EVERYONE SHOULD TRY IT

Holy cow! This is authentic Mexican food!The staff was extremely nice, and the prices are very reasonable.But youre reading this to hear about the food, right? Its awesome! The portions are large, and everything was awesome. The tortillas were homemade, the ingredients were all fresh.Definitely go! They do speak English.

All of the food was absolutely delicious! Loved the taco de lengua, de pastor, and huaraches de pollo asado. The agua frescas were perfect too and our server was super sweet. Cant wait to come back. Totally worth the drive from Williamsport :)

This is a truly great place with great food and great Mexican people. Its a market and a restaurant.Its also quick and easy to get there from I-81. Take exit 185 and get on the Scranton expressway. Take the first exit (Cedar Avenue) and its just past the light on the right side.

Small place, well set with details of Mexican crafts, varied typical Mexican dishes, good taste and temperature of the food, tasty and spicy sauces, you feel like in a small town in Mexico, it is worth the experience!

On a visit to the Scranton area - popped in to get some lunch. Got take-out and ordered some Al Pastor tacos and a chorizo torta. The tastes, portions and pricing were all on point. Look forward to visiting again and trying more of the menu. Very unassuming bodega storefront with all the staples and convenience items - a full butcher counter in the middle and compete dining room in the rear.

The best food in Scranton Pennsylvania I come from Long Island ny there is excellent food and great staff members. Even if you don’t know the people they treat you like family and with respect if you are planing to visit Scranton you should definitely try this place highly recommend. REAL MEXICAN FOOD

Overall a great place to eat out however I am concerned with the meats sold in the front store area. Color change on meats usually indicates that meat is no longer good to eat but I dont know if they are aware of that.

Great little Latino grocery with items you cant find anywhere else in NEPA if you are into making your own Mexican food at home. Only ordered a few items from the restaurant and the tacos were hit or miss depending on the filing. Steak wasnt seasoned but the barbacoa was tasty.

I love this place just because of the name. I lived in Mexico for 6 years and this isnt an offensive name. Its only offensive to white people who dont speak Spanish who go out of their way to look up the definition on Urban dictionary. In Mexico and other Latin countries many words have different meanings depending on context.

Authentic, flavorful greasy Mexican food served out of a hole in the wall restaurant. But no one was wearing masks even I went in so not sure I would want to go back.

So I read an article in the paper about a Mexican restaurant with an offensive name (the article never mentions the name so I googled it) I read nothing but GREAT reviews, so the next time Im in the area, Im stopping in!pero que chingadera! PS change the name to La Ching@da!

They take a long time to attend, then a long time to bring the food. They are supposed to offer chips and salsa to wait for the food, but it does not matter if there is one person or more at the table, they only put a few and the sauce looks like just water. The food is not at all good. The meat in the beef broth tastes like preserved or very old meat. The seafood broth, especially the crab legs, are salty as if they had been preserved dry in salt.In general I did not like the place

A fast and friendly service, the food was very good, I bought chicharrón quesadillas, a chicken milanesa cake, pozole and some tacos. All was very good.

I loved every part of my experience! The waitress greeted us and quickly seated us. The guacamole was delicious and the food better. I ordered a cemita and it was well seasoned and hot. And my girlfriend ordered a quesadilla and she said it was Rico. I also liked the Agua de jamaica!It shouldnt be hiding behind the store. I highly recommend it !!
