The staff at Audiology and Hearing Center are great. Heather takes the time to explain what she is doing and they go over results and help make you feel comfortable. Today changed one thing on my hearing aids and what a difference for me today, I thank the staff for the great experience at this visit

Each time I have an appointment with Dr Heather Stone, I feel at ease knowing she will not only be thorough, but will be able to explain everything related to my hearing in a way that makes me feel comfortable and is easy to understand. She is kind and easy to talk to. I never have anxiety going to my appointments at her office.

Very easy to make an appt. very helpful staff, Dr Stone is very professional and does a very thoroughexam. Covid safe and quality products, the Starkey that I ordered are Made in the USA and very favorably priced for the top of the line product.

My insurance company directed me to Heather Stone after moving to the area and a change in my insurance. After 10 months of investing many hours of my own personal time helping to deal with insurance billing issues due to errors made by her office, leaving messages for her office that were not returned multiple times, Heather refused to provide services under my insurance because she was not happy with her contracted reimbursement rate. I was even asked to pay the additional funds above the contracted insurance rates. Sadly we were never even given the courtesy of a phone call from her office to advise she refused to provide the service.

Referred tp them by Honesdale VA. Arrived. They were waiting for me. Very prompt, professional, and listened very patiently to my long story going back to my Air Force days in 1962-1966 and 55 years after. I am very happy with their service and look forward to seeing them when my hearing aides are delivered. I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone who is having hearing difficulty.Following is after receiving my hearing aids: From my hearing test through my training session with Abby, I felt like I was in very good hands. Very professional every step of the way. You are aware that I have been trying to get hearing assistance for years and struggling with one VA doctor. Your excellent service and compassionate care was very uplifting. My third day so far and I am completely satisfied.

The audiologist makes it possible to find ways making you feel hearing again is the greatest gift for the one who has a hard time hearing can ever receive. And I am 55 years old

Fantastic facility! Dr. Stone and Becky worked extremely hard to make sure my son had the best hearing aids available to him. I can honestly say they improved his quality of life. They truly care about their patients.
