Great, big store with more inventory and product selections than the Salem, NH location time & time again. I feel its physically a bigger store too. Sales associates are always so kind and helpful here too!

Michaels has a good selections of craft, painting, baking, and silf flower supplies. There are kits for kids and beads for jewelry making for all. If baking is your thing, the baking section is pretty nice too.

I had to go to Seabrook because my local store, Portsmouth, was out of gold glitter glue. But I was able to use two coupons for my two bottles, which made them quite reasonable. I hope the discount made up for the gas I used.

Went to this location and the selection was great my only issue is the new policy of exact change, I was spending over $300 since I needed all new materials and only had cash, I didnt have 12 cents so I couldnt purchase my items, I even told them to keep the change I have no problem Letting them have the extra 88 cents since its policy, but the cashier told me they couldnt do that and to pay with exact change or to go put everything back. If youre going to change policy at least round everything to the nearest dollar... but it was just frustrating and the cashier working was so rude about it, I understand youre just doing your job but you dont have to belittle customers in front of everyone for 12 cents.... was the 12 cents really worth losing $300? Its just frustrating since now I cant get the items I need today and the rudeness from the cashier made it a terrible experience, make sure you bring 100 pennies!

I think what can I do. .every time I go toMichaels . I take my time walk around and most always find a thing to make . Whether its baking items and books on how to adult coloring books. Beads. Paints. Puzzles so many. Things to keep me busy .need Michaels so much at this Covid 19. Staying i.I love this store

I love Michaels! They always have everything you could want for decorations to crafting to gifting. Their staff is highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The layout of the store is neat and clean and there is always staff willing to help without being overly pushy.

Employees were very rude and seem like they didnt know much about anything except for what time they were supposed to be leaving horrible customer service

Huge selection of Arts and crafts. I love coming in and bring canvases and paints. I think they do classes depending on the time of year and day. But I really wish they hosted a paint night. Or, classes for all hobbies each week. That would be super fun for a night out thats close. You can buy snacks here as well. Defiantly recommend coming here if you need a gift for an artistic person or if you or your child has a school project.

Very good experience with one of the people in the framing department. We had a budget and we came in well under. Clerk was extremely knowledgeable on products and provided very good suggestions. Very satisfied and will be back with more work.

Always a sale going on. Never left empty handed. Lots of craft supplys and already made holiday items and gift ideas.

The customer service at this store is terrible. After calling ahead to make sure a framing associate was available (and told yes they were), I drove 10 miles only to find there was no one. Plus I had to wait in the check out line with a single woman serving patrons to even ask when the framing person would be back. I won’t be returning to this store.

Great Halloween decorations.

I appreciated that there were employees on the floor plus they even asked if they could help me. Very helpful too! I had been to another store nearby who had no one available except at registers. No aisles were marked like Michaels is. Wont go there again (Hobby Lobby).

Came to pickup online order. Had to return one item which wasnt the item that I expected. Staff had some difficulty doing that. Apparently it doesnt happen very often, so they had limited experience. Made every effort to be helpful and friendly.

Its so worth the prices, even with that its discounts are awesome! All you have to do is ask for a coupon and they usually have some. Theres a variety of choices from boxes and flowers to holiday gifts and kids toys, amazing array of items.

When ever I need any type of craft supplies Michaels is always the first place I check. They always have amazing sales and deals. The employees are always very helpful if you need to find something. They always have coupons on there website and for Michaels members which is free to sign up for.
