Great people and service. More than pleased.

I was recommended this shop by Progressive Insurance. Their client backed into my brand new truck. I was very apprehensive about taking my truck to their recommended shop. I decided since I knew this place had been in business a long time, they could be trusted to do excellent work. I took the truck over to them and explained this truck was brand new and if they couldnt do brand new work, I would appreciate their honesty and take it somewhere that could. I was assured they could handle it by the lady doing my paperwork. I dropped the truck off on a Monday and told them I would be back the following Monday to pick it up. The damage on the side of the truck should have taken 3 days at most to repair. I called the following Monday and it hadnt been touched. They then tried to scramble and repair it in two days. In the scramble, they ran my brand new truck into another car in their parking lot. The owner, Mike, called me Wednesday to explain his side of the story. I go look at my truck and sure enough they damaged the right rear door panel and the kick panel under the door. I looked over the bed panel they rushed to fix from the initial accident and pointed out runs, trash in the paint, and dull spots. I was assured it would all be repaired by Mike. Another 9 days passed and they finally fixed the damage they caused. Again, to my brand new truck I hadnt even made the first payment on. They fixed the damages they did, and didnt fix any of the previous problems I mentioned in their initial repairs. I was disgusted and tired of driving a rental so I took my truck and told them I would be back at a later date. 2 days later, I hand washed my truck and found even more over spray on the front doors of the truck and more trash in the paint. I also was told they replaced the fender trim on my truck with new, but it still had the same paint scratches from the first accident, just painted over with no preparation. I have forwarded the info to Progressive, and emailed the owner - with no response from Mike. Again, I would never use or recommend this place. Worst experience ever. Even after I gave them a chance to fix their own mistakes. Stay away from this business.....

Beverley was an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. We had a telephone conversation and her knowledge was and professionalism was at the highest level.

They did a great job of repairing the bumper and matching the paint.

They did a great job, finished on time and made the whole process easy.

They were all super helpful. JC was great and got my car into the shop quicklyand out just as fast. They works with me with the parts that I already had purchased previously and with the insurance company. Absolutely fantastic 100% would recommend.

We have used this body shop several times. Their work is as near perfect as can be. They are fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them. I can say we’ll never use any other body shop.

Had to replace my girlfriends side mirror. Stopped by just because it was on my way home and glad I did. Dropped off the mirror and faster then I expected it was ready it was a perfect match to the car. I felt like I was a good friend with a inside buddy doing me a “special” job. I will not go anywhere else for any paint or collision repair. All I can really say is stop looking this is the place.

I took my corvette top in here for repair/paint and it went in looking like someone used it surf sand. It came out looking better then when I got it from the dealer. Would definitely return for body work. 5/5 Good service,good work,and friendly people.

Timely and accurate on repairs. They even covered the additional rental car cost!

I took my car to them for some insurance repairs, my friend has had good experiences with them so i gave them a shot they did the repairs which i had no complaints about but when i picked the car up my car had a strange ticking noise coming from the motor and the shifter was broken and wouldnt stay anymore, i talked to the owner about it and he was very rude, wouldnt even come outside to look at the problems and kept insisting it was a coincidence because my car was so old, (its a 2003) i explained that id never experienced these problems before and he just kept telling me he was not going to even look at my complaints. Will not go there again and do not recommend dealing with them.

Ive used them a couple of times and was happy with the work.

I have had three repairs done at this shop through the years; insured and uninsured. I have always been pleased with the quality of the work, the timing, and the fair pricing.

Paint was messed up huge Knicks out of it. New scratches that were not on it before and a knocking in my front driver tire that was also not there when I dropped it off.I do not recomend this place to anyone.

I took my vehicle there for a estimate, bay area bodyshops estimate was 2000 dollars more then the actual car manufactures estimate (dealerships estimate), I do not recommend this body shop at all due to price gouging.
