Absolutely wonderful customer services! We ordered some medallion trophies for my kids baseball team and even though the tracking said they would be in on time, they were not. I expressed my concern about the time crunch and Jennifer told me she would fix the problem. Not only was she helpful and friendly but she built us 12 matching trophies for the team on a drop of a hat and they were even better than the original picks we had made. Needless to say, crown trophy takes pride in thier product as well as customer service and it is these outstanding characteristics that will keep us coming back and recommending to anyone in need of thier services. I had them engrave some hardware I had built and was very satisfied with the work. They contacted me a couple times to make sure they were using the correct font and spacing that I desired. They also worked with me when I made a last minute change to the lettering.Overall I was very pleased and am going back to have some more work done in the near future.

All of the engraving Ive had Crown complete looked excellent. Their work is higher quality and more affordable than every other place Ive used. They recently completed a rush job for me in one day, but still ensured the highest quality. All of my future engraving work will be done here.

Crown Trophy is the best place to get customer services and great product. The La Porte Cowboys & Cowgirls has been using Crown Trophy since before I was with the organization. They are on time and are very nice but the best part is when the product is needed early or has a rush they push and help get the item to you in time. We will continue to use them for all our needs and I would invite anyone to give them a chance.

I recently received an award plaque. My last name was misspelled. Rather than point it out to the group that honored me I took it to Jennifer at Crown Trophy. She immediately recognized it and told me that the lady who ordered it had it correct originally but requested it be changed on a rush basis. Jennifer agreed to redo the plaque at no charge. It was ready by the agreed time. This is a professional business and I would recommend them to others.

When I went in to make an order the lady who helped me looked less than enthusiastic about helping me. She was unhelpful and didnt even offer options for different fonts or sizes of lettering. I ordered name tags and a specialty engraving. They said it would be ready on tuesday the following week. When I came in on Friday they looked irritated to see me and could not find my order. I waited patiently and they looked rather annoyed by my presence. Then they told me they still didnt have it ready but that they would do it now. I waited longer for them to finish and when they brought out the engraving it was one inch tall in the lamest font. When I asked about why it was sooo small, the girl was off put and mumbled something like, I dont know if they talked to you about that or not. I paid a whopping $46.00 for bad service and bad products. I thought I could use a local seabrook business to help our community but these guys are not very good at what they do. Too Bad. I will take my business out further to webster if i have to.
