On behalf of my teen - Returned a bleach/lightening product since the wrong size. In exchange, the person told me to buy packets since I did not need as much as I previously purchased. The clerk sold me precolor treatment as bleach packets. Since I am new to bleaching, I was relying on the clerk to sell me the right product. I am now going back for another exchange.
