I purchase the Infinity Imperial 3D/4D massage chair with 5 year warranty on February 17, 2021. The sale sounded like a good deal. The promised delivery of March 16th didnt happen. This required me to call when their customer service team stated it was on the way to their Memphis warehouse. At this rewrite it is now more than 60 days. Massage Chair Store reached out to me to let me know the were sorry but there was a glitch in the automated emails. Outside of their control was international shipping issues driving up their back orders. Today the current status of delivery is within the next week. Then they offered to provide services and goods to make up for the inconvenience. Expect that even with delayed delivery the Massage Chair Store want to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Thanks for moving this along. They put the fun back into the experience of buying a high end chair.

Their website said they were open, so I made a two hour drive just to arrive and find their door locked. I called and was told that they are closed due to covid. I told him their website says differently, therefore I wasted four hours of my day due to having been misled. The person who answered their phone was very rude and unapologetic. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Drove 1.5 hours to get there only to find out showroom closed to the public. No place on website says this !!!! Wast of my time . Should of said this on the webpage .

Ive been looking for a massage chair for a while now and when I saw you on Google I knew I had to try you out! Your chairs are so amazing! I usually have extremely ticklish feet, but I enjoyed the foot massage so much! I would absolutely recommend this chair to anyone who loves massages!

Not only I didnt received my chair but also the track your order link says it was delivered to the front door. (I wonder whose door) What a joke. Also good luck getting any response from them, no one bothers answering the e mails. They took my money and more than the price on their web but no chair.
