I literally drive 35 minutes to come to this specific smoke shop because the customer service and management from the employees and Ms. Dora are beyond exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure all the questions and needs of the customers are fulfilled. I will remain Rock and Roll it loyal because of how amazing and how welcome they continuously make you feel.

I CANNOT BELIEVE SHE RIPPED ME OF AGAIN!trust when i say to ask for someone else other than the overweight woman.made the terrible mistake of coming back here.a few months ago, the woman at the counter sold me not only, an insanely overpriced product which she claimed was a bestseller, but after arriving home and charging it all night, it never worked a day in its existence.called and the same woman answered the phone, saying they dont accept returns and there was nothing she could do. with her fake sympathy, she claimed she would remove all said bestselling product from shelves so no one would experience the same thing as i.this time, couldnt browse selections without constantly being hounded by the same girl. after feeling forced/hurried to just pick something, i paid $77. she then offered to remove the price sticker from my item for me, which read $49.99.research item reviews and prices before purchasing if you dont want to be ripped off.

I called to inquire about somethings I need in a rush and the young lady was very nice & helpful. When into the store and she remember me and was still very helpful once again thank you sweetie!

Appalling service. I was kicked out while trying to buy a nicotine vape for not leaving my two year old son in the car. Discrimination against single mothers.I entered one side of the establishment looking to purchase a flavored nicotine vape. I asked the man for a certain vape and he directed me next door.I walked in next door to purchase the vape, and as soon as the cashier finished checking out the man at the register, he turned to me and told me I couldn’t make my purchase with my son with me and that I would have to leave him in the car.It’s 93 degrees outside. My son would get heatstroke if I left him in the truck.I have been to this location many times with my son before and spent a lot of money and it’s never been an issue. The usual ladies that work the counter are so nice but they were not there today and the service I received was shocking. I’m very interested in the policy that this business has if someone can direct me to that I’d be grateful because I don’t see the difference between taking him into a tobacco/nicotine vape shop and taking him with me when I go to buy cigarettes at the corner store or specs liquor store.

This is one of my favorite shops. I have always recommended them to friends and family. The people are very nice and helpful. They really know their products and will offer great tips and advice. The shop has expanded so much and they have one of the largest varieties in the area. It is always clean with an Inviting and friendly vibe. Will always be my go to for any vape needs.

Pretty stupid that you wont tell me a price over the phone. Im not gonna drive down there to see if your more expensive than other stores and Im sure most customers wouldnt either.

Bought 2 different torches from this place they both broke came back thought maybe it was just one bad one. Bought another didn’t ask for a refund a week later. The second one that was bought I did ask for a refund cause it’s obviously something to do with the torch. They refused and were extremely mean and then told me to get the f*ck out their shop. Terrible people, terrible business, horrible management. Fix your customer service and your terrible workers.

Vapor Trend/Rock n Roll It.No longer has a great selection. Customer service is trash. The main girl in there now, Ashley I believe, is bothered every time we come in, usually sitting in front of the shop, smoking cigarettes with her friends.We’ve been regulars to the store for 3 years, even after we moved further away, but we finally given up on this store all together.

Use to have great customer service Been coming here for 10 years spent thousands of dollars on glass... This new lady claimed she ran the store but wouldn’t and couldn’t answer any questions or would not get any glass for me.She would just say,idk and continued doing her own thing instead of helping me. You just lost a loyal customer! Wont be spending a cent there from here on out sad this is how you treat someone who has been there since yall opened.Funny I was about to buy some custom glass there you just lost a big sale! Ill be taking my money somewhere else from here on out. Its sad thats the best you could do with running such a great store.

Hands down one of the best smoke shops in the area of Houston, it might be a little bit more expensive but everybody there is Chill and Im not only that they have knowledge that in cases you might not know. What I love the most is they dont belittle you for what you dont know which is a common misconception that most smoke shops in the area dont even give you a good deal if you dont even know where youre talking about. These guys are willing to haggle these guys are willing to just have a conversation and especially these guys are willing to help you out on your next piece to be more suitable for your needs. I would give this store a hundred percent satisfaction rating and 100% customer service rating

Way overpriced.3 years later I gave them another chance had a couple of good shopping experiences and employees were very friendly and helpful but today the woman employee/owner asked me to leave because my adult son was with me without an ID the owner tried to tell me its the law, the law states you do absolutely need to be 21 to purchase but I was the only one looking to make a purchase. I just happen to have a great son who accompanies his mother to keep me safe.

Only place around this area that sells real juice. Hated when Im around here and need juice because house juice is overpriced and to similar in flavor profile. Finally I have found somewhere worth going around here. Staff was chill and shop had a decent selection. Would be 5 star but only downside to this place is they follow the law completely. No rules bent around here to charge you for juice to try it out. But if you cant smell a juice and get an idea of what its going to taste like it then the taste shouldnt matter to you anyways.

This place is awesome! The selection and sales are great but there was no music playing inside so it was kind of awkward at first. But thats not a deal breaker its very worth it to stop by.

Rude employees, they do not make their own e liquid.. they dont let you try the flavors before buying.. the guy ran us out because his friends were there and he wanted to talk to them. The prices are wayyy higher than most shops. Go to vapor sense the employees are nice and they have a flavor station and can make anything you want on the spot.

This is a really good smoke shop, located perfectly for the Webster, Clear Lake, Kemah, Seabrook customer. I was impressed with their selection, and especially the knowledgeable staff. They took the time to get to know their customers needs, and talked about the different product lines they carry. They tell me that they are upgrading everything they can, and want to become the very best.

My favorite place for kratom and pods. The staff is knowledgeable and exceptionally polite, this is the only smoke shop I go to and I have to go out of my way to go here but its so worth it. They have a huge variety of vape and vape products and carry good and reputable brands of kratom which has been a lifesaver when Im in severe pain.

The staff is always super nice every time I go in. If there is a customer ahead of me and one person working, they address me and let me know theyll be with me in a moment. I really appreciate that they dont force you to buy products that arent right for you.
