Amazing customer service. Thankful for the UPS Store staff. 5/5
Olivia and Kelsey helped us out big time in a snowstorm, we are very thankful for their efforts
Fabulous staff who goes above and beyond...especially if you need help with an Amazon return!
Walked in and clerk wasn’t wearing her mask, I asked her to please put it on and she rolled her eyes. Fast service otherwise but this reflects poorly on the business.
I have dealt with dozens of UPS Stores in my line of work. 99.9% are usurious and insanely costly. I purchase items from all over the Country at various Auction Houses, and I prefer to provide my own prepaid/insured shipping label which maybe 1 in 100 Stores will allow you to do. Does it make any sense that a business that provides a package service for a fee, will not package an item for you unless you also buy their insurance and purchase UPS shipping through them? This UPS Store is great to work with, and caters to their Customers, not the bottom line. Truly a breath of fresh air, and pleasant to deal with. THANK YOU!
Very efficient and helpful staff.
They take Comcast boxes!I was shipping a package, which went well, when another customer came in with a Direct TV box. I asked, and sure enough I was able to return the Comcast box Ive been paying 2 bucks a month to have sit in my car. No paperwork, just scanned and took it off my hands.
Very helpful & pleasant. Not something I usually see at a UPS type of store. Kudos.
People at the store are friendly, which is the only reason for 2 stars.I shipped a package with this UPS Store on 3/28. Paid $160 for 4 day shipping to Vietnam. Package was scheduled to be delivered to the destination in Vietnam on 4/2...we expected delays due to Covid-19 and customs, that wasn’t a big deal.I received an email update...UPS handed the package off to the United States Postal Service (ok?)Anyway. The package was picked up on 3/30 and it was headed to JFK in NY to get cleared and the package was last scanned on 4/2...then the tracking stopped. So I contacted the UPS Store...”oh, well the tracking stops once it leaves the United States” so I tell them that’s why I shipped with UPS, not the post office...so these issues could be avoided. They then tried to place blame on me for this by saying “we gave you an option when deciding how quick you want it to get there”...”ummmmm, no. You didn’t. You gave me prices and delivery dates - no options for a carrier”So now we figure the package is sitting in customs.A week goes by. Still no package delivery. My dad (who the package is going to) goes to the post office in Ho Chi Minh City...they don’t have it.(In between all of this I contacted the post office to update the name and phone number since they didn’t even have his name on the package...)A few days go by and here we are...still no package delivered to him. No updated tracking. And The UPS Store is useless since it’s now with the USPS. All they can do is an investigation for a missing package. When shipping with them, I asked about insurance on the package as well (because somehow I knew something would go wrong) and I was told “insurance is included with international shipping” and I questioned them “oh really!?” - “yes, it’s included. What’s in the package so we can list it” so I said “it’s medications that he needs while he’s stuck over there due to the virus”...My dad went to the UPS Store in Ho Chi Minh City...the tracking number is a US tracking number not valid for international shipments. So that’s cool (thanks, UPS Store...)When shipping to Vietnam, customs will go through the package and they’ll take what they want from the package. If they want it all, tour package will mysteriously “go missing”...and because I can’t track where this package is really worries me.Picking up at a post office in Vietnam, you need to offer a bribe to pick up your package. No money? You don’t get your stuff. That’s how it works over there...another reason I didn’t ship with the post office. So basically these are my issues:The UPS Store did not disclose that my order would be shipping with the USPS. They did not tell me once the package left the country that it could not be tracked. They did not tell me the shipping time did not include customs. They did not add proper insurance to the package when I asked. They did not put a name on the label. And according to everyone I’ve talked to the last week, the package is lost...with necessary medications.l that I now have to pay for out of pocket.UPS Store, I’m very disappointed in your service. If I would have known all of these things, I never would have shipped this package that day. I don’t expect a package shipped through the UPS STORE to be shipped via USPS...and that’s fine that you do, just please make sure you disclose that information before shipping an international package that can no longer be tracked.I’m going to be following up with them tomorrow and requesting my $160 back to ship the package that is now considered to be lost. The medications inside the package will be a whole other issue when the package is finally found. And it will be found (I’ll call back every day...)At least shipping with DHL the package can be tracked the entire way...I’ll ship with them for the next order. I’ll also be looking for a new ship center going forward. I’m beyond disappointed in the service and lack of communication on their end.
Curtis saved me!! Thanks for taking care of that package and accommodating my rush! Curtis was super polite and professional, top notch. Much appreciated!
Super. Items from an McInnis Auction were well packed and arrived quickly at minimal cost.
The man behind the counter-on Sat. July 11 in the early afternoon-was very very helpful. Printing copies from a flash drive and notorizing them for us. Great service. Clean store. Easy parking.
Great store. Specially with the new addition. Great for prints.
