Such good bagels and black & white cookies!!! I would go back here in a heartbeat. If only I lived nearby!!!

I’ve tried this place out a few times, and found myself less than impressed. Their bagels are skinny, incorrectly cooked, and simply off-putting. Seasonings are very inconsistent, thus quality is dependent on what day you happen to go. Out of 10 orders, they forgot to put ketchup on my sandwich at least 8 of the times. How do you forget something so simple? The answer is because the counter employees are always rushing the customer to place their order. I get it, you have a really bad store layout and can barely fit more than 5 people on your line to order; However, can you please take the time to LISTEN to the customer and maybe just write down the customizations if you can’t remember? On several occasions, the counter employees have shown they are simply rude people. Sarcasm, Eye rolling, and dull monotone assembly-line styled responses must be apart of their employee training. It’s literally every time at this point. Not returning. Save your money and go to any of the other 9 bagel stores within a 2 mile radius that will gladly serve you a great New York bagel and not make you feel like a burden.

Bagels are really good. I get breakfast couple times a week and they have my cup of ice ready to go without asking.

Bagels are good, could you use more seedsWould be nice if it was a Bakers dozen, I get them every time I visit New York and I wasnt as satisfied this time but it was still goodLike I usually bring these back and give them to people back homeI know they have a new shop now and stuff and maybe it was just whatever day or whatever batchBut I wish they had more seeds, when you hit the seeds it was awesome but that was very inconsistentLike its hard to say if they didnt put enough seeds on them or they fell off easy, because at the bottom of the bag there was a ton of seeds so maybe they need to have a better method that the seeds stick on because I dont understand how Einstein bagels in Florida could make their seeds stick on better than these professionals in New York ... I also special order my bagels at Einsteins and have them double-sided so theyre better than the normal, but I need these bagels to completely destroy those

Stopped by for a plain egg bagel . It was warm and tender . As they should be . Hope to stop by again for a breakfast sandwich and a more detailed review .

Have been going here for years! Staff is always friendly and quick. The food is great and always a go to stop when I am in town. Definitely recommend it.

I used to be a big fan of this place no longer poor service and attitude from the girl who works in the morning will never go back there again on average I spent about $10 A-day. Is one in there on Tuesday may 25th tried to call my order and got an attitude when I came in because I was on hold for 20 minutes then when I ordered my sandwiches got another attitude and then when it was given the wrong sandwiches got an attitude about the fact that thats what we ordered or were told we were ordered dont spend your money here

I gave this place a chance twice, each visit one week apart; the result-stale bagels twice.In an Island filled with fantastic bagel stores, this one stands out due to a lack of cleanliness and bagels that are obviously not fresh or cooked poorly.My friends reported one of the counter women had very dirty nails. That seems to fit with other reviews.My friend had a deli sandwich that he said was filled with watery cold cuts; I asked what that meant, he said, the cold cuts were definitely not Boars Head.I was served by two terrific counter people, but clearly Im not going to spend my hard earned money on a lunch with a poor product and a dirty store...despite the good service I received.The tables outside are mis matched with the chairs, making for an awkward eating experience .The mall its located in is depressing to say the least; most of the stores seem to be vacant.

Very friendly service, even for an out-of-towner like me who wasnt sure what I wanted. Settled on an egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel with 6 bagels to go. The sandwich was prepared just right and the bagels were delicious. Would recommend if your in the area!

We frequently visit this bakery and they have the worst customer service. I have never walked into an establishment where every person looks miserable to have to be there, after purchasing two raisin muffins my daughter and I felt like they tasted like chewing aspirins. when I called to complain about it they agreed that there was an aftertaste to the muffins but when I tried to go back to the store they gave me an attitude practically threw my money back to me and then the baker came out to reprimand me why there was such an aftertaste. I have never in my life ate a muffin that tasted so horrible And it was three people who had the same reaction therefore there was clearly a mistake in the batch not saying anything wrong with the baker but he took it away to personal. The Baker proceeded to go into the back of the store and continue to talk and complain about me while I’m watching him and I’m still In the store not even wearing his mask over food. This is the type of establishment I would never recommend and will find a better place to bring my business!!!

My favorite bagel place of all time-- no one can compare. I make sure to get them every time Im home visiting and make my parents bring them when they visit me. I just finished some fantastic veggie cream cheese this morning. Ugh I wish I had an unlimited supply!!

I have been going to Calvert Manor Bagels for YEARS and they have always been the BEST bagel store hands down. The flavor of these bagels is PERFECTION! I am amazed by how they have been able to create a taste that is so superior. I highly recommend this place!

Awesome attentive staff! Very unassuming location. I had a good egg N bagel sandwich. I was very impressed with how attentive the staff was. They help each other out and make sure no is left waiting. There are a lot of locals coming and going so I think Im just restating what others already know. Ill be back next time Im in town.

Best quality bagels for the best price. Ive been going to this bagel store for at least 20 years and they have never once disappointed me. Great selection of bagels, cream cheese, signature sandwiches and egg sandwiches. The staff has changed a lot over the years but still remains friendly to the neighborhood.

I asked for sausage and egg on plain whole wheat bagel the lady grabs and everything the says to me a whole wheat bagel. Makes my sandwich and its on a everything of course. Other staff seemed nice but come on if you work at a bagel store know the difference between the two. Place is unsanitary too handle the money then make your food with same gloves. Bugs and roaches on the floor near the seating area inside gross. Will not go back to this place disgusting.

Place was hard to see due to the construction but it was a great visit. Staff was very attentive and bagels we chose were delicious.

Rude service and the place is very dirty. The person behind the counter kept wiping her nose and touching the bagels. I said something and she got defensive. All 7 of us walked out and went to another store.

Went this morning to grab some bagels for my family and I literally didnt even get in the door before I left. The line was going out the door and when it was my turn to hold the door, the kid behind the counter starts yelling at me to shut the door because the A.C. was on. When I didnt shut it (again because the line was going out the door) he starts making comments to other customers as if I couldnt hear him. I was infuriated and they are lucky all I did was leave. The store lost about $30 because of poor customer service.

Litteraly the worst bagel I have ever had on long island. Seemed undercooked inside and all the toppings fell off while trying to cut it in half. Too soft and tasted like wonderbread.
