Also the girl at the register on her phone the whole time was rude as well and made me wait so she could finish texting and scrolling. 👎👎 go somewhere else

The associates were not helpful, borderline rude. They closed at 8 i came in at 6:37 so maybe that effected their attitudes (a whole hour and 23 minutes until closing smh) One was at the register with her head on her hand looking at her phone, and the other was in the isle where the product was we were looking for.. gossiping with 2 other people. NOT a friendly or helpful experience id expect at a BEAUTY supply store. Then, when asked, they had no idea what the product was that we had just bought 2 weeks prior. She Couldnt get our rewards account to work and shrugged it off, oh well not her money I guess. I cant even recommend the products that we couldnt find or get info on and it DEFINITELY wasnt clean.

DO NOT Purchase Clippers or Trimmers they are defective items.Brought two pairs of defective trimmers from this store. Brought a warranty for the second pair and they wont honor it or give me a proof of purchase so that I can file a claim. The first pair stopped cutting hair and the second pair cut the skin of my clients. Store clerks and warranty company are unhelpful in a return process
