This is my first time trying this place, i must say the ice cream is loaded with goodies and flavor. When you arrive from merrick road you have to walk in between the buildings to the back by the parking lot. The line wasnt long, but you will have to be patient while the worker mixes all the combinations of cereal and treats and ice cream for your enjoyment. I will be coming back again.

I’m not from the area and was craving ice creams free the beach and it was just delish! I’m shocked at the poor reviews from entitled people expecting to be service 5-10 minutes before they close. That’s so inconsiderate. These are young people who have a home they’re expected at. Also, it’s an ice cream machine I’m sure they have to clean it when they’re all done. Maybe you should’ve gone earlier if you wanted ice cream? Unbelievable. Anyway, 10/10

A great list of creative and delicious options in a small hidden area. Chill environment next to the parking lot for easy access, and quick service. Got the cinnamon crunch shake, great flavor and a fair price. I would recommend to anybody.

Really good treats that are cereal-based, with custom mix options too. Nowhere to dine indoors, and for the price you don’t get a lot, which is why it isn’t a full five stars. Otherwise still worth a stop. Recommended.

It was in the parking lot behind Cara Mia. They only have vanilla and chocolate soft serve (might have been custard?) We ended up going to Ralphs around the corner which was kind of amazing.

Terrible experience. Showed up Friday night at 930 to get ice cream. There was a line about 10 deep. Apparently the place gave two guys at the end of the line a cup to signify they were last in line and told them to tell anyone walking up they weren’t accepting more customers. The shop closes at 10. If you want to close at 930 then state that. Also terrible customer service to have kids doing this. At least send out a manager or employee to do your dirty work. Awful experience.

Wow Spoons is delicious! I love the whole cereal and ice cream concept. My personal favorite is the cinnamon churro with the vanilla ice cream. It’s definitely worth the half hour drive! My hubby says it’s his favorite ice cream place! We will definitely be coming back here!

Drove an hour to the location, stood in line for about 45 minutes to then be told that they ran out of vanilla ice cream!Should be more prepared and have multiple containers of vanilla ice cream if you are running a business for 8 hours!

Great ice-cream

I’ve been going to spoons with my girlfriend for about a year and a half now and I believe spoons is on its downfall last year it was phenomenal had nothing but positive things this year lines are extremely long service is so slow constantly hear the kids in the shop gossiping instead of working, Then we get Soupie ice cream for 20 dollars for 2 cups of Ice cream! Extremely overpriced to deliver something that’s melted as soon as it goes from employee to customer. It’s just upsetting I really love this place but lately it’s not worth it for me to go anymore

I saw an ad on instagram of a fruity pebbles milkshake that looked so good and thought to myself that I had to try this place .The picture of the milkshake had whip cream and the cereal on top and the milkshake looked thick. Unfortunately tho when I got my order it wasn’t even filled up to the top, no whip cream or topping that was displayed in the ad, and the milkshake was thinner than water. The peanut butter sauce I got just stuck to the sides. It was completely liquified. I love when I pay for melted vanilla ice cream with cereal poured in a cup Lol.

If you happen to stumble upon this back alley ice cream stop you just might be pleasantly suprised by their choice of toppings and crafted specials. Its a very small place, with a very good chance its a renovated storage closet from the neighboring restaurant, so keep an eye out for the line of people hanging out in the back.Its all a bit unconventional because their options only range from an chocolate/vanilla ice cream swirl or milkshake but nonetheless they taste sweet!

This was a nice place we got two waffle cone ice creams the krispie Kat which was yummy and another minty one. They were both good! The flavor becomes a lot after a while but still good. Dont miss the place though its a little store front right through a little alley. I would park by the waffle house next door because then it is right there.

I loved the cinnamon churro cup. They make it pretty quick and there are some seats to stay and sit. Better than a typical ice cream store if you want some cool toppings! I also got the secret rainbow cookie cup. SO DELICIOUS.

Its good but over priced

I mean.. I feel as if this place is overrated. The line was extremely long, the work place is super small and cramped, there was ice cream all over the blenders and counters when I went, cereal was everywhere and the ice cream is pretty pricey. I am not giving it one star because IT WAS delicious. But they really need to keep it clean. It grossed me out. The guy who helped me was really nice but seemed extremely stressed. The place is alright, the ice cream is pricey but good. I mean.. try it I guess. 3/5.

Very kind employees and very tasty choices

The cream was good, but the ice cream was top notch. I’ve never seen a better example of modern capitalism. You can choose swirl or milkshake of only vanilla ice cream with two toppings chosen from a plethora of choices for two simple but slightly steep prices. I’d probably go back.

My granddaughter loved it

I think its a great idea...the base ice cream needs something. We tried 4 different flavors all good but something missing. Its just not off the hook as expected. Keep up the hard work. I think your on to something.

Nice selection of toppings to choose from. They are known for mixing in popular breakfast cereals like Lucky Charms and Fruit Loops.

Went for dessert after dinner and it was a nice little spot hidden in an alley. The staff was very nice. The ice cream was very good as well. May be a bit overpriced. Reminds me of McDonalds McFlurries which cost about half the price.

I love ice cream and I love Ralph’s .... I was skeptical but now I’m a believer. I went to cara mia which we love! Every time I’m too full for dessert. This time I saved space. I told the girl working give me whatever you love / is popular. Well WOW, it was amazing!
