Great selection of many products here at great prices. Purchased an interior step on trash can. Had a wide variety and a variety of prices. Wife had a coupon with 20% off. Whats not to like? I only gave 4 stars because of the restrooms! Generally clean in the mens but in need of a deep, thorough cleaning.

I use to work at this location. Once upon a time, they use to say hi as soon as you walked in. Theyd ask if we needed help finding things. Apparently they dont do that anymore and when I did find someone to help me, they couldnt help me because they couldnt even find the item. Luckily I still know the store very well and I ended up finding everything I needed on my own. If you use Amazon to buy product, I suggest you buy your stuff there because BBB has also gotten more expensive. This store location was a mess.

They were low on their stock. They do have a wide selection just need to have it on their shelves. I did notice they dont have a very wide selection of bedding other than Ugh bedding sets

Wasnt crowded. Cashier was helpful with purchase. Coupon I had on my phone wasnt working and she was able to figure it out.

Help was very good with returned item and applying discount coupons to merchandise purchased the day before. Three stars because the discounted merchandise was marked higher than the regular price on the sticker below the reapplied discounted sticker price.

Store was great and well organized like most BBB stores are, unfortunately when I looked online for a product that showed being in stock at this particular store, I asked the salesman to help me find what I was looking for. He couldnt located one so he proceeded to look on the store computer to check inventory. Sir, it shows 6 in stock but we dont have them. Thank you for your time. Let me double check that area again on the store shelves. Not a minute later and guess what. They actually had 7 in stock right there on the shelf in the next aisle over. Moral of this story is the salesman does not know his products in his department. I will give him an A for effort since he did go into the back warehouse to look as well. Anyhow always double/triple check, will save you a headache of driving to another location and hoping they have what youre looking for. 😋

This store is so fun to shop in! They have lots of unique choices of items for the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and outdoors. And I love that they are generous with giving us 20% off coupons! The staff are always helpful and kind, too!!

Service was quick and easy by ordering ahead.

Would not take the 20% off when I came back with the coupon. They told me when I came back the next day, they couldnt give me the 20% off until the product was delivered. Now it has been delivered and they still wont give me the 20%. Now they say that I came in after a 14 day limit. This time limit is not on the coupon or my receipt. Remember you have 14 days, I didnt know this, now I do and hope you all know now.

Really helpful! Walked in, and an Associate asked me what they could help me find. Asked for single serve coffee makers. Took me right to the section. An Associate in that dept helped me find everything I wanted! So easy to shop, checkout and on my way!!

Good service helpful people they had what I wanted I told him I was coming by on the phone and it was waiting for me when I got there. What more can you ask for? I ordered CO2 canisters for my sodastream machine and they have them in stock although SodaStream is stopping making the large size canister right there I dont care for but its certainly not the fault of bed bath & beyond theyve always been very good.

We shopped for beyond today and found the experience wonderful. We found some cool colored lights to make your parties more exciting. Not everyone can say that.

I found some beds, then I saw some baths, and then I went BEYOND. It was wild! Way better than an escape room!

They had what I needed, a strainer scoop for a friend who needed it for ice bin - instead of her hand .

Found a lot of bed coverings but mostly coverlets and duvets. We were looking for what I guess is now old fashioned - just a bedspread - but there didnt seem to be much to choose from.

One of my favorite places to go. Kind of smorgasbord of Quality items and cheap items and do I really need to have items.

20% off! I constantly get those coupons in the mail. What can I say? They get me in teh store.This BBB is in a great location. It has plenty of parking and the inside is well organized even though the place is packed to the brim with home goods.Ive always had a good experience here with a friendly staff, so dont throw away those ubiquitous postcard sized coupons and get yourself some home necessities.

This store has the best customer service and the products I need for my home. Its my go-to-store and I even purchased the program that gives me 20% off on each of my items! I also like that I see the same manager each time I go. This means to me that BB&B must treat their customers well!
